Booked a suite with a jetted tub on the app. When we arrived we were in a room with no jetted tub but a deluxe king bed. Paid to upgrade to a jetted tub and now it seems my card has been charged full price for the room. Even though i pre'paid on Hotels.com. Room key stopped working after 10 am but should have worked until 11.

The Ramada was very nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Our room was huge, and very quiet. We never heard any kids running in the halls, no doors slamming, no people congregating in the halls! Our only complaint was the breakfast. It really sucked. We will definitely stay here again.

Only issue we had was the food choices at breakfast. Pancakes were rubber and the sausage was just bad.

Stayed 3 days & 3 nights. Started out with 2 bath towels for 3 adults. Rooms were not cleaned once. Went to front desk on second evening for more towels & spoke with clerk. Was assured room would be cleaned the next day. It was not! Was pile of dirty towels & garbage when we left. Very disappointed. Spoke with clerk at check out. She assured me the manager will contact be on Wednesday, 11-16. We’ll see. Considering disputing charge through my credit card. This service (or lack of service!) is unacceptable.

We chose this hotel because it had a higher rating on hotels.com and we've stayed in ramadas before and liked them. This hotel was in a sketchy neighborhood but we thought it's okay we'll just stay inside. We get into our room and it had an old musty smell, there were stains all over the floor, blanket and pillow cases and the shower head did not work. The front office staff was nice and offered us new bedding but we will not be back.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room,though a bit tired was conveniant. Carpeting could use a goid stam cleaning as there were what appeared to be wine stains. The breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was good but only white bread for toast....no bagels, english muffins,waffles or yogurt. Our stay was good value for travelers on a budget. Staff were very friendly.

Very friendly staff! I very pleased that they acknowledged my granddaughter (who likes it when shes noticed). I got 1 of rooms with a jet tub (more for the tub for my granddaughter). She was very excited to see that, enjoyed EVERY minute she was in it. The only issue or cleaning item was the exhaust fan in the bathroom (dusty). I would go back there another stay!

Room didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a very long time. Stones, debris, trash on the floor. Hairs in bathtub.
When they checked on the room, they took dirty towels but didn't leave clean. Didn't leave additional coffee pod. Breakfast, if you can call it that, was nothing. Empty pan where it looked like eggs had been. 4 slices of white bread, hard cookies, 2 rotten bananas were the only fruit in the fruit bowls. This hotel was horrible

We stayed here for a concert in down town Saginaw and this place is great location wise. It’s literally a 5 min drive from down town. The building itself is older and although it appears clean it is very dated. The staff was helpful and kind, and overall a great place to stay if you’re just using the room for sleep. My husband went down for “breakfast” around 8:30am (we were told breakfast was 6-10am), and they were already packing up and had nothing left.

Frosted glass window to the hallway, not even the exterior of the building. Wallpaper was peeling, holes in the wall. Bed sham had but holes in it. Wouldnt dare sit in the upholstered chair, hasn’t been cleaned since the 70’s. Sign into your own streaming accounts for the tv. Bed was ok.

Property was decent for the price. Room was clean, lobby was clean and neat. The hallways were ungodly hot and the AC in the room could not keep up.

When you walk in, you'll feel like you stepped back in time. I personally appreciated how it looked like the past had been preserved. Almost elegant of its time.
We had gotten in late, the man at the desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We got to the room and while it was dated, it was super clean. I've been in new hotels that werent nearly as clean. Due to our arrival time, we slept through breakfast, so I can't tell you about that. But if you're looking for clean and affordable place to lay your head with friendly staff, I would stay here. Beds were clean, nice pillows, clean sheets. Our room #140, was a large double bed with kitchenette, large soaker tub, room was cooled nicely yet the ac was a little noisy, we didn't mind ( it helped us rest better)
The only odd thing we noticed was the ac units to the rooms seemed to be vented into the halls, which made for a super warm entry. And Google maps brought us to the back of the property instead of the front lobby.
Overall I'd stay again without question.

No ice machines worked and breakfast was the worst I ever saw and couldn’t eat. Hallways were hot and loud so no chance to sleep past 6. Beds were comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked but loud and fridge was warm but freezer kept our pop cold. Room was clean and large. Nice place but major service issues on upkeep needed.

The hotel was easy to get to, we were greeted by two very happy staff members. They were chatty, and very polite!
We went to our room, it was okay, nothing fancy however it was decently clean. The hotel itself was dated however the staff work hard to keep it clean and looking as best as it can!
The outside of the hotel was dirty. There was dog poop by the entrance, garbages were full, and were not emptied.
The breakfast was fair. You can make it work with an orange and some toast! The one staff was super helpful for looking for peanut butter for me.
Overall if you’re looking for a cheaper option to lay your head, that’s relatively clean, but great staff this option is for you!
