Even when I checked in, I was told to go to elevator D, but he didn’t tell me which way elevator D

I passed by five staff in the morning and not once a good morning was Said to me , I said good morning to them and they just looked at me. You are trying with your rooms By getting the carpet out Thank you very very much. but yes, I don’t think I feel getting the carpet out but your tubs the old fashion Jacuzzis are disgustingly dirty.

Nice hotel

Nice, spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed, and the hotel is in a good location. The staff were very professional and welcoming. I was in an updated room (executive room), with some good modern updates since my last stay.

The AC/Fan was very loud. It was useful as white noise to cover the loud voices coming from another room, though.

I may stay in the future, but will definitely ask for a little better room than the bottom floor.

The front desk staff were very nice and pleasant to deal with with. Our room keys didn’t work the second morning so the clerk at the desk promptly gave us new ones.

The room was clean, but the decor was extremely dated. I was there for two full days and because of that I would expect to have fresh towels and face cloths and I did not go to the laundry room down the hall for me and help myself to two towels. The toilet seat looked soiled, but after further inspection, I realize that it was just old and the finish had worn off.

Comfortable, great value

It's an older hotel, but the room was super spacious, clean and quiet. We could park just below our window, come in through a back door and take the elevator right up to our room- so super convenient. The front desk staff was really personable and I have no complaints about the hotel. It's near all the shops and restaurants we needed and for the price, it was a great value. I'd definitely stay here again

disappointed

the location was good and the one bed was comfortable, the pull out was uncomfortable - we ended up using the thicker blanket from bed as padding on the pull out.

the carpet was disgusting, full of stains. we wore shoes the whole time we were in the room. the pull out sofa had no bedding so we had to call the front for it. the shower made weird noises. Not at all what I expected considering the hotel had better ratings than other hotels in the area.

Very good

The staff was very pleasant, the area was nice and clean, the room was clean, and the restaurant was awesome. I definitely would recommend this hotel. They have a beautiful atmosphere.

I was there for peace and quiet and all I heard throughout the evening and during the day was a dog barking and late at night, there were people in the yard playing around. When mentioned they gave me another room away from everyone. They were very accommodating.

Good

Clean large room. Quick soft hot water and pressure well balanced from the shower head . Carpet free room. HVAC and fridge not too noisy. Soft mattress but it was comfortable enough.

The main part of the hotel smells like mildew and old smokers. My throat and eyes felt irritated within 1 hour of arrival. WiFi very slow and kept cutting off. Didn't see a microwave.

Needs to be staffed better.

Good location, Comfy bed, Nice pool

Short staffed, very slow to respond. Needed bedding for sofa-bed. It took over an hour. Need a plunger for toilet...took 2 hrs. I think maybe they need security on premises, as kids (and parents) were running wild.

I went to check the pool. It did not look clean enough for me to jump in. Hot tub neither.

It was good with very minor annoyances.

Rooms were clean Staff was helpful Amenities were close Workout room was decent

Room doors did not operate properly. The first room we had, the door didn’t close properly… a bit annoying when you walk away but the door never closes behind you then you have to go back and make sure it’s fully shut. The second room we had the door didn’t open properly, had to fight with it until we figured out that it would only operate if pulled/pushed towards the hallway then turned counterclockwise. Kinda minor but irritating. Wifi is very slowwwwwwwwww. Otherwise, all was good.

Waited over 2 hrs for breakfast, when it was received it was cold, while watching other people come in and get served promptly.. We had been told it was coming and didn’t receive.

The stay was perfect for the emergency stay we needed for one night! All was well!

It was perfect for what I needed for a one night stay for my boyfriend and I. The room was clean and a fair size, the bed in the room was very comfy. Pool was nice, and staff was nice.

Very good

I had the best sleep! The pool was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast.

Rooms, particularly the bathrooms, could use some updating and new furniture.
