My husband and I had stayed there a couple of years ago and I thought of it as a good place to stay overnight while celebrating our daughter's birthday with a concert at Chinook Winds. The beds were very, very comfortable and the rooms spacious and clean. HOWEVER we were on the second floor and the noise above us and in the hall kept us from a nap. It helped that I turned on the fan and my white noise maker at night. Hard to blame the hotel for the lack of consideration of other people but it was less than optimum.

Excellent place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Pool, hot tub and sauna were a nice extra. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful!

This hotel is a great find...especially if you upgrade to their 3rd floor rooms, Distant view of beach but it is so very clean & well managed with a very comfy bed, Only improvement could be better, softer pillows and better toilet paper but absolutely great hotel for great value and conveniently located to restaurants etc.

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and it has been one of my favorites. I really like the pool and hot tub area. I also like having pet friendly rooms and the value for the stay was great! Unfortunately the rooms and the pool area have worn down quite a bit since I had been here last. Breakfast was pretty sad and seemed like it might have been re-warmed from the day before. Hard buscuits. All in all, my son and I along with our 2 dogs had a great time and would stay again if the deal was right. We would probably just skip the breakfast. And go down the street to Pig N Pancake.

I had a 2 reservations for my birthday weekend and I showed up and i gave them my information they handed my keys and they said your rokm is down the hall. And that was it. No other information, regarding breakfast or pool hours. Not very friendly. I walked in the room and i didnt feel good vibes about it. It wasnt super clean sti k bug flying around the room. You walk out the "back porch" and you cant lock it from the outside. So you have to lock it feom the inside and walk around the building to get to your "parking spot" next to your room. I just didnt feel like it was worth $180. I went to ask if i could cancle my second reservation and they said yes, i called Expedia and they canceled my 2nd reservation for free.... i found a new hotel for my birthday weekend. My dog didnt sleep much, the plug ins are a fire hazard. Very lose fitting, no bar of soap to wash your hands, screen door and slider door didnt work great, door tracks were nasty, there was "stuff" on the bathroom wall, not sure what it was but i wasnt touching it. Pillows sucked. However the shower was amazing!!!! Lol.

This is a small hotel, but clean and comfortable, and with a friendly staff. It is not beach-front, but from our 3rd floor room we could see and hear the ocean (several blocks away). We stayed in the king room with a fireplace. They have a hot breakfast with limited options, but it got us going for the day. They have a pool in a separate building, but we did not try it out. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing- so kind and welcoming. The lobby is beautiful and the location is great. Room seems to be updated recently but you can tell some repairs were made in the room I was in. At no fault of the hotel- the other guests were quite noisy. Something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper. I could hear people in my hall and upstairs. I would stay here again

This was my second time staying here. The breakfast was pretty good, the room was nice, the staff were all friendly, and the pool, hot tub and sauna were very nice and open until midnight.

We booked this place based on the comments about how good the customer service was and that was true. Our room was not clean enough for what we paid. Garbage on the floor, food on the lampshade, the walls, furniture stained. But we would stay here again if we had the chance! Everything else was good. And customer service makes all the difference!

Our room was unavailable to be checked into until after 4pm, when we did check in, it was not clean (garbage in our room had trash, floor was dirty) and our bathroom was not restocked. We had asked the front desk if they could drop stuff off toilet paper to us, because the roll was empty. They told us we were welcome to come to the front desk to pick that up. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location, the price was not right for the experience.

Heated pool is in a sepearte building, so you have to walk outside. The pool was chilly to everyone we saw, and it does get quite busy. There arent enough chairs around it. A shelf running the length would br helpful for belongings. But, its a big pool, hot tub and sauna. They have breakfast in the mornings. It was good, well staffed and clean. Had an ocean view room, so no AC but the weather was perfect and they provided a fan-thank you! We can't wait to stay here again

The front desk was extremely helpful. We worked with Greg at the front desk and he helped us when we needed to move rooms because we had picked a room with no air conditioning. No fault of theirs but we just needed a cooler room at night as the weather was a little bit warmer than expected. He was so accommodating. Also, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly in the dining room.

Ridiculous to call our room the "Grand Suite". It was just a big space with very little to offer. The kitchen had CRAPPY cookwear,I didnt even want to use. The pull out bed was in terrible shape...hurt to sleep on it. Outside our bedroom window was the big garbage bin ,left open. Gross.Too many thing to even list...just a waste of our money Pool and spa were green looking. Never will stay here again.

Very convenient that shuttle gives you a free ride to the Casino. Our door was very hard to shut. You had to slam it so it would click shut. It was very expensive for the quality of room.

I guess this place is highly prized for the amenities like the pool (they even had a gym which I wasn’t informed of during check in) but my stay was not pleasant as other make it sound. The whole place screams 1980/1990 with green/yellow/brown/orange paint and fixtures everywhere. After checking in, I arrive to my first room on the bottom floor that reeks strongly of different smells mainly urine and smoke. The room was also dirty and the screen was semi broken. The room felt like smoke and was so stuffy that I was uncomfortable and I asked to move rooms and was moved up to the 2nd level to a better smelling room overall, but it was still so humid. No AC’s anywhere in the building. The new room was dirtier and had many chips in the paint, the fire alarm had no battery in it, scratches on the wall and missing pictures. The bathroom was nice but very low toilet. The bed was very mediocre with flat pillows, stiff mattress, a hair in the beds and older sheets. They do offer breakfast but only 6-9 and it’s in an odd room. The elevator is a hazard when they aren’t on top of keeping the floor dry from people tracking in and out of the pool. They keep the back door open for many hours of the day and night even tho it looks key card activated. For $250 a night, this is not what i expect and what you see online feels very different to what’s in person. I ended up not being able to stay my 2nd night because of how humid it was inside. Luckily staff was really nice.

We had a great stay. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed walking to pizza. The staff was super friendly and offered treats to our pup. We were in the “grand suite” which was super spacious, but the air conditioner was only in master bedroom and was portable through the window. This took up a lot of space in the room and ended up being super loud when it came on which interrupted sleep at times.

Great stay. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning. It was very easy to hear the room above us walking in the morning but aside from that, no complaints. Great location. Hot tub and sauna were very nice. We'll be back!

The biggest reason for my low rating is the cost of the hotel. It was nearly $300 for one night and it was worth max $175. The rooms are old and dirty feeling. The pool was ok. The best part of the hotel is their staff. They were very nice. But overall just not worth the money.
