The check in was very easy and staff was friendly.

Great place to stop over for the night on a road trip. Room was comfortables and clean, staff was polite and helpful. We were at the end of the hallway on the second floor and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Sausage, cheese omelets, boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, waffles, biscuits, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Overall it was a negative experience. Multiple stains on the floor, dirty buildup on the AC vents, freezer was a solid block of ice, window seals were coming loose, dead bugs on the window seals, build up in the corners of the bathroom, and overall lack of care and cleanliness. Breakfast started at 7 and they were out of coffee by 8.

The rooms were cleaned, but not vaccumed. Chairs in the bedroom is broken. The lobby and halls were not and it smelled like marijuana when we came in at night. Not enough coffee made in the morning.

The room was nice and clean. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. But it smelled like cigarettes and Pot. I am allergic so I took some meds. Only there overnight.

Pros: Great Staff, Quiet, Clean rooms, sausage and bacon were good.
Cons: Room had no towels, when I asked for towels, one that I received blood and poop stains on it. Eggs were dehydrated/powdered eggs. A/C could not get the room below 74° even after the AC was set at 61° for over 18 hours! Lobby was very humid. Breakfast chairs were ripped to shreds.

Accidentally booked the wrong dates. Hotel would not refund money, which is also known as thievery!

This place was an overall good place to stay! Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and nice. Our room floor has several stains and the sheets seemed to have been really old. Also, we asked for a non smoking room, but it certainly had been smoked in. Which made it hard to adjust to. Only downfall of this hotel is the smoking. NOT a fan of that, but if that were under control, it would be excellent!

Air conditioner not working properly. Room was hot! This was reported; another room was offered, but it was hotter than the original room, so we stayed where we were and were very uncomfortable all night.

Loved to is hotel. Only thing was there was a stain on the carpet in our room BUT the rooms were very much clean. Everyone from check in to check out was friendly. Area around the hotel felt safe, everything was conveniently located near the hotel. Will be staying again!!

The hotel was good! The baby loved the pool - the staff was wonderful and attentive. The rooms were okay other than a few minor things missing or broken. The room could have been cleaned a little better, but it was cleaned! Overall the hotel was great! Would return to stay.

Room smelled heavily of smoke, there was a huge roach in the room. Staff did get us another room, however this one reeked of weed. It seemed more like an hourly rental motel. Definitely not worth the money. Girl at the front desk was working very hard to accommodate everyone, seemed others were having issues as well, but she was great!

There were bugs in my room and I have extreme anxiety and could not sleep. I saw a bug in my bed the first night but I ignored it and just brished it off. All week I was itching on and off but don't see anything. The last night we saw some sort of bug infestation on the headboard and it creeped me out so bad. They moved my room but I could not sleep because my anxiety was on 10. I really think we should be reimbursed because I am afraid I have brought bed bugs back to my home and I may end up having to destroy my personal property which is Brahmin and other named brand items. Someone should contact me asap to resolve this!

My key card did not work for the door to my room. The attendant tried fixing it 3 times, until he just came up with me and had to let me in. I woke up to a bed bug in my bed, and the drawer between the beds kept randomly opening. Also, even though the breakfast was complimentary, it seemed old, the eggs and sausage were dried out. The fruit was old.

I have stay at this hotel for the last 3 years when I come for this convention. This is the first time, for the whole week NO one came to my room to clean, empty the trash or bring clean towels. Not even to asks if you needed anything. Not sure if I will stay there next year. We had to actually go ask for towels and take the dirty one to them ourselves. Had to empty our own trash. Since we were there for the whole week, I wasn't to concern about them coming every day to change sheets etc. because I usually bring cleaning for bathrooms anyway. But it was never offered. The people Were friendly, the beds were comfortable the service terrible. Very Disappointed.

The carpet is very dirty everywhere in the hallways and in the rooms. Big stains everywhere. The room itself if ok but just didn’t feel clean or safe. We woke up to the bill receipt stuck on the inside of the locked door! The door was locked with deadbolt and security block. The receipt was stuck on the interior of the door even with the door handle. How did it get there with everything locked!! Very uncomfortable feeling that someone came in our room

The staff, including May who works at the front desk and Rosie who works in Housekeeping, couldn't have been more friendly, kind, or helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We will, definitely, stay there if we go to that area again.

There was a lot of trash in the parking lot, cigarette butts up around the front doors to enter the building, the garbage cans outside were overflowing with trash piled on top and beside them blowing around the parking lot. The trashcan outside the elevator on the second floor in which I stayed on was in the same condition trash piled on top or laying on the ground. It was Fourth of July, so maybe the hotel was shortstaffed? There was only one woman working in the reception area when I spoke to her about the trash outside, she said she wasn’t aware of it, but it stayed there the remainder of our trip into the next day as well as the trash on the second floor, thankful that our room was very clean and comfortable as I expect from yawls hotels which is why I stay in your hotels .

The power was out and had been out for hours when we arrived. We were told they didn't know when power would be restored. We requested a cancellation due to our son having medical needs that require we have power. The lady at the front desk became very rude and yelled at me when I told her that the conditions made the hotel unsafe for us and we could not stay there with no lights, air conditioning or power source for our son's medical needs. She refused to help us cancel our room and continued to yell at me in front of other guests.

When we asked for additional towels, we were told that all that the hotel had available were stained towels. They appeared dirty and my daughter said hers smelled bad
When Grandma took the kids down for breakfast, they were serving themselves. Food staff rudely asked grandma where the kids parents were
