Lovely location, accommodation was a disappointment
Apartment was large bright and airy with a lot of space. Good location a short walk from the water boat station and shops and restaurants. A lovely greengrocers just along the road. Some traffic noise but only to be expected. Not far from the beaches but they are mostly private so a long distance walk to the more grotty public beach but we managed to find a way to avoid the security guards and use the private beach by the end of our stay! Comfy beds and good air conditioning
On first appearance this was a fairly high end apartment but it wasn’t long before things began to niggle. Despite having told the management we would be arriving 2-3, which we did we were not let in until 4 so left out in the heat as there is no waiting area and no staff on site which seems odd. Firstly no kettle- there was one once because there was a manual for it in the kitchen so seems it had broken and not been replaced. Spent the week making tea in the microwave. When I texted the guy who let us in he didn’t seem to care. Kitchen had no toaster or grill or tea towels or cleaning cloth or surface cleaner . No obvious place to empty the bins so all a bit unhygienic. Strange array of kitchen utensils and no cereal bowls. Broken shower pole in the upstairs bathroom making it unusable and during a 5 night stay there was no offer of fresh towels. Would not entertain the idea of bringing small children here the staircase and balcony would be a disaster waiting to happen. Outdoor terrace was nice but table leg broken so unusable. Dusty- I had put my case under the bed and when I got it out to pack it was covered in dust. All of these things just niggled and were surprising for the price of what is rated as 4 star accommodation.

Pleasant
The apartment was clean, spacious and had plenty of easily accessible, free! parking.
The washing machine (a pretty big necessity for us as we were on a 3 week trip) was broken when we arrived and although we asked daily, no one ever fixed it. The air conditioner worked great but only after several visits to the apartment by the staff/technician. Meanwhile, the first 2-3 days of our stay were very uncomfortable. There were not enough linens in the apartment for the three beds

Passable
The apartment structurally was gorgeous - big windows, light and airy. And great location.
The apartment was not what I had been led to believe I was getting. The bedrooms were in the basement which smelt stale and just felt horrible sleeping below ground. I mentioned this straight away to the Viviana who had checked me in but she said there was no other apartment available. So most nights I slept on the sofa as I just could not sleep below ground. And we couldn’t sleep with open windows as no shutters on the basement windows and so it didn’t feel secure. This made the air very stale at night. Also the apartment was badly equipped. No oven. No kettle. No toaster. Only one huge pan. Very sparse cutlery. No sharp knife for chopping/peeling. No tablecloths or tea towels. It was such a shame as the apartment could have been lovely. But no thought or care had been put into it. It was quite dirty when we arrived - the floors were sticky snd made our bare feet black as we walked around. It had high quality fixtures and leather sofas and big tv but nothing to make the place look or feel comfortable or welcoming. No chairs to sit outside - just a dirty plastic table. Shame as there was a bit of garden but no way of enjoying it. I raised all of this with Viviana and she was very apologetic but said it was nothing to do with her - she just checked guests in. We ate out every day as hard to cook with so few utensils. And made do with being there as only a week. But we were not very happy overall. Luckily the Lido is so beautiful and special that we just spent all our time out of the apartment. I would never book there again which is a shame as it could have been made really lovely with a bit of effort.

To sum it up. The apartments are a good value of money. Rooms were super spacious and comfortable.
The apartment was more spacious than we expected. We rented two apartments and were traveling with seven children. Crazy idea :) But we were able to have enough space for everyone when we were in need of a quiet time. The beach was quite near. And instead of renting an expensive house on the beach we just rented a cheaper small camanero and were able to spend time near the water. Also, the travel with kids and this location gave us the opportunity to spend time on the beach and also do some city exploring. We traveled at the beginning of June and the sea was warm. And full of crabs. The kids loved to watch as they move across the seabed. The public transportation was good to move around Lido island and also to Venice and other islands close by, like Murano. Do go to see the glass-making art. And I can not give more thanks to Viviana, our host. Who helped us with the information and gave us suggestions on where to buy food and how to make our travel more comfortable. Thank you Viviana!
If I would need to bring something out, then it will be a noise in one of the rooms. In one small room, next to a bathroom. When someone used a shower or the toilet, during that time in that room was a very loud noise.

Enjoyed using the property but had no contact with owner/agent except via WhatsApp
Location very central to all facilities and very quiet
A welcome pack would have been nice. Also information about the area, how to travel around, where and what is in the area. A map and bus routes would also have been useful.

We made the best of it because we were on holiday but we were not treated well.
The location and that it is large with comfortable beds.
1) The kitchen was badly equipped, there wasn’t even a chopping board. 2) There were two outdoor chairs for four of us and no umbrellas, not funny in the Italian heat. The agent said they had been put in the cellar and she said someone would get them out for us, but that didn’t happen. 3) The bedrooms aren’t secure; there are shutters on the upper level but none on the bedrooms, which are in the basement. 4) We were not told where to put the rubbish or recycling, so just used the ones on the street, which wasn’t ideal. 5) The terrace and table were covered in bird droppings and the outdoor stairs were covered in cobwebs. The agent said she was going to send the cleaner but she didn’t, so I had to clean it myself!

Exceptional
It was more than I thought. A lot of space, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms on second floor, laundry. Wow! Thank you for our staying!

Modern and clean apartment in good location.
Modern apartment, very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, and a nice location on the lido. Only a short level walk to the main shopping/eating area and a café and restaurant just across the road. Very warm welcome on check-in. Loads of free parking at the apartment.
In contrast to the well lit corridors leading to the apartment, the lighting levels in the main rooms of the apartment were very dim. Fine during the day but not enough at night. Probably ok in the summer but need more once night falls quite early. Could not read a book for example.
