I made the mistake of not reading the posted reviews, I tried to call and make changes but of course the manager was not available and you can't talk to a live person on hotels.com. I gave up and we went anyway to the hotel. it does not look like the pictures for sure but was pleasantly surprised the rooms were not as bad as the previous ones posted. It was clean not noisy as others stated. The breakfast was adequate for what we paid. The tubs drained and I really did not have any complaints for the value and what we paid for the room.

Cockroach were in the room, staff called and sprayed but didn’t offer to change rooms.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is pretty old and the elevator takes a very long time to close. The elevator buttons had to be constantly pressed in order for it to work.

The property is aged and it shows. The night staff was amazing. The beds were comfortable. We were only really there for a few hours to catch up on some sleep on our road trip.

This hotel is in dire need of renovations, not very clean, but service desk people are friendly, breakfast is ok. Location is convenient for us. And the price is right!

I checked in and checked right out due to the overwhelming odor in the hallway and in my room. The mixture of marijuana, cigarettes and air freshener doesn't smell too well.

The hotel room was falling apart in several ways, which made me uncomfortable. Firstly, the room had at least one cockroach, which I found crawling inside one of the drawers where I stored my clothes for the night. I hated this. The restroom had a broken tile in the wall and a hole in the shower wall. The chair was torn in one place. The table lamp was faulty and did not remain on consistently when I turned it on. The bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable and the TV set and microwave worked properly, at least.

Nice staff, Glad to see that they are hiring minorities, but maybe a alexa at the desk to help translate? Signage for the breakfast was vague and didn't say that it was on a different floor.

Gross! Stinks! I never leave reviews, BUT - this building needs thorough inspections! Doubt it will hit a green! Total overhaul wall to wall - floor to ceiling! Your staffs needs a raised for all their pleasantries!

This hotel needs pest control. I saw a few roaches crawling in the bathroom. I didn’t feel good about leaving my luggage open. No one wants to take roaches back home with them. I won’t be staying here again.

This hotel is easy on and off the highway location with dining within walking distance. Clean with nice sheets and towels. Great free breakfast with stay

Bathroom door could not be shut - tv didn’t work - bedding below the bottom of of the mattresses. Was soiled - basement hallways and the room itself was shabby - was not able to be transferred to another room or have the bathroom door fixed to close for privacy - only good thing about the experience was the courteous and friendly young women working at checking desk - we had to leave to find other accomodations for two nights and requested a full refund to our Visa Card - am waiting for a reply and full refund now!

It was a definite "Okay." The hotel is old and out of date. They advertise breakfast from 6-9 each morning...there was no breakfast, only coffee. They advertise a restaurant associated with the hotel, it's been closed for quite some time...makes me wonder if the room service menu in each room was just as out-of-date. Bare lightbulbs...old, worn carpets. I can say the front desk staff were very friendly!

The room was not truly clean. We only stayed one night prior to a wedding in the area so we made the best of it. There was dust in the vents, lots of hair in the shower drain, stains all over the carpet, and an oily substance on the desk and TV stand. It was really not ideal at all.

The wait to check in was very long. Very little engagement from staff as we entered and exited the building. The room was dirty with a serious big infestation. The closet door was broken and barely attached to the wall. Unsavory clientele were hanging around the public spaces in the hotel.
