Queen size bed in master bedroom 2. 4 bunk beds 3. Couch (sleeper sofa) 4. Dining table (makes into bed) 5. Refrigerator/Freezer 6. Gas stove top and range (pilot required for range) 7. Microwave 8. On demand HOT water heater (propane heated -- Set at 120 degrees) 9. 2 TV's (cable not included -- coaxial inputs - there is a "smart DVD player which requires Wi-Fi) 10. Inside LED lights (can be adjusted independently) 11. Blue tooth capable radio 12. Remote control for awning, power slide out and outdoor lights -- passcode is 0000 13. Powered hitch adjust 14. Outdoor speakers 15. Outdoor LED lights 16. Outdoor refrigerator 17. Outdoor gas stove top A few things you will need to do before enjoying your stay: 1. Hook up city water connection (hose connection is on rear of RV -- VERY IMPORTANT TO HOOK UP WATER BEFORE TURNING GAS ON -- WILL DAMAGE HOT WATER HEATER AS IT IS A TANKLESS UNIT 2. Plug in 30-amp power cord (110 adapter included -- extension cord is not) 3. Once power is hooked up -- Turn refrigerator to auto 4. Turn on gas tanks (located on front of RV) 5. SITBACK AND RELAX!!!
