Very good hotel in a fabulous location. It was clean and staff were friendly. The pool area was extremely busy, however that wasn’t an issue because you are on the beach.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel.
I booked their Single Room, which turns out to be a type of room hidden from all hotel visuals because it is a nightmare. Everything was falling apart – there was a big hole in the closet, the shower curtains were stained, the window was up above facing two buildings' air-conditioners. Everything in the room was old – not vintage, broken, faded, falling apart old. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the towels were old and gray. There was nothing but a kettle and a cup in the room (no tea, no coffee, no water). The hallway to this room was dark, smelly, and dressed in a stained carpet.
The worst thing about this is that nowhere (not on the hotel's website or social media or on Expedia or other platforms), there was a hint of this hidden room type.
I wanted to change my room but I was told that there were no rooms available. After very persistent complaints to the reception and to Expedia (thank you Expedia!), I was informed that there was a cancellation. I was then given another room – which I think is also not on the website. It is a small room with a small sliding door/window facing another building. But, it was beautifully renovated, with a new bed, fluffy towels, and a welcoming tray of coffee, tea, and snacks. The hallway was still ugly with old furniture and carpet but no smell.
The hotel has a mediocre buffet breakfast. Its location is quite convenient.

Everything was ok, location, breakfast, pool, property

Extremely noisy. This was unsuitable for a family with young children due to the nose in the corridors and the party in the open bar.

Great staff but hotel rooms could do with a refresh.

A great place to stay if you are visiting Rhodes Town. We had a deluxe sea view room and were very pleased with it. Very close to "Bar Street" if you like that sort of thing. We used the Red Lion quite often and had some good entertainment from the Swedish/Dutch and Norwegian youngsters. Hotel is on the "windy beach" side but the wind is very welcome in the heat of the day.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, we had 4 rooms. The place was great, the breakfast buffet was enormous! It was right across the road from the beach. We didn't use the pool, it opened after we were out sight seeing and closed too early (sadly). Convient to everything.

Great location, friendly staff, best breakfast for Summer of 2018, clean, nice facilities.

the hotel had a lovely pool area and reception area however when we were shown to our room we were so disappointed. Although it was clean it was very dated and very basic. Considering it is classed as a 4 star hotel we did not have the facilities we have had in previous hotels we have stayed in. No wifi , no kettle no iron 50 euros extra to use safe. These are things we have had in other 4stars without having to upgrade. The bathroom was very small and very dated

We have stayed for the last 2 years and are about to book for next year.
The hotel is not far from the town and only a couple of minutes from the old town.
We like to visit other Greek Isles and it is only a 5 minute walk to the harbours.
If you like late nightlife it is on the doorstep.Taxi rank is outside and bus stops.

We had a room on the 6th floor with a balcony overlooking the roundabout and the beach. Very central location - 1 Km to 'CBD' and Old Town. Good pool. The room was a good size and not noisy. WiFi incurred an extra charge - about a euro per day. Room Safe also incurred an extra charge - 2 Euros per day. Breakfast was great.

Close to beach Pool Looked nice. Rooms were old and looking tired. Pool area looked nice however weather prevented its use. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a problem and complained and the hotel made it up to us by providing some free drinks at the bar. Bar staff and reception staff were lovely.

It was just before the end of season and very quiet. Wifi was free everywhere except the hotel. Breakfast was nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful we unhappy that we had to pay extra for internet when all the restarants and cafes were free
RHODES EVEN HAS FREE WIFI ZONES. Great breakfast. Nice pool area

stayed here one night and really liked how close it is to the bar street, maybe 200 ft. away. It's also right across the street from a nice beach. WiFi would of been nice but all the surrounding restaurants have it so you can go order a coffee and gain access. The hotel staff was really good to me and my friend, we showed up way before check-in and we were able to store our luggage with no issues.

The Blue sky hotel was average at best and we left with a bad taste in our mouth and pockets. Wireless? yes but it costs a fortune, every other Bar in Town gives free wifi? Gym? (big driver on which hotel we choose) yes but 14 Euoros a day, no thanks. Fridge? yes, but if you buy anything from outside the hotel and leave it in the fridge it will be thrown away. towels for the pool? NO and signs saying dont use the ones from the room. Reception staff unhelpful and tried to charge us for mini bar we never used. limited beds by pool and generally Average at best. Location was described as central, it was 20 mins walk for very fit people to Harbour and old town.

It's a bit old as a hotel but still it is quite pleasant, with very good service and quite good facilities

the manager tried to say the hotel was full after we had prepaid. he lied and was just trying to get more expensive night stay from same day guest. really made me angry.
1.5
Good location for visiting the historical and archaeological sites of Rhodes, though the hotel also faces a beach and is close to a variety of restaurants. Some features of the hotel are a little dated and tired.

We got the room for a great price, if we had paid full price we would have been very disappointed with the hotel. The pool area was lovely, it rained whilst we were there though. Breakfast, big selection, okay nothing great. Rooms a bit old fashioned, bed sheets smelled really weird although my husband did'nt seem to notice! Room was big, had a nice balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Lots of cute restaurants and bars in the area.

The room was filthy on arrival. There was food and other debris on the carpet that had not been vacuumed. The sheets had hairs in them. We had to ask for vacuuming and clean sheets. Once vacuumed, the carpet was still extremely stained. Pillows and beds were lumpy. Room safes didn't work. Room looked and felt bleak. The front desk employee was helpful and did his best to get things fixed. Room was a bit better by second night.
1.5
The location is good, as it was across the street from the beach. There are several restaurants and bars near the hotel, too. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. The room was ok for the 3 nights that we were there. The reservation included breakfast, which was pretty good with a few choices.
2.5
Lovely hotel with a great pool and pool bar. The hotel is directly opposite the ocean. The location could not be better. A short walk to the old town. The breakfast was excellent - fruit, eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, breads, cereals. We ate our dinners in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great value for money. we would not hesitate to stay at Blue Sky again and highly recommend it.
