Check in took a half hour. Room was adequate. Breakfast was understaffed and there was only oatmeal and toast available.

Overwhelming smell of Marijuana on the floor our room was on and in the elevators. The staff did spray to remove odor but it was very unpleasant and triggered my asthma. Would suggest locating smoking rooms to one area of the hotel to avoid people who do not smoke from being subjected to the odor and smoke.

Breakfast was horrible. LONG waits for items. They wouldn't replace items in the last half hour. Part of the reason to book was breakfast and it wasn't good at all.

Good hotel

I chose this location for it's proximity to Big Snow at American Dream. Only 5 minutes away so that was great. I really liked the room but the carpet was a little tired. Will return for my ski vacation in July!

Our room was clean. Upon check in we asked for a late check out. We were told we had to call at 8am to request one. The purpose of asking for a late check out is to avoid waking up early. Lol. I called at 8am...and was put on hold for 15 min. No one picked the phone back up. I had to get dressed and go down to the desk to request. I was told that we had to leave before 12 for late check out. The TV had instructions that kept popping up all night long. And 3 requests to get extra towels.

When called to check in early, I was told that it was impossible as they were busy. Then I arrived early as I drove 8hrs and didn’t know where else to go the lady checked us in without a problem but the guy who answered the phone seemed annoyed and rude. When we got our room they were doing renovations on a bunch of rooms, and our room was full of dust and there was wires beside the closet, which honestly didn’t bother us as we understood that we were early, but then we were in the room when a worker just walked in using their card without knocking on the door. It was a good hotel don’t get me wrong but definitely needs better front desk staff the only person that was nice was the night shift lady she was so happy and nice we extended our stay with her without any problems. Also if you’re looking for a quite room this isn't for you, you can hear the people next door like they’re beside you.

At 10:30 PM, 30 minutes before arrival, a call was made to the hotel to make sure we still had 2 queen beds. Was told by a female, yes 2 queen beds and confirmed name on reservation. Arrived at around 11 PM and was given keys cards to the third floor. We entered the room to find there were already guests staying in the room. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND COULD HAVE ENDED VERY BADLY!!!! Front desk then said there were no 2 queens but would give an upgraded room. It turned out to be a queen and pull out sofa bed. This is not an upgrade. At 8:30 AM the next morning a call was made to the Front desk to get the room we reserved. It appears now there was a room (didn't think housekeeping started until after 9 ??) Was told manager would call me regarding the situation. NO call came. When checking out tried to negotiate a credit for managments unbelievable mistakes and was told the situation described above never happened. This was a blatant lie. Again asked for a call from management. No call came and found out I was charged an additional amount of money. I guess that was for the complementary upgrade the first night that occurred due to staff mistakes. On an earlier stay in April 2024. Had room issues again and was "GIVEN" an upgrade but this time did not get charged extra. We will now stay elsewhere when visiting NJ. This place is not run by people who know what they are doing and should NOT be in the hospitality business!!!

Was clean and worked well wish it had a hot tub.

Easy spot for staying near metlife. Staff was kind although check in and check out process took an unusually long time for having had everything booked and set up online.

After paying a ridiculous rate for a room when I show up for check in they charge me a ridiculous deposit and then give a room that I did not reserve and when I asked the lady said I dont know that is the room assignment. So disgusted by the interaction we did not even stay. What a rip off. NEVER STAY HERE!
