Quiet & friendly staff
Everything was great
3.4
The location. The friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean. The quietness.
3.4
Clean and comfortable. Great staff
The HVAC system was good but you could not see what it was on. Dial was worn.
3.4
It was a place to sleep
Rude night staff not the best area scary sketchy part of town
3.4
It was clean and comfortable. Our did not have a TV remote, but the desk clerk gave us the one from the lobby to use. Overall it was a nice room at a good price point.
The traffic from the interstate was a little annoying but we went to sleep it didn't bother us too bad.

Didn't eat breakfast
No Microwave
3.4
The location and how quiet and safe the location is. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
The TV is always messing up.
3.4
Nothing
My room smell like weed, my keys quit working and I had to go to the restroom and couldn’t get in. Once I went to the lobby they were talking to me through a window and had no restrooms available and the lobby was locked. They had cold coffee in the container for serving. The breakfast was terrible.
3.4
Excellent Breaky and super friendly staff.
Everything can be improved of course... However, this place was awesome as it is.

You could tell the room had been repainted.
The location was difficult to find. I reserved a king-size bed, non-smoking, handicap accessible room. When I arrived, I was told (rudely) there were none available. I ended up with a queen-size bed and no handicap accommodations. The hotel had 2 stories, with all doors opening to the parking lot. I didn't feel safe. Breakfast consisted of pastries, juice and coffee, and some sausage patties. No eggs, no toast, no cereal. No thanks, I picked up breakfast at McDonald's as we left town. ThIs was the first booking that I was disappointed with since I started using Booking.com.

Close to highway-seems safe neighborhood behind Sam’s Club
Minimal breakfast options

The hotel is old and outdated. The first room's a/c didn't work so we had to move to another room, which smelled like a musky ash tray and mildew, but it was labeled a non-smoking room. Both rooms had a chair that I wouldn't even put my dog on. They were both covered in stains, especially on the arms. The carpet in both rooms was dirty. The office chair in both rooms was put on one of the beds. I can only assume this was housekeeping's best idea to be able to vacuum the floors, but it dirtied the comforter plus the chair is really heavy. The place is a ways down the service road where you pass other hotels that are packed, and well lit areas. This hotel is dark and had maybe 5 guests. I'm not sure how this property qualified for "good" reviews. I immediately requested a refund to which the front desk was happy to oblige. We went elsewhere. I would not recommend.

The room seemed to be cleaned well. Low price and had availability.
Although it went away quickly, there was a strong smell coming into the room. The staff and outside of our room smelled of weed. I'm not sure I would let my wife stay at this place w/out me..
3.4
Great location, easy access to interstate.
Thought it was a hotel, didn’t like the drive up rooms.
3.4
Microwave food in the “lobby”. Didn’t try it.
Bring your own pillow n blanket. Theirs suck.
3.4
Close to express way
Bed could be firmer, dead bugs in bathroom. Don’t like pre packaged breakfast.

Everyone was so friendly and the room was clean. The hotel was in a great location, just off the interstate. It was very reasonably priced, as well. We only stayed over night.
Our shower was slow to drain. But that was an issue I shared with the front desk and she noted it. We left after, so I don't know if it was fixed.

Woman working the front desk at 2am was very nice
I found someone's glasses and a baby headband at the head of the bed where the mattress and wall meet but I can see how those items could've been overlooked
3.4
Bed was comfortable (though the 3 little pillows really did not add to sleeping comfort)
Room was missing usual items like cups. Breakfast was barely visible
3.4
Did not eat breakfast. The location was convenient. Bed was comfortable.
3.4
The breakfast was minimal. Grab & Go type things like cereal, pre-packaged sausage biscuits that you could microwave, coffee, & juice.
The property is older. They have done a good job with some newer finishes. If you want a luxury hotel, this isn’t it. Doors are outside the building direct to the parking lot. I felt safe and the location worked for me. The price point was below a $100 for a queen room. My television didn’t work, not a big issue for me.

Nice place to stay
No complaints

the reviews almost made me not book; but it was last minute. traveling with my family of 5 for a football tournament. the location was great close to the school, shopping and eating places. didn’t have any problems with the room. staff was friendly. really decent for the price. breakfast wasn’t gourmet but it was complimentary for the price.
hot water pressure low but that wasn’t a big problem.
3.4
The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean.
What breakfast? Coffee terrible, no juice milk, cereal or fruit.

TV was too small from watching on the bed, especially reading the closed caption. Had to sit on a chair close by TV
