Guys it’s a super eight hotel you get what you pay for. Had a bed and I could smell breakfast, but I didn’t use it. They’re always dated, but that’s just part of the deal. Good enough for me.

Bismarck is basically a low key crack den. This was not the worst super 8 I've stayed at but it is far far from the best. If you just need a cheap place to lay your head this will do the job but that's pretty much it.

They did not hsve covered psrking we had to go back home due to tornadoes and hail storm we tried to cancel with expedia the mner said hed not bill us for room but you are very dificult to work with for a refund we never used the room .

Rooms near the entrance/registration tend to get a lot of noise from people coming and going and from disputes occurring at the registration. Room may need a bit of airing to get rid of stale air smell.

Don't get me wrong - I'd stay here again. BUT know this in advance - if you're good with stairs, ask for the third floor. Otherwise you will hear every step the people above you take. The gentleman at the desk waa kind enough to move me from the second to the third floor in the middle of the night so I could get some sleep. Rooms are clean, but a bit tired and in need of renovation. Still, knowing what I know now, as I mentioned, I'd stay again.

The room look nice and clean but that was about it. First, had to wait 15 - 20 minutes before someone showed up at the desk to check in. Next there was a bad smell in the room. The toilet kept flushing because of a leak in the tank. Lastly, the continental breakfast was only cereal and biscuits.

I had booked 3 rooms and the rooms were not clean. There was a bad smell in the rooms. For breakfast, there was no food left when we got there and had to request the staff twice to fill up.

The room was fabulous, but went to breakfast at 8 am there was about 3 biscuits, burnt gravy , and 1 roll, , cereal and milk, nobody working to refill, no fruit, 1 apple juice, stayed there so we could eat on our way out but absolutely the worst breakfast ever offered

The weather was in the upper 80's. The AC did not work. I went to the desk to ask for help but no one answered the phone. We were on a family trip and had other places to be. So we had to spend two nights in a very uncomfortable room. No compensation was made at all. The two fellows I did talk to at the front desk just said "sorry". I also asked for a military discount and was told no.

Arrived to a parking lot filled with sketchy men smoking all over the place. Checked into #124 and checked out 10 minutes later after musty/dank smell, dirty/stained sheets with who knows what on them. Could not leave the room quickly enough. Worst motel/hotel we have ever been to in our lives. Wyndham should be ashamed. Appalling. Horrific. You name the adjective. Felt sorry for the unfortunate family waiting to be refunded for their horrible room because motel management was balking since the family had dropped off their bags and immediately had gone to dinner only to realize later how bad their room was when they returned. We had booked thru hotels.com so we are still waiting for full reimbursement from them. This dive of a motel, if you can call it that, is nasty and you are better off sleeping in your vehicle.

I stay at a lot of super 8's when traveling because of the price and consistency of the rooms and service. This is by far the worst one I've stayed at. I paid almost twice what I've paid at other super 8's and it was the dirtiest and most out dated one I've stayed at. The bathroom had a used soap, a hole in the shower, dirty towels and the sink was dirty. There were burn holes in the chair despite it being a non smoking room. There were stains or food or something on the ceiling. The remote control had no back on it and the batteries kept falling out. They're were other holes in the walls that were not patched up. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

The worst Super 8 I’ve ever stayed at. Outdated, dingy, dirty, smelly. Couldn’t understand the reception desk worker. Not friendly and my husband who eats anything said breakfast was terrible.

This is a nice property. You can tell that the staff takes pride in the location and wants to make it as best as they can. There were lots of tradesmen who were clearly in town working jobs in the area staying when I was there. They were all great folks, it seemed. I never felt uncomfortable and would gladly stay there again. A job well done during my stay.

This was a quiet place we just stayed the night. Its not the hilton. Though for $75 it was good enough there was some peeling paint the rocking chair arm was stapled together and the bed was a little bit lumpy but i slept well. Their breakfast was biscuits and gravy, pancakes cereal baby muffins apple juice, and staff was really friendly.

I would hate to blame the staff (who were nice), but the service combined with property condition is what I disliked. There was a "trick" to get my room door open every time, the ice machine did not work, there was only sausage and biscuits, english muffins, milk and coffee (allegedly the pancake machine "doesn't work"). I am bringing this up because I have enjoyed my Super 8 experiences in the past and this was a passable as a n imaginable "Motel 5". This particular hotel seemed to have been put on auto-pilot during the pandemic and whomever supposed to check back, checked-out.
