This is a very old hotel. Very outdated. I will never stay there again. It was a last minute booking. Not clean. Mold in washroom. Spider web above lamp. Smell of mold throughout the hotel. Only positive thing was the lady at the front desk for check in was friendly.

The room smelled musty and dirty. The bathroom has holes in the wall and has no soap to wash your hands with. You feel just as dirty coming out of the shower as you did going in. This hotel is way past due for updating. The carpets are old and smelly, beds are uncomfortable.

The bathroom was so old it would be hard to make it look clean. The shower curtain was dirty or permanently stained. The sheets were worn & did not appear clean. The staff were welcoming. The hallways were dark, poor lighting in the bathroom & main room. There were no usb charging outlets. The wifi did connect quickly.

Stopped in for a quiet nights sleep prior to a 12 hour drive home. Super noisy hallways, yelling at all hours, teenagers being loud after midnight. Very disappointing as we just wanted a quiet night.

The coffee maker was not clean, same could be said of coffee machine in rm 143 where I stayed a the previous Friday. Also, very large nasty stain on carpet. Only small section of carpet in toom, so could easily be replaced. Overall, still like the hotel, staff are TOP NOTCH! Would stay again.

- Unfortunately didn’t like the dirty room, dirty pool. towels and blankets had old washed out stains. Shower curtain had orange mildew at the bottom. Half the channels on the TV did not work. Overall just didn’t feel very clean. The restaurant had good food and great customer service. Just wish that breakfast had been included as the room is definitely overpriced for its condition.

Needs renovations. The bathrooms are so outdated and the furnitures were stained. The restaurant food was good. Loved the French toast and the club sandwiches. Restaurant staff was nice. Hotel just is outdated and the pictures don’t match the rooms. It also states breakfast included but it’s not. The price is separate.

Hotel was old and showing its age. No upgrades done that I could see. No elevator and porter expected us, with visible mobility issues, to bring them up two flights. Got a ground floor with a big $150 off. Booked a new hotel immediately for $1000 less. Phone didn't work, had to walkto restaurant to order. Had to go back to pick it up. It was freezing but too exhausted to complain. Definitely don't recommnd this place. Deplorable

We decided to give this hotel a try despite having worse reviews than there competitors to try to save some money on our honeymoon. We now regret this decision as we were charged for a room we didn’t use (booked because of an Expedia error but they refused to give us our money back), the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, the hot tub jets were broken, the bar seemed permanently closed, the towels had yellow spots on them despite coming from the “clean” pile, the phone in the room didn’t work, and they wanted to charge us $25 to charge our EV regardless of the fact that it only takes $1 of hydro to charge it and they wouldn’t have to do anything. I would trust the negative reviews- in fact this is the first negative review I’ve ever left and I’m just hoping it saves someone the stress of staying here. It seemed like it was great back in the day but has since gone downhill.

The room's condition was subpar, failing to meet expectations, particularly considering the price point. Specifically: - The mattresses were uncomfortably Soft and in need of replacement. - The bathroom fixtures were outdated and broken, requiring urgent attention. - The room itself was in disrepair, with peeling wallpaper and a general sense of neglect. Given the premium pricing, I expected a significantly higher standard of accommodation. Unfortunately, the current state of the room does not justify the cost
