I travel enough and was surprised that there wasn't "glass" glasses instead of paper cups for coffee or just for drinking. water, etc....nothing for the bathroom even plastic for brushing teeth, etc.

Just a one night stay. Luxurious. Nice bar area in the lobby. Movie theatre attached to hotel so you don’t need to go outside.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our sink as soon as we checked in. The front desk representative reported it right away and even made sure we knew it was fixed when we returned. The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The hotel had a welcoming feel to it. Any time you saw a staff member they were always asking if you needed any assistance.

Great location. Within walking distance to many restaurants. But because of the location, it was noisy at night due to bars letting out late. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were horrible. Gym next door was convenient.

Key card didn’t work EVERYTIME I left my room!!! I stayed on the 16th floor so myself and wife had to get our room key reset every single time no matter what time we came back to the room! This experience was horrible and staff wasn’t to apologetic. Thumbs down

The room was slightly better than staying in a hospital room. There was no microwave no glasses you drink from. The TV did not work we had to call maintenance to come up and fix it. There was no artwork on the walls. We had to wait a half an hour for the tub to drain because of the poor plumbing. There was no view except a building and the roof to the restaurant filled with rocks. The TV had the slowest operating system to change channels. There was no mirror inside the room except for the one in the bathroom. The furniture and everything in the room was very basic. I paid a lot of money for a basic room at a hotel call the Hyatt Regency

There were very few downsides to this property, but the bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows flat. The only reason I booked this hotel was for a good night sleep. Unfortunately, I couldn't get that. The facility was moderately clean, and staff were friendly. I just cannot express how uncomfortable that one night stay was.

Normal Hyatt, nice rooms and clean. I was impressed that when I arrived there was only one person at desk and she was having issue with person she was helping. Someone was in front of me and shortly someone behind me. Person at desk went in back for a minute and a few minutes later there were 3 more people at the fron desk to take care of everyone. I had a dinner reservation so really appreciated the help call and the other employees quickly showing up

Pros: Great location. Easy walk to the square, restaurants etc. Cosmopolitan and very clean. Friendly staff. Very efficient elevator (we stayed on the 16th floor). Very comfortable bed and room. Excellent shower. Spend the extra 10 bucks for the amazing view. Cons: Pay for parking. Breakfast not included and pricey, but delicious. No microwave in room. Would definitely stay here again!
