The hotel was located across the water taxi which made it very convenient to check in. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was good value for the money.

Great Hotel, I would definitely recommend this again. I had no issues with the staff or the rooms. The breakfast was a bit dry but I didnt mind it. Besides that excellent hotel if you are in San Nicolo.

Excellent hotel The only problem i had With it is the size of the shower. I am A bigger guy and barely fit
Other than that, this place was awesome
I would definitely stay again just make sure i ask
For a room with a larger shower.
Excellent stay

this was a great stay right in the heart of the Lido super nice and convenient.

Really lovely hotel a fun ferry to the mainland away from the crowds in Venice! Staff was fantastic.

Nice location with excellent access to the water bus at Lido. 10 minutes from beach. The property is however badly managed. The mattresses are old and creaky, the beds are covered with these awful looking coverings that I am not sure are freshly laundered. Air conditioning in our room was inadequate and the dials to control malfunctioned. The manager in the front, Francesca, was not helpful on basic requests. The other girl at the front desk was the only saving grace at this property. Avoidable.

Perfect hotel, so easy to get to and from Venice.

Very nice hotel in lovely area

The hotel is perfectly located next to the big boat station. The boat takes approx 20 minutes to Venice San Marco square.
Nice to walk to the beach on Lido, takes approx 10-15 minutes. Main street with restaurants.
Our attic room for 4 persons was quite big and tidy and clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of bread, cereals, egg, fruit, sweets.
The only negative thing was that the A/C did not work in April (winter season). It blew out hot air! The solution from the staff was to have the window wide open, but then it was a bit noisy.

Our stay was amazing! Big shoutout to Eugenio who was so helpful in showing us ways to navigate the city and also giving us suggestions of things to do during our stay. He was so personable and knowledgeable. He really went the extra mile for us but I feel like that’s probably just the way he is with everybody. His suggestion for the glass factory to visit in Murano was spot on! Our room was amazing and had an awesome view! Convenient to restaurants it was actually nice to be staying away from the main part of Venice.

Staff were 2nd to none. They all was accommodating and very helpful. Took there time to help with planning with wanting to know about lido/venice.

Breakfast has good variety

Without a doubt, the friendliness and suggestions of Eugenio and Francesca made our stay at the Hotel Panorama an experience to treasure. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of pastries, fruit, eggs and breakfast meats. Eugenio himself made our cappucinos. Multo, multo bene.

This is a second time we’ve been here at the hotel. It’s very clean. I like the beach and the restaurants .

I would stay here again. It’s very easy off the water bus and the beach is about a 10 minute walk. There are many places to eat within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel was quaint and we had a good view. The staff was excellent and went beyond to try and help.
Really enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel itself is at best a 2/3 star hotel. The decor is totally outdated and worn. Our room was prepared with clean sheets but apart from that pretty much everything is negative. The furniture & carpets were old & worn - had a musty smell which was unwelcoming. Lights & sockets are impractical (if you have electronic devices you want to charge bring your own extension & adapters to avoid disappointment !!) The A/C was ok working but clearly hadn’t been cleaned or serviced. The cleanliness is definately not to modern day standards. This hotel needs a makeover & updated with modern practical functions. (The bathroom doesn’t have any winfow or extractor fan - so that tells you a lot in itsel!)
The breakfast is basic but what gives it a real cheap feel is that you get served ‘Orange or fruit drink’ from a machine rather than fresh Orange /Apple juices. Truly you realise where you are once you come for breakfast !
The main staff are helpful and try their best to help with whatever is needed. The best thing about this hotel is the location next to the ferry terminal. Lido itself is great as it allows you to be away from the real hustle of Venice mainland itself without being too far (20min ferry to get to main area St. Marks for exsmple). Practical but truly underwhelming !!

This property was nice and breakfast was goos. The location was great. Unfortunately, the AC didnt work well in our room and it wasnt even full summer yet. It was so hot. The quadruple room included a folding cot. The private beach deal offered was a little co fusing. Im not sure if I'd recommend that. Note that this is in Venice, but on Lido which is about a 45 minute water taxi ride to the heart of venice.

I travel with my mother who is 68 years old, was perfect it's just crossing the street from lido station. The breakfast was perfect includes fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, ham, hard eggs, I made my own sandwich. And Franchesca is a very nice lady. Thank you.

Fantastic staff, very s friendly and helpful. Great location, at the bus and water bus station. Beautiful views of the lagoon. 1st floor extension had a nice rooftop terrace, we enjoyed drinks and a snack there. Thought it would be loud, but it was quiet, we all slept well. Beach was a bit of a walk, but shopping and local restaurants were great. We will stay there again.

We paid for an upgrade with a view when we arrived. The room we stayed in the AC did not work, so we had to open the windows. There was loud traffic getting off the water taxis every 20 minutes until about 3 am making it difficult to sleep. We changed rooms and it was better. The staff was polite and helpful.

Fab little hotel in Lido opposite Venice. Nice staff and the breakfast was good. Our room looked across to Venice, Lido itself is wonderful and a great escape after the crowds of Venice itself, yet just a 10 minute boat ride away.

We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Panorama and would definitely stay again if we were to come to Lido. The staff were excellent, and really helpful when I contacted them beforehand as I was worried about our late flight! Eugenio(?) was especially friendly and lovely whenever we saw him at reception/breakfast! Room was a little on the small side, but very clean. A couple of extras would be nice. E.g. there was nothing in the minibar, no glasses to have a drink and nothing like a welcome book. But these are just small points and didn't take away from our stay. Breakfast was great (especially the croissants!). Very happy with our stay overall!

Couldn’t ask for more, great location opposite water taxi overlooking the water & great views, fantastic advice regarding tourist dos & donts & little tricks to save money. Only issues being that the WiFi doesn’t work & cleaner left door ajar but hotel
Apologetic & went out there way to make amends
