My room door is too close to next door so when next door people talk outside of their room, they are literally right outside of my room

Clean, comfortable, roomy suite, with friendly staff and sociable guest!

Breakfast was on time, hot, plentiful and fresh every morning!

We could only swim one night due to a pipe burst in the pool area…other than that , the stay was 10 stars

I would stay here again. Very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The restaurant was closed which was a disappointment. The breakfast was very good and many choices.

There really isn’t anything that could of made are stay better. It would of been nice if the restaurant would of been open.

This is an older hotel, but it met our expectations.

Location and price

It is a little worn and in need of updating. The pool area has unpleasant acoustics. There seemed to be lack of staff which was stressful to those on duty.

Perfect!

The front desk staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with not only myself, but other customers before me. The room was incredibly clean as always, and included all amenities as described. 5 stars :)

Everything was fine and as expected.

The nearby restaurants and the vicinity to the hwy to get to Epic in Verona.

I noticed my room was very hot when I came back everyday from the conference. Your desk person told me the thermostat was motion activated so when I got back it was considerably better after a short amount of time. So, I liked how it wasn't hot over night, but it's kind of a shock when you first come back into the room after a certain amount of time.

Good location

The location was convenient to the capital, university, and surrounding areas. We attended a party in Evansville, and it wasn't too far. There are a lot of amenities nearby. The breakfast had a good amount of variety. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The price was high. The walls were thin. We could hear noise in the hallway and from the adjoining room, but thankfully people kept it to a minimum. There was a long term guest being evicted when we arrived which was sad. Services and help should be provided. Need more elevators.

Not very pleased with my stay.

Breakfast would be good if we could have eatened it. But....it is served at 7am which is to late on weekends for us to enjoy. Breakfast should start at 6am daily to accommodate people who have to leave for work regardless of what day it is.

The air conditioner AND the refrigerator did not work in our room
