Worst motel I've ever stayed at, for a quick out of town stay. Everything was broken, dirty, ripped or torn. We literally slept in our clothes and didn't even feel safe taking a shower. Front desk guy took $20 cash for a deposit for the remote control and plastic key card but never said at the office wouldn't be open in the morning until after 9:00 a.m. which was also b******* because I called all morning from 7:30 to 10:30 before someone answered. Long story short I needed to check out at 7:30 and couldn't wait around so that I can get my $20 deposit back I had to make a 45 minute out of my way trip back to the motel in the afternoon to return the remote and key card and get my $20 deposit back. Of course when I got there in the afternoon at 3:00 p.m. the office had signs that said open but there was no one to be found for 30 minutes. The girl was polite and told me that she went to go get something to eat.. absolutely ridiculous experience they need to shut this place down and tear the whole f****** thing to the ground!

Filthy carpet, but they had rooms during hurricane. We were desperate. Man was very nice. But rug was filthy, roaches (I know it is Florida, but still...) I would not recommend unless you have low standards.

Check in took awfully long. When entering the room you can immediately see the poor condition. I did not have towels or toilet paper. When going back to the front desk to ask the male staff cussed at me and asked what I wanted. The condition of the room was extremely dirty, rusty and walls were chipping off. I would never stay here again and do not recommend. Spend a few more bucks and take your business elsewhere.

Did 2 seperate bookings for two consecutive nights (Originally did not anticipate needing to stay in town for more than one night). Check in was straight forward one our online reservation was confirmed. We were exhausted from our day so a shower and straight to bed was our plan. We immediately noticed our toilet had no toilet seat, behind the toilet on the floor we saw (what appeared to be) a broken crack pipe. As we were exhausted we just showered and went to bed and figured we report the issues in the morning (after pictures were taken). In the morning we went downstairs and informed them of a second booked night. The Front desk informed us that we must check out, wait till 3pm to check back in (Hotel was mostly empty by the way) and if we wanted to check in early (nevermind we had stayed the previous night) we would need to pay 30 dollars..cash. Then I informed them of the condition of our previous room and what we found, the gentleman (owner) then reluctantly allowed us to check in "early" (around 1230pm) Later that day the gentleman asked us what price we payed for the room online, he then offered us to pay him directly..cash. . next time and he would give us a 10 dollar or so discount...yeah, there will be no next time. Stay away folks. I should recognized the first red flag when we pulled into the property and it was mostly vacant while it competitors were mostly occupied.

This place definitely isn't as advertised. The room we got had a curtain that was falling apart and was torn apart all over. The ac unit was missing pieces and extremely filthy. The lamps in the room were falling apart and didn't have any light bulbs. The beds were not properly made and the sheets were filthy and stained. The sink barely had any running water. The shower had quite a few cracks and holes and wasn't clean. The shower curtain was torn and barely hanging on shower curtain rings. Behind the bathroom door was a massive hole in the wall.

Will not stay here never again , roaches everywhere, the room carpet and bedding stained with who knows what, I rented what is supposedto be a non-smoking room. Had to buy my own airfreshers as it was that strong.

This spot had EXCELLENT customer service. They were respectful and handled every need I had to make my mother and uncles stay pleasant. Would highly recommend!!

I dont usually make comments but this place had to get my review The room was old and drity. The sheets were discolored. The TV and refrigerator didnt work! There was no toiletries in the room (no tissues, soap, no towels). The toilet seat was broken. The LADY at the front had a nasty attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The room was so gross we couldn't even sleep under the blankets. There we ink stains on the sheets. We got 2 stained towels and no wash clothes or bath mat. The room was dirty and dilapidated. The office was supposed to open at 9am but by 920 no one showed up. I couldn't turn my key or remote in so i had to lock them in my room and leave without my cash deposit.

Horrible management roaches everywhere . When needing toilet paper or trash bag. They refuse and tried to charge me. It was so dirty carpets were sticky . Holes on the wall . And strangers trying to get into my room .

The two staff members we interacted with were good and tried to do their best to make the stay pleasant. But I will say this...if you are looking for a place where you are not going to hear racing motorcycle engines, cars with little to no muffler and boompity-boom music half the night...this is not your place. Worse night sleep I've had in a long while. And noticed a couple cars driving through the lot over and over without appearing to be staying at the motel. Other folks just roaming thru the property to get to an adjacent neighborhood. So halfway concerned about finding vehicle broken into the next morning. Add to that...don't think there is any of the workers available in the office after midnight. So no one watching stuff. The motel room was horribly outdated, chrome corroded, sink near stopped up, no hot water in sink...if we didn't have a very early flight out, would have went somewhere else. The hour or so of sleep I got made that decision less rewarding.

Terrible conditions. No running water in the shower, no towels, microwave not working, broken and just sitting there. The smell of the room was horrible. The pillows were filthy, the room needed proper linen. I just need a place to rest my head, I already paid my money and knew I was not going to get a refund. The place to be shut down, very poor conditions.

no towels upon arrival. only a fitted sheet on the bed and a comforter. There wasn't the other sheet that you would expect. comforter had blood and urine stains. The person at front gave me two towels and a sheet and then a comforter as well. He was respectful. No chairs at pool. So far this is the worst place i have ever experienced. I have pics of the sheets and would be happy to share.

I reserved just for a night with my family and we couldn't stay. First the guy at the check in was trying to get more money from me just because we got early there. Second This is the dirtiest place ever They told me they finished cleaning the room, when we opened the door there were cookies and food all around on the bed, and the badroom floor really wet and bad smelling... HORRIBLEEE!!!
