I like holiday inn hotels because breakfast is excellent best hotel breakfast I had. Room was clean except the toilet wasn't as clean and the shower head was so poor and water was extremely hot no matter where I put it at. Didn't like the the sink being out of the bathroom and didn't like the adjoining door between the rooms because you can hear people talking next door not much of a privacy. The room wasn't smelly like some of other hotels I've been to.

Staff at the front desk was great, room was clean and well stocked. My only issue was breakfast, it took forever for them to refill items. They stopped bringing out certain items way before breakfast was supposed to end so very little to chose from.

Hotel was great. Clean. Staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was “normal” hotel but not enough bacon! On the main drag of Cambridge so no view but not what we were there for. Will definitely stay again!!

Check-in was very hassle free, rooms were very affordable for their prices. Complementary breakfast was actually very decent compared to other hotels for sure. They go through rooms damn near every day & (atleast for me) the level of cleaning was thorough. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area

I did not like there was not an outdoor area to sit on a beautiful day; like maybe outside the indoor pool area where the grass is ; fence in and put tables, chairs some kind of seating. Place was great though!!! Beds so comfortable and staff very friendly!!!

I stayed for two nights. The first night was fine - quiet and seemed as if it would be a decent stay. However, the second night was the total opposite. The hotel has a “10:00 p.m. quiet policy” which is to be enforced nightly and is advertised on the property. Unfortunately, during my second night stay someone was playing loud music (with a lot of bass) starting at 10:00 p.m. and I called the front desk. They said they would go on the floor and check it out. Approximately, 15 minutes after my call, the music got louder and I called the front desk again and the person said that someone went on my floor in the hall and didn’t hear anything. I shared with the front desk person that you will not hear the loud music if in the halls but when in my room. I offered for the person to come to the room and they said (in a condescending tone) they were not allowed to come in rooms since they were the only person on staff. I totally understood not being able to come in the room, however, I was concerned about how long I was going to hear the loud music. Needless to say, the loud music played until 11:30 p.m. and I didn’t get to sleep until after 1:00 p.m. Therefore, I will never stay at this property (nor encourage others) again. While I was concerned about the loud music, what was more alarming to me was the lack of compassion and rudeness from the second front desk person. So while I cannot tell anyone where to spend their money and time, I can only share my truth.

Everything was as advertised, Got the room i wanted. Only negativity i would have is that we are over 60 would have liked to have a handicapped toiket. The tub was great with handicapped bars. Nice not needing to bring bath soap, shampoos and conditioner.

We choose this Hotel because we are visiting harried Tubman museums and blackwater national refuge , we had a relaxing couple days at the hotel, warm water in the pool, yummy breakfast , no noise during the night. I will came back .

It was very clean, breakfast options were amazing & very good. Very warm & welcoming. Room designs were modern & stylish. Love love that they provided soap that doesn't dry your skin out... pumpable Dove hand soap, body wash, shampoo, & conditioner that's fixated to the shower & sink. Very smart on their part. Beds were clean & comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

First room toilet was broken. Then they moved us to another room and the ac barely worked. We stayed hot majority of the stay but didn’t complain bc we weren’t there but to sleep. Hotel is not update as well as they say. Staff was friendly and was good about getting us towels and such when needed. Free breakfast was okay and hotel was easy to find.

The bulb in the floor lamp was out. Couldn't get it replaced as light bulbs were locked up and manager wasn't there. The top sheet on the bed was folded back near the foot of the bed. Didn't see b it til morning. Bad night sleeping. Top sheet should be visible when bed turned down.
