The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very good (some 15 minutes on foot to Marienplatz). The breakfast was also good. The room was rather small, but well enough for me and my daughter.

Perfect location to explore Munich....
Close to the central station...walking distance from Marienplatz
Family room for 4....clean and comfortable
Five stars to the staff...all were very hospitable and friendly....would return here just for their service alone....
All in all am good three star hotel in the heart of Munich perfect for families

Nice hotel. Convenient in the city center

Cheap amazing hotel punches above it’s weight regarding good room design with everything you need
Great location short walk from the main station & close to many restaurants & bakeries.
5.0
Clean place and close to old town and train station. There are lots of Mediterranean restaurants nearby, kids go to Pizza Hut. Bang for the bucks!

Customer service is great! The staff at the reception were so helpful and accomodating. Room was big and had lots of shelves and table. Room was cleaned daily.
Downside: wifi which is quite slow Especially at night. The streets leading to the hotel is a bit scary esp at night.

We visited for Oktoberfest and had a fantastic stay. Location is perfect just a short walk from the grounds and staff made us feel very comfortable and safe throughout the stay. Room was a little dated, but comparable to other rooms we’ve stayed in in Europe

Lovely hotel, central location and staff were very nice. Slightly noisy during the night but to be expected in the city centre.

Room was clean. Location is close to train station and old town which was good. Hotel was not as fresh feeling as I expected based on the photos. I feel i may have paid more than I should have.

Close to public transport stations, easy access around city.
Busy neighborhood, but quiet at night, has a lot of eateries nearby.

The room smells badly.

Room not ready at arrival 16.00, got another room instead but dot not if it was comparable status level. No AC, got very warm but there were a fan available in the room.
Very nice personal.

We stayed during July in the "multiple bed" suit. It was clean and there was enough comfy beds for 5 people. However, it was very hot and the hotel does not have the air conditioner. Our room had only one window, the staff gave us several fans, but it still was very hot at night. Breakfast (if you like european style) was great. The hotel has good location, you can walk to many main attractions, but it is near main train station which is not the best (cleanest) part of town.

The check-in associate was very rude. He seemed irritated with me asking to repeat one thing that he said. Our room had 6 beds for our family, but one was a hospital bed. I found that weird. A room that big should have two fans. Clean and plenty of towels. Breakfast looked delicious, but we did not partake.

Dark room with no lights or AC, fans were not enough tp cool the room. Outside temp was 70s but inside the hotel room was very hot. Neighborhood not great mostly Arab/middle Eastern. Room was spacious for my fsmily of 4 but would not stay here again.

This hotel is centrally located and very clean. It was a little bit older, but being in the middle of Munich was important to us. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. This hotel is very close to all the things you would want to see in Munich. There is also an elevator in case you are carrying your luggage. It was just what we needed. If you have trouble storing your bags at the main train station, consider using Happy Safe Storage. It is conveniently located between this hotel and the main train station. It was affordable and clean, and we were lucky to find it. Book with confidence!

Good location but no AC in the rooms

The location of the hotel is very central, so obviously a bit noisy. The room was as expected, We had a large family room, a bit warm as it had no aircondition. The most remarkable was the service level, the staff was very friendly, and this was one of the few places in Germany I have met service staff who actually talked and smiled and looked like they enjoyed welcomming guests. If the room had A/C I would be happy to stay there again, but Will probably not choose it in the warmest summertime.

Surrounding area with very active, loud nightlife (cabarets and clubs).

Good size rooms for the city center. Parking is several minutes walk away in a below ground parking garage. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was decent. Staff very friendly.
Weird shower room layout - no shower pan so the floor got soaked.

If you want to accually sleep, this was not the place. We had people outside of the hotel yelling and hollering until 2 in the morning pretty much every night. As far as the hotel itself. It was clean and staff was very friendly.

We liked the property and felt safe. There’s a nice bakery on the corner. Good service and nice facilities.

The hotel is in a location that’s a 8 minute walk to the city center, but you have to walk through what appears to be a Turkish or Afghanistan neighborhood, but the people were friendly and the many restaurants smelled amazing. The hotel is older, but well kept and the front desk staff were friendly, and helpful. My only complaints with the room are; 1. The bathroom is a decent size, but the shower is tiny. There’s no actual shower, just a shower head and a curtain. The shower and the bathroom floor share the space which is not ideal unless you like a wet floor near the toilet and sink. 2. Like most European bathrooms I’ve used, the toilet always smells like urine. 3. I’d prefer a sheet between me and the comforter, because I’m a germophob. Other than that, it was quiet, comfortable, centrally located to the train station and city center, and the staff was great.

Hotel was fine…however, the rooms didn’t look similar to pics online. The location wasn’t the greatest. The best thing about it was the service…nice people trying hard.

The hotel itself was nice, clean, staff very friendly, good selection at breakfast. Rooms are bright and updated. Check in and out was fast and easy. The area of town (although a convenient quick walk from the Munich HBF) is a little rough. Typical big city smells and noise with construction making it slightly confusing to get around.

This place was great for our short stay in Munich. It was very comfortable for our family of five, including 3 boys ages 21, 20 and 16. It's hard to find places for us to all be comfortable and sleep well and this place was perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is outstanding. You can walk to Old Town which is a lovely walk or hop the train a couple of blocks away and you are there in no time! We loved this place. Thanks for the hospitality!!

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in a while. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very spacious and cute. The classic vibe was endearing and I would stay again as I loved the city as well and how walkable it was.
