Room keys refused to work. Had to make at least half a dozen trips to the front desk to get keys made, and invariably only one would work (if at all). Night manager had very poor, combative attitude. Room smelled. Parking was atrocious. Elevators had issues. Could never enter of leave except through front entrance.

It was rather confusing at the start. I called at 12 Noonto request an early check in and they said if we came by after 1 PM we would be able to check in. So we drove across town and arrived at 2:10 PM only to be told check in was 'after' 3 PM. I said I understood but had called in and spoken with the front desk. She apologized for the miscommunication, but no rooms were available. Ugh. The room was clean but the pillows (3 only) were awful and the sheets rough like sandpaper. There was only a thin blanket so I am glad I brought my own blanket from the car. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom - only to read on a sticker on the last day it was avilable at the front desk ON REQUEST. This was not offered at check in nor mentioned on the website. Nor was the fact that housekeeping was extra and on request. I was surprised to see the room was untouched when we got back from a long day out. Thank goodness we hung up all the towels. Overall the room was fine. The bed as not great and the pillows and bedding 'fine' but not great. The TV had no ability to connect to any apps or allow for streaming- big miss. Plus there was a napkin in the hallway of the stair way for over 36 hours. I ended up picking it up and throwing it out. It annoyed me too much. Plus there was missing pain on the bathtub/ shower which made it look run down. But, it was centrally located, close to the freeway and shopping and lots of easy parking. So you get what you pay for and it was ok! Thanks!

Location was super close to freeways, shopping & dinning. Pretty convenient for our Universal trip. Pretty comfortable. It did say "breakfast included".. was disappointed to discover it was a breakfast bar (oatmeal, coffee & muffins) not an actual hot/cold breakfast. Our keys also stopped working. We had to get them reactivated a few times during our stay.

CLEANING NOT PROVIDED UNLESS WE STAY 7+DAYS. CHANGE BY OURSELVES BASIS. NO GARNISH NOR COOKING TOOLS, AS THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH STOCK. You have to bring bathroom towels to counter for 1:1 changes. and they never count and give less towels then we return. Provided breakfast was beyond my expectations well below. almost nothing to eat. 1 stay, maybe I can recomend but not more.

It had plenty of parking. Could use a touch of cleaning around the parking lot to look presentable. Front trash bin at the entrance of the building was over flowing. Friendly customer services, knowledgeable and very informative staff Receptionist. Spacious room with double queen size, plenty of storage and room for suit cases . Did have tiny roaches. A well size kitchen with decent refrigerator and freezer, electric stove and microwave available. The hallway did have a wierd moldy smell with a mix of marijuana.

The room smelled when i walked im the bed was hard. In the morning there was a live roach in the sink when i was brushing my teeth and then i found 2 dead ones near the kitchen and closet and when i checked out and informed them and.showed pictures all they did was apologize and send me.on my way...i do believe they should have given me some.kind of credit back. No one wants to find roaches thats just gross..i have photos but for some reason it wont let me upload them

We had roaches in the room, some unknown person tried opening the door late at night twice. The bedding was not clean stained. The furniture was old and falling apart, and the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Disgusting!!

Tried to check in early, was told no, no big deal. Asked to use bathroom was denied because I wasn’t a guest, but had reservations…. Common areas dirty with trash and stains on carpet everywhere, saw a roach in hallway. my room not very clean could feel grit on bathroom floor. Remote for tv didn’t work, front desk resolved that. Not any better than motel 6

It already was a cruddy hotel the end of last year but price and location made up for A LOT. But now the entire staff has changed and they are short of cleaners so the hotel is is honestly going to s***. Not worth it because they are pricing like nicer hotels when they aren’t even in comparison. Rooms and hotel is just run down. Pay the extra for somewhere nicer.

Our room had a cockroach infestation. Got up in the middle of the night to use bathroom and ended up killing roaches all night instead of resting. Absolutely terrible experience. This hotel is dirty needs cleaning in their premises.

The room we were first given had dirty, torn carpet, a tub faucet that wouldn’t turn off and smelled so strong of cigarette my throat burned. We asked to switch rooms and while the new room had no cigarette smell, the tub was dirty along the floor and it had been painted with some sort of coating that was peeling. There was also evidence of a water leak under the sink, a burnt out bulb and no cover on the bathroom light. There was a pice of trash sticking out from under the phone which makes me doubt the thoroughness of the cleaning. That being said, the man working at the desk who checked us in and helped us switch rooms was very professional, friendly and polite.

You can see the families who ended up there deceived by photos. There was definitely a girl who was a lady of the night upset because she didn’t have a remote control.

There was a cockroach in the room. The guy at the front desk during check-in was neither helpful nor friendly. The cover for the kitchen light fell off in the middle of the night, and the guy's response (Joseph) was, "kay." The front desk person the following morning was much warmer and more welcoming. I also enjoyed the dog walking areas.

This was the most basic of hotel rooms. Everything was old and felt unclean. The bedding was scratchy and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Felt pretty sketch.

The staff are very nice. The rooms are filthy and falling apart. The floor is sticky type of dirty. Avoid if you can. I do want to say again though that the staff are really great, it is too bad they have to navigate the poor upkeep of the place.

This property is supposed to host guests with things like kitchen items to prepare food and a table to eat at. Why were chairs not available to sit at? We asked staff all 4 days and no chairs were provided. Another guest had to be moved twice to get a room with chairs in it.

Our carpet in the room all over was incredibly damp. It was gross walking in the room barefoot. The blankets were also wet. We got in around 10 pm and were too exhausted to make any changes and needed to be up for an early flight. We went down to get “breakfast” at 6:45, they were out of coffee and my son needed to take a prescription with water. I asked if there was any water and they said no, the closest store is a few blocks away. Our family just found it so bad it was comical and all we can do is joke about it now. I’m pretty sure they bought the positive reviews on here.

The room was not what was advertised. Pictures look way different than in-person. Many and large stains on the rug. Toilet seat was loose and broken. Asked more than once to get fixed and no one came to fix. There’s a lot of damage on the walls, floors and carpet in terrible shape. We could tell right away maintenance was not a priority. Asked staff for a couple more towels and was questioned as to what for. Well when we checked in, should’ve clearly seen it was us and our kids. The room only had two towels. What were my kids to use then. This was actually the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. Will never go back will never ever recommend and likely never stay at any extended stay in the country.

Room was nice, clean and comfy. Elevator was dirty & stinky. Hallways were kinda stinky too. Parking was convenient and we had views from our room for reassurance of safety. Wish the room was stocked with a little bit of extra towels.

Rooms don't have any utensils. When we asked for the utensil, they don't have any enough. Whatever the pan they gave also was in a bad condition. We decided not to use any of those. This defeated the purpose of choosing extended stay.

Close to venue for event. Was a bit noisy with traffic in area (busy shopping area), but was not bad at night at least. Easy enough to walk around the area and even walked the mile to my venue without issue. Parking was good size and room was decent usable size.

Filthy room. Not dirty, filthy. The free breakfast was pre packaged muffins and coffee. Uncomfortable beds and lumpy pillows. Unable to even walk without shoes as the floor was disgusting filthy. So disappointed!!

Hotel was super basic, but good for just crashing out for a night. Elevators are kinda sketchy and only one was working- and even that one was hecka slow. Beds slide around if you bump them since they’re on a wood floor. Took over 20 min to check in since there was no one at the reception desk. Once a solid lined formed (since peoples room keys stopped working(?)) someone finally came out. You could hear her the whole time talking & laughing with someone in the back. I passed reception probably 6 or so times during the stay and not once was anyone up there.

Property looks to be understaffed and you have to run behind the staff to get things done, key is not working properly, very old properly really need some maintenance, fridge was keep making sound all over the night. towel was dirty, carpet was in very pathetic state. If you look at cost vs comfort and if you are ready to compromise on comfort then it is good.

A cheap decent stay. Not the cleanest, or safest vibes, and definitely not a spot to stay if you want breakfast. Breakfast consisted of granola bars and wrapped muffins. Staff was nice, stay was good for the night, wouldn’t stay again.

Got the job done. Saw one roach in the room, the bathtub was peeling, and there was trash under the bed and in the cupboards from previous occupants. No daily housekeeping. The elevator was shaky and slow.
