Service was great and staff was very courteous. Property was clean , but they is no noise barrier at all and it was very noisy. Beds were noisy as well

The door way between bed and bathroom was too narrow for the wheelchair. I had to stand up and collapse the chair so it would fit. Cable kept going in and out.

Room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Only complaint was the breakfast because the pancake maker was broke. Other than that it was a great stay.

Every interaction we had with staff was fantastic. They are efficient and friendly. That said, i would not stay here again. The parking area in the back had no lighting (the light pole was out) so i felt our safety and the security of my car was at risk. The hallway smelled musty. Cleaning staff left supplies in our room and the bathroom mirror worked on only one side of the frame.

I used my credit card here for incidentals and 2 days later I get a fraud alert!! Beware!!! Don’t use a debit card or you may lose everything!!!

Property was very nice, but there was not much parking. Had to park in a pitch black lot late at night. Staff was friendly and the lady running breakfast checked with everyone several times to make sure everyone was ok. Room itself was ok, nothing special. The carpet was coming up from the side trim and tub had mildew all over it.

Our bathroom was filthy and had mold there was only one towel in our room . The telephone didn’t have a keypad . Boneless people live behind the property which is concerning. The breakfast hot food wasn’t to temperature and very limited, coffee had grounds in it and no help in the breakfast area!!

This is the worse Holiday Inn express we’ve ever stayed at . The room was damp, everything was damp couch , chairs, sheets . There were also lil black sugar ants in the room . The breakfast area and food was great .

We found the overall room cramped for space, the funiture provided inadequate storage for our clothes. There appeared to be mold on the bedroom side of bath/shower wall. The modesty window screen was badly stained. There was barely any greenspace around the building to use for walking my dog.

We were there for a one night stay for a graduation The hotel was nice clean and quiet. Great location for our event at the Memorial Auditorium. Free breakfast provided by hotel but no dining, however there are many dining facilities nearby

The first room smelled awful and had two queens and I’d booked a king. The girl at the front desk cheerfully gave ma mother room with a king bed and it was fine.

I checked in my room at 9:30pm after a long day of soccer games and the room down the hall had a dog that would not stop barking. The front desk said there was no dog. So I made her come up and listen. The whole 3rd floor you could hear it. Apparently someone left for a ballgame and left it barking. The. At 11:05pm there are people standing by our door with kids running the halls. I had to tell them to stop talking and leave the area. The lady who checked us in had a stained bleach shirt and wouldn’t let us check in 15 minutes early. We had a game and she wouldn’t even check if our room was ready. Again same girl who said there wasn’t a dog barking but banged on room 305. My daughter went from sleeping in a bed to having to use a pull out couch because of the dog. Horrible place. So loud and no control

The location is next to a car wash during the day there is loud music playing from the car wash itself. If you are trying to rest in the morning, it's loud.

Light in mirror half lit. Disappointed that small amenities like shampoo and conditioner/ hand cream has been eliminated. Though breakfast included, it starts later than many guests stay. Having bagels, muffins , boiled eggs or fruit available a bit earlier would be so nice.
