Easy to find, wonderfully furnished and very comfy beds. Great facilities (used the gym and pool).
Nothing to dislike.

Very well decorated! Would have preferred a bigger room, but we were late booking. Slight issue with ceiling damage in the shower/bathroom. Anthony, the bell hop, was AMAZING! Thank you for finding my husband’s socks!!
Not enough security. Found a woman trying to get into my room. She claimed she thought it was her room, but later saw her trying multiple rooms.

Lots of modern features, bar/restaurant inside, great staff.
Some features are a little dated/well used.

Convenient parking, good location and lots of amenities
Not enough counter space in bathroom.

the 6th floor inop elevator call button was an inconvenience

The outside is very nice. And the restaurant and bar as well.
This place needs upgrading big time. From the outside it looks like a palace, inside the lobby and restaurant bar it’s nice. The hallways, elevators, rooms are all way below average in my opinion. The bathroom door in my room was broken. I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they sent someone up right away to fix it which was nice but they didn’t fix it at all. When you closed the door, the top stayed open about 3” and then it slowly tapered away to the bottom of the door. The beds were a little on the smaller side. The bathrooms were gross and outdated. The shower head/water pressure was awful. The one elevator was broken. Very strange little place they have there. No breakfast in the morning besides the little cafe in the lobby which was like a bad attempt at a Starbucks but just as expensive.

Really old hotel, with an obvious facelift and some improvements, but it is clear that we were is a 30+ year old hotel.
Staff was great at the front desk and very friendly, which I know is probably the toughest obstacle to overcome these days, so we’ll done!
The heavy doors closing in the hall!

Couldn’t use bathroom cause door got stuck closed and then once opened couldn’t move plus couldn’t sleep due to flashing yellow light in ceiling from smoke detectors

The Westin is a clean and high end hotel located very near to downtown Morristown.
The room was sweltering and at 2 AM after complaining to the front desk, we were told it was just us because they can’t turn on the air conditioning this early in the season. We thought we were crazy! Turns out the room really was 79 degrees and others complained too. Not a good experience and poor front desk overnight service.
