2nd time I have stayed here. Serene, quiet, friendly, warm. Fireplace the finishing touch. Will always stay here when in Kanab

This cute hotel is a great place to stop while traveling though Kanab. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel has a restaurant/bar. We especially enjoyed the home cooked breakfast that was offered for a small additional fee. It is so much better than what other chains offer. There was delicious sausage, baked french toast, scrambled eggs with cheese, oatmeal, fresh oranges, coffee tea etc. We also enjoyed sitting by the firepit in front of the property. Such a nice touch and great place to visit with friends/family traveling with you. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed at this hotel several times previously. Booked a 3 night stay this time but left after the second night. This was due to the proximity to the house next door (to the left of the property when viewed from outside). There were several people making noise until the early hours along with their music. Dog(s) constantly barking for ages. Not much the hotel could do about it but cost a night for which I never stayed.

What a beautiful little boutique hotel. I had never stayed in a boutique hotel and now I love it! It’s so cozy and comfortable.

Perfect cozy get away with all the little things that made the stay special. The cozy antique vibe was lovely and calming. I especially enjoyed driving my morning coffee in the outdoor seating area with gorgeous views of the mesas around us in the shade. Overall, I recommend.

Everything was superb! Highly recommend anyone looking for a “hub” for the Parks!

Nice place, excellent staff.

AC was very noisy, the shower/tub in the middle of the bedroom was terrible, difficult to get in and out of.

Great stay with great people. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Old school fabulous service; and to me, the most important attribute of it all - authentic.
Upon arrival from Vegas, I was immediately greeted by friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, then checked in. Everyone I asked a question was able to answer questions regarding things to see, and do and delicious food to eat during the two day visit.
While the temperatures were in the 100 degree category, I had a blast and will be back soon!

This gorgeous hotel is right on the north side of Kanab, Utah great for heading to Zion. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Our room # 210 was on the small size for a king bedroom. Were no extra towels or supplies in the room.
No elevator so had to lug suitcases up and down stairway.
Otherwise, staff were great and the breakfast was excellent.

We arrived in Kanab a bit later in the evening (8:15 pm) and by the time we realized that most restaurants were closing by 9 we decided to try 'Sego' in your hotel. What an amazing surprise! First of all, it was gracious of the restaurant that they were willing to seat us after 8:30, but then the food was exceptional!! WOW! Also, the breakfasts were much better than standard hotel breakfasts. We have already recommended this restaurant (and hotel) to others. :-)

The check-in process was easy. Laurie answered all our questions about the area and provided valuable information about the national parks. Room was very nice with a fireplace. Bathroom was large and clean. Would of been nice to have housekeeping more often than every three days.

Very welcoming staff with a clean and updated property definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in Kanab. Check in was excellent - Laurie at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was refreshing to stay in a room that was not decorated by a corporation with generic and stale art. We felt it was like staying at Grandma's home.

Very comfortable bed and bath. Some noise from upper levels and hallway but all in all a good experience for one night. Yummy breakfast buffet in the morning! Definitely worth the $10.

Beautiful place, and staff added extra touches. The only negative was that there is no elevator, and the jets did not work in the tub. When mentioned at the front desk they were aware.
