Clean, good room, but pricey with poor breakfast

Easy check-in , good room

Breakfast was just not worth it - totally unappetizing - very pricey hotel - value, especially conserving the poor quality breakfast, was just not worth it

Exceptional

The location was close to where I had to take my mom for a sleep study. She got out at 6:00 a.m. and we came back and slept some more. There was a nice selection at breakfast too :)

I appreciate that there was a microwave in the room. I made some popcorn. But I noticed that the microwave smelled like burned popcorn from a previous guest. It did not look dirty on the inside, so perhaps nothing could be done about that.

Highly Recommend! Affordable, Clean Well-Decorated Room, Quiet, with Free Breakfast

The room rate comes with free breakfast so, that 's a plus. The room was clean and the decor is up to date. It's quiet so we slept pretty well. The bed was comfortable, which was great. The staff was nice and helpful during check in. Walking distance from restaurants and shops.

Nice winter visit in Bend

The bed was comfy and the breakfast was very good. The lobby was decorated nicely for Christmas! The hotel is nicely situated in Bend and you can walk to many restaurants, coffee shops and stores

When we entered the hotel and until we got into our room there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana. The hotel says it is "smoke-free", but that smell was so strong!

Room next to elevator service. Even though facility was nowhere near full, couldn't move us. That may actually have been a staffing issue in that many rooms might not have been ready for occupancy. No further explanation was given.

Great place to stay in Bend! Very clean, with helpful and kind employees.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff members were uniformly helpful. Example: They had quarters at the desk to trade for dollar bills for the washing machine/dryers. They made sure we had a room that was close to the front desk, because one of us has mobility issues. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices from eggs/sausage to bagels/cream cheese to yogurt and toast or cereal. Good coffee. Parking was easy. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Very, very comfortable beds!

The location was about 2 miles from downtown, a bit further than we would have liked. But really OK.

Did not feel we received good value for price of room

Location, staff had room ready for early checkin so we could shower/dress for a wedding after our long drive. Bed was comfortable with smooth, nice feel to sheets.

Room was very dark, stuffy, with stale odor. First priority: open a window and air out room for a couple hours. Room could use updating with better lighting, lighter color drapes, etc. Breakfast not interesting and coffee is terrible. Fortunately, Starbucks is next door!

With I could come back for this great location, but i will never be back

convenient location for us to be close to family. walking distance to Starbucks. outdoor pool was very nice during the hot months.

The room did not smell good. it smelled like an old smoking room. we tried leaving our windows open everyday but the smell never got better. room didn’t feel physically dirty, just the smell and outdated feel made the experience less pleasant

Best pool in Bend and the staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the property.

Great staff and the pool and jacuzzi were really perfect. Great location near all food options we could want as well as easy access into downtown. Room was nice and clean. Wifi was reliable, which was great.

The beds are small. Really only for one person or an adult and a small child or two small children on their own. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers in these double beds. It was TIGHT. Also, with all of the staffing issues they had a sign that said they couldnʻt guarantee the room was going to be cleaned in the middle of our 4 night stay. That was a bit tough but we tried to be extra neat.

Would most likely stay again.

We were on the bottom floor as requested & the pool was right out my window, so I could see my child swim.

Beds made me a little sore & I couldn't find where to change the fridge temp. The worst is the $100 incidental fee on top of almost $500 for 2 nights. We have to travel for work & school & it's awful.

Good location as my brother lives near 27th st.

Could have used a dolly to bring in items to my room, it was very cumbersome to scan card with both my hands full of my luggage.
