It was ok except for the TV didn't work. After talking to the desk manager it did not get fixed. On the second day it did not get fixed. She told me that she would say something to the manager about us having an unsatisfactory stay. That did not happen either. Needless to say we will not be staying at this hotel chain again.

The front desk attendant on arrival was great. Easy to talk to. Seemed genuinely happy to have us. The day clerk was not friendly.
Cost of room was very low. Was close to army base. Was great for this trip.

No microwave in room. The ceiling had something growing in the bathroom vent and that vent was leaking water

The hotel room has no carpet. Just a fake laminate floor, which was filthy. Room hadn’t been mopped ever. I didn’t even bother to take my socks off. Bed was uncomfortable and smelled like the B.O. of the last people that stayed there. Sheets weren’t even clean.

Our stay was horrible. The environment was noisy. The phone didn't work in the room.

The room has horrible. The walls had stains all over the place, the floor was extremely sticky. There were bugs crawling all over the place. The bed sheet had stains on it. It smelled like smoke and everything there wasn’t clean at all. No customer service at all.

The staff was friendly enough, however we did check out the next morning, a day early due to the conditions of the room. It was not clean, with the cabinet panel under the sink falling out middle of the night. The toilet also wouldn't fill on its own. Our door was next to the stairwell and you could hear each and every person coming in all night. The stairwell did not have a keyed entry. They did not offer a refund for the early leave either.

When I arrived the desk clerk seemed unprepared for my visit, and was clearly unhappy that I did not want a second-floor room. At 70, I prefer not to try to carry my bags upstairs. He worked on the computer for a few minutes and checked in the other room and finally put me in room 174.
When my granddaughter helped me put my things in the room I was surprised and disappointed at how sparse it was. Upon further looking around, I discovered that the room did not appear to have been used in a while and was not ready for guests.
The room was stale and smelled of cigarette smoke, mildew and a little like marijuana. The floor was dirty, there was only one bath towel thrown haphazardly on the bathroom towel rack and a washcloth on the towel bar by the sink that looked like it had been used. I ran out of toilet paper on the second day, and although I asked the maid for some, she never brought it. I bought my own hand soap for the sink and luckily had my own toiletries.
There were 4 pillows on the bed. Two were as flat as pancakes and the other 2 were cheap foam pillows that had been through the washer one to many times and were just hard lumps that didn't even fill half of the pillowcase.
The kitchen area had nothing but a microwave (dirty) in it. The coffee pot was stuffed in the cupboard and did not appear as if all of it was even there. The refrigerator was in working order.
I spotted roaches twice, one in the bathroom sink area and one on the wall near the TV.

Stayed multiplie nights. On last day of checkout; hit my head resulting in head injury and being rushed to hospital. Nobody from property has yet to reach out. Spoke with Guest Relations vie email, stating it’s a matter to address with the location directly instead of settling amicably.

Property management is exceptional.

I rate it a three because the TVs barely work and WiFi is SUPER slow. They gave us a dirty room and then gave the room to my mother in law two days later and it was still dirty.

I didn't like anything about the stay. I booked five rooms. After booking, I communicated with Red Roof several times before we arrived. I was assure that all of our rooms would be in the same building, on the same floor. Only to find out once we arrived that they sold two of our rooms. So myself and my club were scattered. And was basically told that it nothing that could be done, and wasn't offered any compensation. I asked if our reservation could be moved to another Red Roof, and was told that it couldn't because I had already paid for them over the phone. Which I later found out was not the policy. She told me had I not paid for them, then we would've been able to go somewhere else. Upon checking out the room, I discovered that they looked NOTHING like the fi e King suites I had reserved. The mattresses were nasty, there hols in the walls, smw fixtures were loose, the air conditioner in my room was so flirty, that I didn't even turn it on. And it was hot. Then I had company. I killed a roach on the back of the sink, and I witnessed two of them playing tag behind the refrigerator. And let's not talk about the surroundings. It looked like we booked at a MOTEL. People were actually living in those rooms. We witnessed one room that had six people in it, and more was climbing in and out the window. People were cooking in three on hotplates, and it smelled awful. This was by far the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in, and will never stay in again.

Honestly feel we deserve a free stay at a different red roof inn or half our money back we have pictures of the room and showed them to the staff and they did nothing about it

What a terrible place...I arrived late, late after a delayed flight and was "greeted" by a rude dude behind the counter and sent to a separate building at 1:30 in the morning only to see hoodlums hanging out blasting music in their cars right outside the doors. Walk inside and blasted by the strong smell of active weed smoking. Pushed hard on the door to my room to see the safety latch was broken off and heard partying and large dogs barking all night. Greeted by spiders in the shower...apparently everyone else but me was invited to a party. Awful, terrible establishment. Run for the hills!

Well the tv was broke and people faces had red. I don’t think the floor had been mopped all year . I debate on if they even changed the sheets as I found very long brown hair in the bed and I have short blond. I only had 1 tiny garbage can and no garbage bag. But I had good service from staff

The staff was kind and check-in was efficient. However, the room did not meet expectations. There were no towels, the sheets were stained and appeared unwashed, the floor was covered in hair, and the window was left open with a nail preventing it from closing. I had to remove the nail myself to secure the room. While I didn't expect luxury, basic cleanliness would have been appreciated.

Honestly they had me fooled.. The pictures they have are pretty accurate but the conditions of the hotel are not ! As soon as I shut the door to the room I noticed that it was a big gap at the bottom of the door big enough for someone to slide a phone through , I had to tuck a towel in the door . The Ac unit had rocks inside of it , the curtain was broke , in the shower the ceiling paint was peeling and the shower head was leaking and splashing water out everywhere. Then I seen bugs on the bathroom floor and as soon as I seen them I immediately called the front desk then she proceeded to tell me “ they probably came in through the door “ so they’re aware of the problem but choose not to fix it . Then I asked what would be done for the inconvenience and she placed me on hold and never came back on the phone. Don’t waste your money , don’t waste your time , just take the time to do your research and I’m sure you’ll find a better place to stay . Maybe if they would have done something about the issue or acknowledged the problem but I do not think they care they’re only there for a paycheck .

Nice place for a short stay, long term residents are a bit noisy most are very friendly.

The room has an odor like old air conditioning. It was a smoking room so of course you could smell smoke.

Over all it was a great spot. I was on a road trip and needed a place to stay. The price was excellent! Room was clean and AC kept it cool and dry. The humidity was high and I was worried about damp sheets

Stayed in a dog friendly room. The room itself was clean but the hallways were coated in smoke. We were in a room by the stairs and kept hearing people go in and out all night. Overall not bad once you were in the room, however, our TV also only worked on one channel and the remote was broken. We got there at 10pm so it was fine but would have been annoying if we had arrived sooner.

this was the worst hotel experience i've had in a while. fist of all there were spiders EVERYWHERE! huge spiders all over the ceilings outside leading to the rooms. there were two huge ones dangling above my head when i tried to get into the door i was terrified. then as soon as we walk in the room there was a roach! then once i check my sheets there's pubes all over everywhere. when i called front desk for new sheets nobody brought them to me i had to go back down to the front desk through the terrifying hall of spiders. we saw multiple roaches throughout the night in the room and bathroom. i hated this experience i will never return. -100 stars

There was no stay here although they did put me up in their "sister" property next door. After a 22-hour day, I arrived to check in to my reserved room. I was initially told they were full. Then I was asked if I needed two beds. Then they found one room but it was a smoker room which I declined. They found another but it didn't have a TV. But upon entry it was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned since the last use - dirt, trash in the trashcans, towels strewn about the room and bathroom, bed unkempt. I went back to the desk and they moved me across the "street" to another hotel - same clerk/attendant was the only person there for BOTH properties. She got me a room (TV didn't work) but used her passkey to get me in. I didn't have a key so once I left the room I was locked out - a small inconvenience that didn't come into play.

I’m not even sure where to begin.
I came with my parents, we booked two separate rooms under two separate names. The first rooms we were put in smelled so strongly of cigarettes, so we asked to change rooms. Then when we switched rooms, they gave my parents a room that someone was in. It was not cleaned, TV was on, so they had to switch again. There was yelling and screaming and doors banging all night. They did nothing to make up for the fact they gave my parents a used room.
Then, we decided to move hotels, so I went to return my key by myself. In the lobby, another guest cornered me in front of check-in and started catcalling me and the frost desk clerk just looked and said nothing.
Horrible stay, wouldn’t reccomend to anyone trying to get a good nights rest or stay safe.

Stay was great until last few nights; everybody on floor kept slamming doors with the safety latch catching the door and making it even louder. Baby cried all day and maintenance also added to noise level while fixing rooms next door and on talking loudly on cell phones. Also injured head on stairwell and had to be transported to ER.

The hotel was nice and clean. The television did not work. I told a staff member and he never came to see why the television wasn’t working.

This was a last resort hotel. My AC had gone out and I needed somewhere close and affordable to stay for the night. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have any other choice. The front office was hot, and the desk employee was sitting in the back. I was visible standing at the desk but I had to ring the bell for her to come check me in. She seemed like she had a bad attitude and would barely speak up so I could hear her. The hallway to my room was darkly lit and had water on the floor. The room smelled of cigarettes, the black out curtain was broken on one end, the toilet seat was broken on one side and slid when you sat on it, the mattress gave me back pain, and there were loud banging sounds in the hallway all night long. It looked like there was blood in the hall and outside the building door when I walked out in the morning, but not sure. Thankfully, I was only here for 12 hours.
