Absolutely Beautiful room with high ceilings. Very spacious. Great selection in free breakfast buffet. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Convenient location. Would stay there again.

We stayed here passing thru after driving NOLA-NY and we checked in at 2am. Front desk staff was friendly, a little slow but it was 2am lol. bed was comfy. room was freezing cold and i didn’t know how to work the ac unit

We have stayed at this hotel five or six times now over the past couple of years. We do a king suite and are very satisfied with the rooms and property. My only complaint is we get too much light through the windows at night from the parking lot. I appreciate a well lit and safe parking area but have trouble sleeping in rooms that are not dark. Will probably continue staying there when in the area however might need to try some kind of mask. Other than that, it's a very good hotel.

Absolutely nasty nasty place. So dirty what a mistake. A five cent bottle of water they don’t even give you. No coffee maker. So loud, the housekeeping staff does not care about anything never again.

The room is as clean, the staff were friendly. The only issue was the tub had a peeling safety mat which did not allow for a bath. They had also put in a rubber mat to use on top of the peeling adhered one.

The coffee with the complementary breakfast was undrinkable. The room smelled awful which made it feel dirty even though it didn’t look dirty. My sister saw a very big brown spider and could hardly sleep. The front desk gave me some antibacterial spray which helped for a little while but when we woke up the smell was back. The carpet was old and may have been what smelled so bad. The bed seemed clean and was comfortable.

Room was in poor condition, rust all over door, mold and milder around tub and under pull out mattress, hair on shower curtain, rug could use a cleaning.

The water in the spa in the pool area was a green/brown color. Turning it on just mixed up dead bugs and floating debris. Had to ask twice at the desk to get bedding for the pullout sofa, but they wouldmt give us pillows saying the rooms come with enough pillows on the regular bed so just use those. The juice from the dispenser at breakfast had black specks and tasyed off. Bed was saggy. But the tv worked well.

The staff was so kind and helpful! The property has been updated and is clean. My only complaint is that the parking lot lights are SO bright and shined in our room all night long. Even the heavy curtains weren't able to block the light. It seemed like it was daytime alll the time.

This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. The room was spacious and had both refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was better than expected. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. The parking lot was extremely well-lit.

Our family always stays in Whytheville, Va on our way to Myrtle Beach, SC it serves as a half way point. Comfort Inn and Suites was a nice, clean, and convenient place to stay. This location was under new management at the time of booking. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. The hotel offered, fresh infused water with lemon or oranges, coffee, tea, hot chocolate 24 hours a day, also a hot breakfast on the weekend. The kids loved the pool which was clean and lots of towels to dry off with. The hot tub was broke at the time of visit, however we have used it in past visits and it is very nice, hope they prioritize getting it repaired quickly! The beds were comfortable and the room was perfect temperature, loved the big bathtub! I seen other reviews where people are bothered by the sounds of the highway, however I believe that can vary by person, the sounds were southing to me. The mountain views right out the window is beautiful! I highly recommended this hotel and will be back in the future.
