We arrived on the late night the coffee mug was left with coffee with molds on day 1. i just washed the coffee immediately since my wife started to get upset..other than that our stay was pleasant . Just pay attention in cleaning the place

The room was spacious snd clean. The king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the exhaust fan in it was not working.

The hotel was decent. The room had lots of space. The layout of the room was weird though, the bathroom door didn't open all the way, and the bedroom door hit the bed and had to be pushed passed it to get it open. The pool was ok, the hot tub was outrageously hot, and the kids wading pool was in poor condition. There is a rubber pad poorly secured to the floor of the wading pool that my daughter kept tripping on. The water was not running in the wading pool which was very disappointing. Upon further observation the wading pool was dirty, hair was floating around, there were bandaids on the bottom of it, we stayed out of it after this discovery. I would've chosen a different hotel had I known the condition of the pool. I will say the location was convenient and relatively quiet.

We stayed 2 nights. In our room, the humidity was very high and there was a persistent musty smell. When the air conditioning came on it smelled like marijuana so the no smoking policy is obviously not being enforced. The tub faucet was leaking and rust stains were in the tub. The hallway was warm and humid. Outside, there is an exterior light fixture that is broken and there are exposed wires right next to a sidewalk. The exterior stair door was not secure, even though a card swipe is required. The breakfast offering is limited but the space is clean. On our second morning, the refrigerator with the milk, yogurt and boiled eggs was warm. Notified staff that was looking into it when we left.

Nice hotel that has gone through some upgrades. Very nice pool with warm water, great kid’s pool, and jacuzzi. Bed was comfortable. Was not recognized as member of Choice which was supposed to give us an upgrade and clerk said they never do upgrades. Also they advertise a “welcome drink” and was handed a small bottle of water. Sad! Nice location and 5 minute access to many restaurants. A bit of highway noise in the mornings.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in the area. We had a few hours in the morning to read and check the news before leaving; we had plenty of space to do so. The breakfast was a pretty standard hot hotel breakfast but well stocked and the food and eating area were both clean.

Needed close access to UW-Hospital, and this facility was the perfect choice. Friendly front desk staff and management, fast and easy check-in. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Hotel was clean throughout. Greatly appreciated the safe and accessible shower. Breakfast area was especially clean and well-stocked. We would stay here again!

The hotel hotel was very clean and peaceful. I wanted a little mini vacation away from the city and this definitely delivered. The hotel staff were very friendly and I will definitely be staying here again in the future. I would highly recommend if you want to get away from the loudness of the city.

The pool area is nice but the beds in the rooms are extremely hard, not comfortable at all. In fact they made me and my wife's back hurt. It was a very bad experience. Definitely will not be coming back.
