The room smelled like urine and the bathtub water ran all night, but wouldn’t drain due to a broken tub, was definitely not anything like the pictures was more like a trap, drug selling prostitution hotel

Not the best or worst place. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, this is it. I love a Red Roof Inn but this one is not the best in their portfolio. My room had a weird smell, gnats everywhere but I could stay here and not pay extra for my dog.

The room was so dirty. Floors were so bad I wouldn’t put my bare feet down. Dirt set in the corners. Toilet leaked and was not stable. Air conditioner smelled like pee. One of the worst place I could have stayed. I didn’t read the reviews or look at stats before reservation. Lesson learned. I don’t mind an older motel or hotel as long as it’s clean but I have nothing nice to say about this place.

I checked in and checked out of this hotel, the same day, due to noise, safety concerns. I have contacted this property several times, in regards to a refund, been over a week, no response. The customer service here is terrible, would not recommend to anyone.

I booked this place for its convenience and value, but you get what you pay for and in some cases less the room smelled like it was used as a smoking room and then they attempted to clean unsuccessfully the mat as you walk in was stained and musty, the floorboards are separating the linens were stained the pillows were gross. There were no tissues. The towels were stained. The tub was rusty in a spot unclean throughout did not stay the full night. This hotel is in Westerville, which is a very nice area. I expected better but was sorely disappointed.

The room was nice when you walked in; however, the chair at the desk had burn holes in it, the back of the bathroom door was water damaged, the shower curtain didn't quite cover or stay in place, toilet seat needed fixing, and the outlet in the changing area, where the blow dryer was didn't work. Not a place I would re-visit, if I can help it.

Management was completely unprofessional! We asked for more towels, and there was a debate as though there was a towel shortage!! Also one of the bulbs needed to be changed and the manager seemed like it was a bother for her to come and attend to it. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Room was not ready at posted time of 3:00. I called 2 hours prior to arrival to give my ETA and was told room would be ready by 3:00. Tub was dirty, coating was peeled away, faucet rusted and pubic hairs on the wall along with a dried orange peel. Towel bar broken. Towels had black and brown stains.

They messed up my reservation. I booked a handicap wheelchair accessible room. What I got was a standard room that I couldn't hardly move around with my wheelchair. The staff wasn't friendly or courteous. Over all a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

The first room I got the tv didn’t work, the heat didn’t work,stains on sheets. 2nd room I got because I got switched there was a hole in the bathroom door This is the 2nd time I have stayed here this month and have had problems or things broken.

The place was in need of updating. I chose it for price, and you get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable. We expected some sort of breakfast but there was only one pot of coffee. Yes, I would stay there again, but don't expect too much.

No housekeeping! When asked they said it was everyday and no one ever came. Since there was no room service we had to go to the front every day and ask for new towels and wait 20 mins for them. Staff at the front desk were rude, the lady kept rolling her eyes at me and no one was ever at the desk so we had to keep calling the phone number. When my husband first got there they made him wait outside in the freezing cold because his name wasn't on the reservation when I said I was on my way. I know it's a cheap hotel and you definitely get what you pay for. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but it was really ridiculous service. Me, nor my family or friends will ever be coming here again.

THEY HOTEL HAD ROACHES CRAWLING ON THE BED. THE FIRST ROOM 119 I HAD TO SHOULDER BUMP LIKE A FOOTBALL PLAYER JUST TO GET IN AND FOUND A ROACH. THEY SWITCH ME TO ANOTHER ROOM AND WAS ANOTHER ROACH AND WATERSPOT AND MOLD ON THE CEILING OVER THE BED. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!
