Good in general, I am giving only 3 stars because I would expect more from a 4-star hotel, anyway the price of my stay was not expensive. The room I was given needed a bit of renovation (electric plugs etc.). I was there in winter, probably in summer with garden, pool etc. the hotel is much more enjoyable. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean, a good size, had a fridge and a nice balcony. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area and only a 20 minute walk into Arles. The pool and property grounds are very well kept- although weather wasn't good enough for us to enjoy the pool.

This hotel is not a 4 star. It is very dated. The walls are paper thin and we heard our loud neighbors all night and early morning. As well at 8 a.m. there was a grader outside our door. Pool undergoing renovations so not very nice to look at.

a very nice hotel with exterior corridors, but safe and secure; the food is very good, with a cook-to-order breakfast buffet, which is worth 14 euro if you are a big breakfast person; please note the dinner options are cooked off-site, but very good; the staff is absolutely wonderful and go out of their way to accommodate and assist you in any way, especially Ludovic, who is a real gem. i would definitely stay here again when in the Arles area. they also have 2 outlets for free electric car charging.

Séjour très agréable. Un petit bémol sur la piscine. Les marches sont très glissantes et il n'y a pas de douche pour se rincer. Le personnel est très aimable. En cette période de crise, i' faut vérifier les petits déjeuners qui sont parfois incomplets mais complètés des qu'on le signale.

The staff were always helpful over the nine nights we stayed. The room was simple, well kept, a good size and with good air conditioning. Good breakfast and good swimming pool. Secure car park and only 8 minutes drive to the centre of Arles

This was a nice, relaxing budget hotel. Good rooms, comfortable, clean, basic but well appointed. Nice gardens & pool area, all well maintained. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Within 1 mile walk of the Amphitheatre, but the area to walk through is not so good - I certainly would be careful walking if I were on my own into town, especially at night. The hotel was, however, well screened - secluded with exceptionally secure parking. However, it would have been good if they could have run their shuttle bus into the town in the evening - maybe one set dropoff & pickup time - to avoid walking through the area to get into town. It didn't feel safe, and I would be worried if I were a lone female or disabled.
