The room was nice but there was not any cups or glasses to be able to take our meds. There was two in our room with just one wash rag and one hand towel, called down to the desk and was told we had to wait for them to come out of the washer. For being a Hilton hotel this place wasn't even up to Red Roof standers. They also had no milk or creamer for coffee. No micro

Our stay was nice however breakfast very spartan.

The employees were wonderful, hotel was clean & close to St Augustine but we were very disappointed in the breakfast if you could call it that. They only had bagels, packaged muffins, & orange juice along with coffee & tea.

Property is a little beat up. Soap containers in the showers were all empty. Breakfast was weak.

The check in was a bit long as only one person was working the desk, despite it being check in time. The staff was friendly. I didn’t realize there would be a $150 hold on my card for incidentals. Felt a bit excessive- even Disney resorts only hold $100 at a time. Plenty of parking, very close to the fort but just far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. Really great location. The room was clean, and we really didn’t hear anyone in the halls at night, no doors slamming or toilets flushing from other rooms. The breakfast offered was bagels, yogurt, and muffins which was just fine for us.

Great and well located hotel. Super clean.

The rooms were as expected but there were areas where I thought it should be cleaner- behind the toilet, in the corners, etc. The free breakfast was a joke. It should have been called a continental breakfast and listed the 3 items you would choose from. The pool and hot tub were way too hot. I didn’t feel refreshed after the trip to the pool and the towels were so small. Also, I wish there was more shade and not hot air from the a/c units blowing in our face. Elevator was broken the first night we were there and so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with our 3 kids and one time with the stroller. The staff was friendly but I feel like because of the pool and breakfast I won’t be seeking out to stay at another Spark. This location was mostly chosen due to the walking distance to where we wanted to go, having a free breakfast (which we didn’t know would be so bad), and the fact that there was a pool. It was great to have free WiFi!

The hotel is clean and in excellent location but the free breakfast is very limited and don’t expect anything good.
The location is excellent and the room is very basic ( no coffee) and we have to go to the from desk to get an ice bucket and cups.

Nice location, simple, quiet. Basic bagel bar for breakfast. Limited hours for the small pool on premises is a problem.

Not enough room for complete review this time. Newly renovated hotels that has great potential. Front desk staff amazing .shower only had hot water..breakfast was just bagels period..parking was free on website but we're going to charge 11/night..no microwave and fridge was basically wedged in cabinet hard to use. No coffee pot..lastly got stuck in elevator for about 10 minutes..with 5 other people until we pried door open and called emergency operator in elevator and 911..quite disappointing for a "Hilton" chain.

We made the reservations though Expedia. Riley checked us in, He was professional and courteous. We were there three nights. The last night we returned to the hotel around 10pm, exhausted, tired, ready to shower and go to bed. Our card key did not work. We went to the front desk and Jasmine gave us a new card key. Again, it did not work. Around 11 pm, she called the hotel manager and explained the situation. She tried to bypass the lock and it did not work. Around midnight, she gave us another room to rest until they could solve the problem. We did not sleep; all our toiletries were in the locked room. We could not shower. My meds were locked in the room and I couldn't get them. Finally, at 8 am the Fire Dept. knocked the door open. Oral, the room steward informed us that they knew room 306 had a problem with the lock. The manager at that time was Susan. We informed her that we wanted a refund of that night's stay because we did not use the room and were not able to retrieve our belongings until the next morning. She became very belligerent and screamed at us that "The lock was fixed". I said, "Apparently not since the Fire Dept. had to cut the door and the lock. We could not believe her attitude. All she had to do was apologize for the inconvenience", but she just kept screaming that we were not going to receive a credit. We expect a refund for that night.

Breakfast was disappointing, just bagels and coffee. There is a $22. a night parking fee that we didnt realize. There wasn't any info or magazines on sites or maps.

Unfortunately, we did not sleep due to intermittent plumbing leak. The shower curtain was missing and the bathroom door did not close at all. Very bad experience.

Easy walk to all of Old Town St. Augustine. Newly renovated property. Excellent staff.

The website advertised continental breakfast, only offered bagels everyday. Desk clerk was rude and only cleaned my room once in eight days. I will not stay there again.

The desk clerks were very friendly and kind. They went above and beyond when helping with an issue outside the hotel. Thank you very much.

By Hilton??? Really?? Terrible. Hotel smells bad, breakfast was only bagels, cream, cheese, and coffee that is it. Not bananas or apples or cereal or scrambled eggs, not even boiled eggs. The room not bad but they didn’t change the bed sheets NASTY!!! bath tub was dirty and it has a big bottle of conditioner the only problem is that the bottle is completely empty, not even a drop of conditioner. I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

I hope was a 0 star mode, a motel 6 is way better than this place , What a horrible experience, I paid $250 for a room , when I get there I got charged $150 " deposit" $20 parking fee, when I go up to my room door won't open , take 20 min to got change to other room , no microwave in room , mini fridge won't work, no coffee maker in room and to make worst in the morning toilet won't flush , breakfast sucks , definitely no a hilton quality hotel and definitely not a $250 room value
Really bad service and experience, I will never Stay here again

When booking our room, it was pictured with a sofa in the room. We didn’t have one. There was no actual desk chair and only one chair for watching TV. I was shocked to have to pay for parking. The breakfast was disappointing as there was no protein or fruit, only carbs. I was not impressed with the Spark business model and probably won’t stay at a Spark hotel again.
10.0
Perfect location. The breakfast is not a full breakfast but was sufficient.

Property was under construction, staff not welcoming, should have been a reduced rate due to conditions of the hotel. Pool was closed.

First of all, would I stay there again. Yes. The location is right where we want to be. What was wrong was the girl who checked us in had a phone in her ear and was on a personal call. She did not acknowledge us with a hello, just rudely said well what do you want. They advertised a bar and a restaurant. Both were closed. They were filled with beds and construction materials. December was too cold to swim but we thought we would jump in the spa. We were told it gets warm but the jets don't work. It did neither. The hallways walls and carpet were beaten up badly. The room were clean and bed was comfortable. Toilet seat was falling off. No microwave in room. Loved the location.
6.0
Property being sold and it’s a mess. Breakfast bar is full of boxes and large boxes as well as the entry way. End of the halls were filled with curtains and other room remnants just piled up. Staff was doing some in house fighting.

Window view was of a roof. Very disappointing for the price.

I will bever stay at another hotel in Saint Augustine! Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room!

I was lied to at the front desk. I was interrogated about my service dog. To the extent of having to explain my medical conditions. I was lied to buy “Susan“… I don’t believe that was her name whatsoever. I was accused of not reading through the entirety of the contract for this day, And yelled at for not initially a section of the contract that was never highlighted by their employee / General manager, who checked me in. I will never go back to this residence and express anybody reading this to change your plans. We had an entire family outing with more than six rooms booked, only two of them actually had locks to the door.
6.0
The place was under renovation. our room had damage to some items which we took pictures of but was a minor issue. room did have an odd odor but minor. no breakfast due to renovation and lots of cosmetic issues. check-in was long also due to renovation.
was a good location.
