Horribly lit, dirty, and only one employee seemed to trying to make it a nice place.

The hot tub and pool were nice. The guy trying to manage breakfast was trying to keep up and was nice.

Horrible lighting. Dirty tile floors throughout. I’m not even sure my room was clean as one bed didn’t have the top cover, there was a cup from the waffle maker on the counter in the room, coat hangers on door handles, and no bag in the closet for dirty laundry.

the location was great! right next to a Walmart and several restaurants

there were stains on the bed sheets and the beds were super uncomfortable

I would go again!

The lady that greeted us was fantastic and so lovely. The bartender was also so accommodating. The carpeted and tiled areas were brand-new and clean. The rooms were clean as well. The bathrooms and bed are what I concentrate on, and they were perfect!! The lady that checked us in was so kind & humble. She & her husband deserve a raise!! The dining and lounge areas were cozy and perfect for our family. We played cards and visited in these areas. The pool and hot tub was nice to relax in, and the other guests in these areas were also polite to others.

When I first walked in the entrance rug and entrance floor were dirty, but I know that it has been very muddy and busy. The carpet and tile in other areas were brand-new and clean. The bathroom and beds were clean as well. I see other people complaining on here about things and it makes me think that we are so spoiled in America and people are ungrateful for what we have in this country. I was treated with respect and accommodated when asked and that matters most!

Would stay at this hotel again next time to Bismarck and would recommend it to others.

The breakfast was a plus, having an omelet made fresh was an excellent bonus to breakfast. Rooms are nice and large, comfortable beds, clean. All staff were very friendly and pleasant.

There is only one small garbage in the bathroom of your room and no recycling.

staff were outstanding and was always there if you needed them.

the staff were very outstanding. the breakfast was great an amazing chef. this was our second time at this property and will be back for sure. the staff need to be told they are great and did great job making sure we were welcome.
