Orlando com clima de reencontro

Localização, estacionamento fácil, piscina, lavanderia etc.

Café da manhã no quarto face às obras da recepção e restaurante, faltou mais variedade nos itens do café da manhã.

Buen lugar recomendado

La limpieza diaria, instalaciones bien mantenidas, el personal muy amable, la habitaciones es completa microondas, refrigerador, mesa para desayunar, aire acondicionado, muy cómodo, me hospede con mi hijo por 9 días y sin duda volveré.

No tengo puntos negativos.

Superb

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, nice that they switch up the items daily. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location which was great.

Doing construction so every once in awhile, not often, the power would go off and on but it really didn't affect our stay.

Amazing value for money but felt a little basic

The best points about this hotel was the really competitive price - can pay a lot more, especially nearer to the Orlando Parks. And the location was good - took just under 30 minutes to drive to Universal Studios for example. Also - the room was spacious and the A/C kept us lovely and cool in the Florida heat.

The whole site felt a little run down - then there was major construction work taking place whilst we stayed and for this reason much of the site was temporarily closed down. And our room felt a little dated to be honest. Also - there does not appear to be a breakfast option.

Wouldn't Recommend a Family of Mice to Stay Here...!!!!

Not a thing, the management lies to you right to your face. I won't mention her name " N "

So let me explain why I even went there, my truck broke down right a round the corner from this place. First it's not the greatest of neighborhoods. So not know what was wrong with my truck and it being so late at night, I booked 2 nights there and the weather that weekend was calling for below freezing temperatures. I checked in late at nights, as I walked to my room I noticed you could look right into my room seeing my bed, so I tried to close the curtain / blind. But it didn't work, so I reached for the hotel phone on the table to call the front desk and there was nothing, Not Working. So I walk back to the main building to the office, they call maintenance, they come and fix the blind and the phone. Now that it's so late I just brushed my teeth and wash my face and hands then headed right to bed, at approximately 6:30am I was woken by the sounds of a jackhammer outside the front of my room, they shut off the water to all their rooms so you couldn't wash, shower not even use the toilet, where I had to walk down the street to use the bathroom at a gas station. Went back and they promised the water would be back on soon, the weather started to turn for the worse temps dropped fast, I went back to my room to turn on the heat and the heater / ac unit wasn't working at all it had power but that was it. Another call to the front desk and a wait for maintenance only to tell me the unit was broken, they never once wanted to move me to another room, but instead brought in a little space heater, and the only outlet that had power was the one at the foot of the bed, we all know how safe and reliable space heaters are... Let me finish this off, they charged me over $100 per night which I believe was $99 per night over priced, the water never came back on and during all this unhealthy disruption they continued to book people in, instead of closing or turning the people away. Money Hungry Disrespectful way of Doing Business.

Nasty. Won't return.

Easy check in, room was big and spacious. It was super cheap for a week

It was filthy - I'll attach a pic of our toddlers feet after 1hour. We asked them to mop which they did the main areas but toddlers get everywhere so we didn't let him wear socks on the floor. We also found a dead insect just after it was cleaned - no idea how that happened. Staff did not give a monkeys. Dingy - for a big room it was dark as there was no overhead light. Breakfast was microwave oats and only one microwave so big queue. One of the beds was broken so would dip everytime you rolled over

But for the traffic, would consider staying here again.

Prompt response to fix things. Sprayed for bugs. Switched out tv cable. Unlocked safe.

No facial tissues. No knobs on sink doors. Had to pull from bottom of door to open. Not enough lights.

It was terrible, and it continues one week later, because I cannot get a credit for the one night th

we had a water main break break with no water for 24 hours. It was an underground break which the current staff at your facility was not nearly capable of fixing, but tried anyway prolonging the outage to go past 24 hours. They told me I would get a refund of one day, but trying to get through to booking.com is near impossible.

Clean,Comfortable Accomodations in a Great Location

Attentive staff and maintenance. Very Clean comfortable rooms. Nice big warm pool. Good breakfast . Nice large towels. Best value in Orlando,IMO.

Could have used better lighting in room. Ice machines always low or inoperative.

Disappointing

At booking.com stated breakfast was included. Both receptionis at check in and ckeck out stated it was not..it is an scamp the look at the screen and said no anthen wanted toncharge $5 a person..i will add picture of mi reservation..

super clean outside and different things to do has a gas station right next to it and Walmart is really close

when I got to me room the door was open, the closet is super tiny, they have breakfast but is not included, they give me a towel with a hole, there wasn’t much light in the room, you could see through the window even with the curtain down specially at night, most of the metal frames was rusty, the bathroom is super tiny
