Aways a convenient place to stay. Friendly and well maintained.

Convenient location for city, metro stations and hospitals, friendly helpful staff always at hand to cater to your needs.

I would have given five stars in terms of value for money but my room was next to a staircase and I could hear people going up and down. For the most part my stay was really nice. I only stayed one day before catching a flight home. I’d recommend this hotel and I’d definitely stay again.

The hotel is comfortable with nice staff and a great pool on the roof. Unfortunately, my briefcase was stolen in the (supervised and entry controlled) breakfast area, and in spite having the whole thing on film through security cameras, the hotel didn’t offer any assistance.

I stayed one night...so I guess they put you in a dingy room. The bath tub was something from the 18oo"" I suppose and needs to be replaced! the carpet had stains the gave of unpleasant energy. The staff was excellent. Thanks.

Great location within walking distance to shopping, dining, and ruins. Beautiful rooftop bar / pool/ dining. Clean rooms with nice views on upper floors.

Very disappointed. Unprofessional and disrespectful management and front desk staff. As a 4 stars hotel first they should learn how to talk to the people.Very nasty, dirty and smelling cigarettes room. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Excellent value for the money! The rooms are big, for European standards, clean, and very functional. The breakfast is what you would expect from a more expensive hotel, and the restaurant is very good yet reasonably priced. The staff is superb, though many are students in hospitality (tourist-business) schools.
Since 2016, I have visited Athens roughly fourteen times and always stayed at The President.

The hotel was newly renovated and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

Great hotel. Nice clean rooms with good AC. Pool is great and gym ok too. Note that hotel pool chairs will cost you 10 euro for a 4 hour session and gym is 8 euro per day.

This hotel is ok.
It is not great.
The beds in most rooms are ok.
The AC was ok.
The Breakfast was very commercial. Variety but quality not good.
It’s ok that’s it

No special thing.

It’s a lovely hotel and the rooftop bar is fab. My only criticism of my room looked out on a derelict unused balcony which seemed like a pity. Everything else was great.

The location is good - very safe. Close to many restaurants and in between 2 metro stops which take you to the centre in 3 stops and also direct to the airport.
Rooms are renovated and quite nice - although shower screen too short so the bathroom floods!
Breakfast is a good variety but a bit like a school canteen - hectic and a little old style compared to the rooms.
Staff ok
My main issue and the reason I won’t return is the pool.
The pool area is lovely and I was aware it cost €10 per bed but what they don’t make clear is it is €10 for the morning and again for the afternoon! So it adds €60 for the 3 of us each day!
I would rather stay in a hotel where the pool use is included and for that reason would not return

Great modern city centre hotel, 10 minutes from the metro station. Lovely 21st floor pool and restaurant. Breakfast could be better but acceptable.

All around excellent experience. The single complaint is the room is too dark and is modding a place to properly apply makeup.

Jehovah nice and clean however the front desk person who helped us was very pompous and not helpful.

I stayed here after getting hip surgery. Needed a clean place with room service. The food was very good and delivery was fast. Only con was I couldn’t figure out how to turn the shower on. Staff was excellent.
4.0
Staff was superb, especially helen on front desk but hotel has 2 restaurants with identical and very limited menu--over the course of my stay, i had all 3 options for a vegetarian and that's all they had...biggie is total lack of attention to mobility enhancements--no hand rails and SLIPPERY, MARBLE SHOWER FLOORS WITH NOT A SINGLE GRAB BAR--no way to be safe in there!

amazing hotel. Perfect location. Exellent service and conditions/
6.0
It was good because everyone knew where it was, and taxis would happily take you right there. It’s relatively close to the skytrain, but honestly pretty far from anywhere you’ll want to be…. One major issue is the SHOWERS…. The glass only stretches a few feet from the wall, and it’s frustrating how much water SEEPS onto the bathroom floor. The food options are seriously limited. It’s almost shocking to go to the bar downstairs or order room service… ONLY TO SEE THE SAME DAMN MENU as the pool bar…… the bread and dip is amazing, but they only give you two pieces of bread????? Like what? All that dip and only a tiny slices of bread?
