Hotel is nice, rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need. Wonderful views and great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Drinks are reasonably priced and there are loads of restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, dinner was not so good. The rest of our party enjoyed it so maybe it was just me, but I wasn't impressed with the options or the quality. It was nice to have entertainment available, although it wasn't to my taste. Rooftop bar is gorgeous (and you can visit it even if you don't stay there), but why on earth is the music up there so LOUD - and so dreadful?! Impossible to have a conversation without shouting or just have a drink and enjoy the view. I've visited the rooftop bar several times before my stay and it wasn't any better - seriously, I get it in mid-summer if you have lots of 20 somethings staying but the average age of your visitors when I was there was about 60+ - I refuse to believe they want that dreadful noise blaring away! Thankfully you can't hear it from the rooms!

I stayed here for 2 weeks for a family holiday. My first impression was unwelcoming. I arrived with my partner and son along with my brother and his partner who were helping us with luggage as we had the baby. The receptionist abruptly told us he was allowed no further. I said okay he was just helping us inside with our luggage’s . He then told us he was not allowed in the hotel room which he wasn’t going to anyway.
Once arrived in our room it’s very standard room set up. No kettle however. It’s 14 euro a week to rent.
Housekeeping were partially friendly, some say hello, some have a lot of attitude. We were asked if we needed cleaning when we had already put the sign out on the door. If no then we would hear the relief in their voice, if yes it’s a dramatic sigh and a look at the watch as if it’s too much to ask for.
We had an ant issue, coming from the corridor under the door into the room, so many that they were found in our clothes!
Beds so uncomfortable that we have back pain now and my partner was bitten by bed bugs!! It was confirmed by a pharmacist.
For buffet breakfast- dont. It’s not worth the money. You’ll be left with a stomach ache lasting the rest of the day.
On check out, there was no “Thankyou, how was your stay “
Just a “yes no charges on your room”
I asked to leave my luggage and that even seemed an issue.
I had other family staying in the hotel and they thought the same. Nothing special at all considering the price payed.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Very clean and comfortable hotel. It’s our 2nd time staying and I think it’s got better. Lovely pool area. Special shout out to Elliot by the pool bar. He couldn’t do enough for us and was very friendly

Very good value for money. Good evening entertainment. Good location.

Very good 3 star hotel, probably a 3 star plus. Breakfast was good with varied choices Drinks and bar snacks were reasonably priced. Fran the hotel games/entertain rep was exceptional. Aqua aerobics and other pool games were entertaining and fun. Hotel has an ideal situation by the beach and the main drag. I would definitely re-visit.

Wonderful hotel - especially for kids. Lots of games and fun and with lovely fun and dedicated staff. Special regards to Fran and Antonio. I will come back. However - I will not book a room with ocean view because the entertainment is very loud and noisy from 10.30-24.00

This hotel had everything we needed, however, if you want a QUIET hotel this is not it. Loud thumps music by the pool all day and at night music/ entertainment starts at 10pm and you hear every word from your room if you are overlooking the pool and beach

The hotel is fantastic, the staff are lovely and the rooms are really clean. We will definitely stay at this hotel again

Wish there was an iron for the room

Fantastic hotel, lovely sea view. Plenty sunbeds. Room cleaned daily. Decoration a little dated.
Roof top bar very nice.
Main negative is the towels are very old. Probably should be replaced.
Will definitely return.

It’s a 3 star hotel. But it’s in an excellent location. Very family orientated with a large pool and many day time activities. Can be noisy being close to the harbour. But location is key, and you can’t beat its location on the sea front and its sea room views.

Few nights to get some sunshine. Lively and family friendly hotel in great location overlooking beach. Clean tidy rooms, good pool, plenty of sunbeds and good family entertainment and roof garden.

The hotel met all our needs, with good staff and good cleanliness. The one issue we encountered (2 friends in a family room on the 9th floor), was that when we went on the balcony and closed the balcony doors behind us, so that the room could stay cool with the air con on, we got locked outside and couldn't open the door. We shouted to someone on a lower balcony to get someone from reception to let us back in. Thankfully my friend was strong enough to open the door before help came. But when the member of hotel staff arrived, they just said "be careful, ok?". I feel like the outside part of balcony is a safety issue and should have an opening latch, like they do inside. It shouldn't have been dismissed as a triviality.

Stay was ok, basic rooms but breakfast is terrible
2.5
Great hotel, we were in a pretty basic double room but it had everything we needed. The location is excellent set on the beach front with access to many bars and restaurants. The marina is a 10 minute walk and fantastic. Pool area is very clean and the food served at breakfast and in the snack bar was lovely and great value. Most sun beds are gone early however we always managed to find one and the staff do help.

Great location between Torremolinos and Benalmadena, very close to tourist bars on the road and beach. Breakfast very frantic and often understocked, much better to go out for breakfast. Very poor towels. Roof top bar looks great, but they often play dance music very loudly and always seems closed when you want to go. The bar is open until 2am, but they often refused service before 1.30am.

Hotel rooms could do with a bit of TLC but generally they are clean and cleaning staff I encountered were lovely. The reception team did a get job providing a room for my friend and I. The hotel is in a great location, has a great rooftop bar, and the little food I did have was nice. Would happily stay there again.

The only problem I have with this hotel is the size of plates at breakfast time. They are ok for toast or cold cuts but totally inadequate if you have an English breakfast.
Everything else was excellent, friendly and efficient staff and some improvements have been made since my last stay in pre lockdown times.

It was a very well-equipped hotel for a 3-star. Good selection for breakfast, pool bar, roof top bar and evening entertainment. It’s close to a good selection of restaurants, next to the beach, friendly attentive staff. We wanted to hire a car, they called one for us. All very convenient. What more could you ask for?

There was no customer service at this hotel. The staff were quite rude on reception. The food was appalling possibly the worst breakfast I’ve ever eaten in a hotel. No entertainment bar staff extremely rude when you are in Spain you expect a sangria made correctly. Mine was poured out of a carton I couldn’t believe it. I had to pay for a kettle in the room. The facilities are very poor.. the electric tripped while I was there. I would most definitely not recommend this hotel which is a shame because the location is perfect. I would give this a one star at best. The staff manners are atrocious.

As I was a wheelchair user, I was particularly impressed with the help and service from the reception staff, thank you.

I am a returning guest having visited 2 years ago. I wrote a glowing review back then as I felt it was undervalued.
This hotel is a superb budget hotel. It's as good as you'll find. The rooms and beds are fine and the air con is exceptional. The rooftop bar is the gem this hotel has to offer. Sadly, the weather was terrible in late March, so didn't get chance to use it much.
The hotel is located right next to the beachside promenade and just a 5 minute stroll from the marina. There are so many bars and restaurants on the doorstep of this hotel, you'll struggle to get round them all.
The one major disappoinment this time (apart from the weather - not the hotels fault of course), was we requested a late check out due to a night flight. We were quoted 40 euros for an extra 4 hours. This is so expensive. The hotel are well within their rights and so not saying thet can't. I have just had free late check outs though when travelling before and so I feel I must mark the hotel down. But for clarity, it wouldn't stop me returning - I'll just make sure I book an early flight home.
Other than that, book this hotel with confidence.

Friendly staff and great location, but room itself was really tired and in state of disrepair. Had multiple stays here but i think this will be our last time unless the rooms are refurb'd.

Only complaint is having to pay 12euro to hire a kettle otherwise couldn’t fault the room and facilities.

Nice place, worth what we paid for- nothing fancy

Had a 2 night weekend break at this fantastic hotel, can't fault anything and breakfast was just great! Will be back again.

A good hotel in a great location, on the beach and a short distance from the Benalmadena port.
Lovely rooftop bar.
Lots of restaurants in close proximity.
The disappointing part was the breakfast, food was cold and there was long queues for the tea/coffee machines.
2.0
Good location - very close to beach. Had the buffet breakfast which although the same each morning was hot and tasty. They do nickel and dime you if you want anything extra (a kettle eill set you back something like 20 euros a week.) Parking is available, but at 15 euros a night, its easier tobpark on the street. Room was old, but fine.
