Decent for what we needed

Close to location needed. Beds comfortable. Good hot breakfast

USB charger port by beds broken. Hardly any accessible outlets near beds. No microwave in room. Fridge super small. I don't like the new trend of locked soaps and lotions. It was too far out of reach

How warm the pool was

Hot tub didn’t work and my room had electrical issues the light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling and didn’t work and the microwave and refrigerator didn’t work

Room for Bettering Themselves

Breakfast was really amazing, everything was hot and fresh. in addition, the room was spacious. The desk staff was knowledgeable and quick to check me in. When I had a concern, the desk staff listened empathetically and called me back with a resolve afterwards.

Their is no nice way to say this but my face towels were filled with pubic hair... yes filled... I kind of expect one in a towel but more than 10 is simply disgusting. Someone should have seen that. Also the hotel is super small, I'm a single woman and ended up with a room on the first floor of the hotel. This was a first for me and I really couldnt rest because of it.

It was absolutely perfect. The Staff especially on this day were absolutely amazing.

No one mentioned the pool was closed. It was a big bummer.

the price was decent

the hot tub wasn’t operable keys didn’t work when I went to the room the room I was given wasn’t completely clean food was inside refrigerator front desk attendant on 2nd shift wasn’t very friendly

Electricity didn’t work at bed sight chargers were not work at bed site…Cleaner rooms, carpet stained, bathroom tub stained, outside of tub scratches grout stained in Kleenex stuff in holes in bathroom wall. Soap dispenser were awful, no shampoo, hand lotion, will not go there again!

Good location, comfy beds

The hotel looked as if were being upgraded, but that process was incomplete. The place still looked old, dingy and there was an odor in the halls. The bathroom was dirty, particularly the shower and shower curtain. If the Holiday Inn took the building over, the company should have waited to open until the full renovation was complete. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Ohio this summer and it was fresh, clean, comfy, etc. This one in Saginaw was the opposite. We will not be staying there again.

Exceptional

They were able to get me checked in earlier then 3pm. I was coming from out of state to attend a funeral and got in town earlier then 3pm and they checked me in And had my room ready. Very friendly staff and helpful.

everything the staff were amazing the room was clean and amazing the location was amazing. Everything was in one place.

honestly, the eggs could be a little bit less rubbery and the oatmeal could be a little bit thicker. They could have more options of tea and stronger coffee.
