Travelled with my wife for a vacation. Location is great for walking everywhere, we had a car and the parking was easy and close. The views a breathtaking from our room and general areas, and the room was spacious, modern and clean. All the staff was just fantastic, willing to help or recommend anything you need. I highly recommend Sun Rocks when you are visiting Santorini; we will definitely return on our next visit.

The hotel location is outstanding, and the service was wonderful. We asked for our rooms to be close to our family members and they upgraded us to accommodate that. We loved the breakfast and their special treatment of us during our stay. I highly recommend this facility. They helped us orchestrate several excursions. Overall, a beautiful and memorable experience. Hats off to your quality care in service!

WOW WOW WOW – First location in Firostefani is beautiful . There is ample parking ( as we rented a car) not too far away As all the reviews have stated – the staff was very professional and rooms have incredible - jaw dropping views We had room 101 ~ It was perfect --private but accessible – No pool- but we did use the community pool and it was also great - Again all of the staff at Sunrocks were amazing, attentive and friendly and always happy – people in Greece were all so awesome ! I think this was so important … at check-in – they said – the key was communication between us and them ( the staff) – I saw that in action as truly almost every “ask” would be received – lots and lots of food for breakfast – which we put our order in the night before and ate each morning at the lower level restaurant They wanted to please us --One example --., there was an nesprosso coffee machine in room and they brought my hubby extra pods which made him very happy – Also after I asked - I got an extra pillow (5th) and huge blanket after 1x night Things we didn’t love such as the shower was a little wonky – adorable but different for sure (length of pressure/ drain ).. and BE prepared for STEPS – Steps and Steps everywhere in Santorini - As noted with our Room 101 – we were well situated ½ way in between for sure Crazy stairs!!. And crazy wind from time to time but great exercise. And this location provided such views - We did sunset there 2 nights – and the lovely front manager t

Amazing! Beautiful views. We had an issue with our room the first night and the staff went above and beyond to make things right. Room was upgraded and it was amazing. Our entire stay was comfortable and pleasant. We went into town and shopped at the local markets. Food was great! Excursions were also great!

Everything was perfect at this hotel. The room was a beautiful clean room that was always spotless. The views were the best thing about this hotel, I had a perfect view of the sunset and caldera from my room to make my stay magical. I loved the location as there were plenty of restaurants close by and the town centre being a 14 min walk so not too bad also. The staff at the hotel and their Aquaz restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. I had already planned everything before hand so I didn't require as much help from them but whenever I had request they were quick, kind and accomodating. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a friendly hotel with beautiful views and rooms.

Sun Rocks is really an amazing place. Tim and Nick were amazing hosts. Every dinner reservation and recommendation was made by them and they were all exceptional. The resort, breakfast, service are really exceptional. The only issue, which is minor was the AC in our room late afternoon could simply not keep up with the blazing sun from the panoramic windows facing west. By the evening with blinds closed the rooms cooled nicely. Also need a bigger hot water tank to fill the massive tub in the room. Aside from these minor things our stay was really quite exceptional and memorable. Can't wait to come back.

I believe water is a necessity.. ti charge for water when you can’t drink tap water is ridiculous! I have stayed at other hotels that are not luxury and give you water everyday! Yuh also need to take care of your pool! My white bathing suit yellowed! Your lucky it wasn’t a designer brand’

The SunRocks Boutique Hotel is unbelievable! The setting is absolutely beautiful and in the heart of Santorini/Fira! It is a great location and truly what you are looking for in a hotel! Great restaurants and bars/shopping are an easy/short walk away. The SunRocks pool/lounge area is awesome as well, looking out over the Caldera and stunningly beautiful Aegean Sea! From the moment we arrived the people went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome! Liz is the best and was so helpful and accommodating to our every need! She helped us get a car, resort accommodations at another island, a COVID test and everything else we needed, even when we didn't know we needed it. The daily breakfast delivered to our balcony was super as well! It is clean, well maintained and all rooms have great balconies to enjoy the unbelievable views. Truly a great place and super helpful and friendly! We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Santorini!

My wife and i stayed at Sun Rocks hotel for 9 nights for our honeymoon. From start to finish everything was perfect. Liz, Nico and all the staff do everything you ask of them and more! The location of the hotel is perfect! Its right on the water front with views of the caldera. there are 10 restaurants, shops all within a 2 min walk. ONAR restaurant which connect to hotel is in my opinion the best in firostefani. You are in walking distance to Fira and Invermogli as well and a 15min taxi to Oia We stayed in the Suite with outside Jacuzzi. The views from the big spacious balcony were incredible and with a better sun set than Oia in our opinion. We booked this hotel last min instead of staying in the charisma suites in Oia and we are so Glad we did. Cant recommended the hotel enough. Thanks to all the wonderful staff who made our honeymoon perfect

Everything from start to finish was amazing! My fiancé took me for my birthday and we got a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite :) the views from all over the property are incredible, very scenic caldera views! It’s location is on point with it being a 10 minutes walk away to the capital Thira. Definitely the best place to stay if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle but want to have your own private quiet space too. The only downfall is the steps to the bottom of the resort if your room is near the restaurant. Luckily ours was near the top and breakfast was brought to us every morning. The staff are all very attentive and accommodating. We was even given a mobile phone to take around with us if we got lost or needed any recommendations when exploring. 1st class service! The best birthday Iv ever had!

Location good - out of the centre of Fira - the main town. Every room has an amazing view down over the caldera. Rooms are cosy caves in great condition. Staff very friendly and helpful.The hotel is a low rise, built on a steep hillside, and entered at the top with rooms cascading down, set into the volcanic cliff. There are many stairs and no lift (elevator). Because I had a back problem Christina arranged for us to spend two nights at a sister hotel where they do have a lift. Much appreciated since there is also a gym and spa there, unlike SunRocks. That is why the amenity mark is low. Overall a great experience! Even better, if you are feeling fit!

The restaurant and pool area of this facility is very cool and very well maintained. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the service, it is easy to see that staff are very well trained and take pride in their work. An excellent experience.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, great food! The only thing that we found tough was our room was literally at the bottom of 200plus steps! If you have any kind of health issues you could not stay in the suite we did! I developed knee issues after 2 days of walking up and down 200plus steps 2-3 times a day!

A beautiful hotel with the most stunning views, many people have commented on the stairs and it is something not to be taken lightly as there are lots of them and very steep but well worth it! Fantastic location just outside of Fira but also very near to Imerovigli, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a tranquil stay with excellent service in Santorini.
