Easy check and a clean room. Just very small, but what do you expect. Fine for sleep over.

The shower / toilet facilities were cramped and the shower fittings were loose and collapsing as was the toilet seat.

Good location, right off the motorway. Several places to eat across the street. The room was inexpensive, clean and comfortable.

Ok hotel for the price, the staff were very nice and the location is good, maybe spending some money updating the hotel would be a good idea.

This hotel room is much like a prison experience. Seriously, PRISON. Dark, old, and generally creepy. Spend the 10-15euro more and upgrade your travels. This would be a good choice if there are 3 of you and you have a very restricted budget. The lack of a real window, the toilet in the shower thing, and the dark and dated bed linens made the room feel dirty. Also there was ONLY ONE OUTLET in the entire space. ONE! So don't expect to be able to charge your devices efficiently.

It's the French version of a Motel 6. If you are not picky it is fine for a night or two. The price is about as cheap as a hotel (motel in thai case) gets. This location had a very friendly staff.

This is an inexpensive en-suite room with the option to buy breakfast, which I recommend. The bathroom is supplied with towels and soap, I mention this as our other stay at F1, same price bracket but lesser standard of accomodation did not offer this. TV with usb socket, watch from a pen drive anything you have stored. Air conditioning/heater was useful as the weather changed . We used it as a base to explore for two days and was a very good choice of location. Bayonne is wonderful to explore and dine. Biarritz was dramatic all the way through the town on the coast road. St jean de Luz ,another great place to visit and then over the border to Spain, San Sebastian for a Tapas lunch overlooking a golden beach near the Funicular. Afternoon to San Esteban up The Pyrenees, cascades and fabulous Basque villages. Then down to Espelette in France via the viraging back roads. all in one day. evening meal on the bank of the river in the centre of Bayonne a great restaurant,Basques Tapas ,enormous Entrecote steak and delicious ice cream only 28 euros.

The lock on the door would not lock without slamming the door, very inconvenient for other guests. The lock on the window had been broken at some time and the shutter had bolts fitted so that the shutter could not be raised more than a few inches.the room was nearly as dark as a dungeon. There was no soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was in a very shabby condition.

Good location for a stopover as close to the main road, clean and tidy, easy to check in and out.

Better than average. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Quiet. Clean. Cramped room, but good value.

Location good, easy to locate, secure parking and 5mins walk to a number of restaurants. If needing to stay in Bayonne on your trip to/ from Spain then this is a good low cost hotel to use.

Surprisingly basic motel for the price, set in an industrial estate - constant road noise and noisy air con unit. Family room was absolutely tiny, very dark and pretty depressing. On the plus side it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Far too much money for what it was. If you expect an extremely stripped back basic, fairly depressing room (it was clean, which was the only plus point) if you are en route somewhere then it is just about ok! One towel was dirty but it was replaced - but not much of an apology! We were expecting something along the lines of a Premier Inn (UK) but it was as far from that as you can imagine. Clean, comfortable beds but very basic and a bit depressing - definitely wouldn't rush back.

The hotel is a good walk from the station and on the edge of town. It doesn't look much and is set in an industrial estate with a couple of other hotels.
We had problems checking in before the 5pm time and didn't have the necessary code to check in electronically. When the reception did open, it was a nice lady who was very helpful.
Room was basic but fine, with large bed and small but effective bathroom and shower.
However, price was good, and we had a comfortable and quiet 3 nights here.
The breakfast we can highly recommend, at 5e, this is a real bargain and as much as you can eat.

You know what you are getting with premier classe. The facilities are basic and the accommodation is out of town. However, it is fine for a short stay. The weather was terrible when we were there, which can make a place seem more dismal.

Good thing the bus was handy and inexpensive for getting to town and the beach.

We used this hotel as a stopover on the way to Portugal. It was in an industrial estate, so not very aesthetically pleasing, but that did not matter. The hotel was made up of metal cabins. However we found the room too small for a family. The room was very dark with one very small window. The bathroom although tiny was functional and clean. The beds were very uncomfortable with pillows so flat they should not of bothered with them. We did not sleep well there, because of the beds being so uncomfortable and also that when someone was in the room next to you, you could hear everything they were saying and doing, so very noisy. For this type of accommodation we felt the cost was too high for what you actually got.

Rooms too small, hotel too far from city centre to walk.
3.0 / 10.0
We were three people - two adults and a child - but we kept getting only 2 towels every day. Other than that hotel was reasonable, but no frills. Minuscule bathroom. Unbeatable value for money. No major complaints, so would use again.
