Great place. The best we had since arriving to Italy two weeks ago, Should we have known, we would have stayed several days and not just one night.
Great place, owned by a lovely family that together with a great staff, helped us in anything we wanted. Great view, facilities and an amazing restaurant.
I will not advise for anyone to get there after dark as it's very hard to find the first time and especially with a large car it wasn't easy when we made mistakes. Once you get there, its easier but I wouldn't have navigated there after dark and Google maps and Waze don’t find it right. Otherwise, great place

Amazing location, welcoming staff and very good (fresh) local products.

A wonderful rural resort, close to the Amalfi Coast road. Restaurant is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. We loved it.

Fattoria Terranova is simply outstanding! The entire property is idyllic - truly the stuff of dreams. My family and I stayed in the luxury suite for three nights and could not have been happier with our accommodations. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom large and modern.
We ate every dinner in the wonderful on-site restaurant; the food was fantastic and the service impeccable (Alessandro was our primary waiter 2 out of the 3 nights).
The owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable and Annalisa at the front desk was friendly, kind, and professional. Antonio is also very kind and helpful.
Our young daughter did not want to leave - she loved her room, the dogs and cat, and playground.
I would not hesitate to stay at Fattoria Terranova again. It was perfect.

We stayed in the villa terranova. This is a three bedroom, 2 bath house. Overall, Fattoria Terranova was amazing. Service was first rate. The breakfast bar and restaurant were amazing!! Excellent food. Staff is very accommodating. We loved it.
The terrace at the villa is amazing. Hottub was ok. There were many bugs that required repellant. Air conditioning was excellent. Showers were great. Room cleaned every day. We would stay there again without any hesitation.

This was one of our favorite stays in Italy. Awesome little resort, though not the easiest to find.

A really good place to visit. A bit far from a town but is a good walk after a meal. All the amenities work. Please get your own power adapters as there are no usb power to charge the electronics.

This is our second time staying at this great place. It’s quiet, friendly staff, and excellent restaurant! Foods are always delicious and breakfast was the best part to start our daily activities! Definitely coming back! Gratzie Mille!

A true gem! Even though I only stayed for three nights, Fattoria Terranova was really delightful. We had a simple room, but the bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and newly installed. Everyone here is truly friendly and has great fun. The food is both delicious and diverse. The breakfast is easily on par with the top hotels in the world. There are numerous charming details throughout, and everything runs efficiently, ensuring a peaceful stay. Why aren't other hotels able to do the same? Extremely good value for money. Thanks!

This agroturismo is located in a beautiful part of the Amalfi coast. Views of the sea are amazing. The value for your money is quite good. The gardens surrounding the villa and restaurant are very relaxing. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The only challenge is finding the place. Make sure you arrive by daylight as the signage is not clear.

Very Clean, in a secluded place and with Great views. Staff are very friendly, personable and caring. Amazing Food, mostly grown in the premises.

Very rural feeling, nice get away from cities and crowds. Spacious terrace with beautiful view and sun beds. We suggest to have dinner at their restaurant - best dinner during our 10 day trip to Italy. Only downside (but that is an advantage when you are at place like this) there is no mobile network. Just their local wi-fi.

The property is lovely, an agritoursimo just outside of the city of St. Agata. The hotel rooms are in a separate building from the reception and dining room. Because it is located up the mountain, navigating around the property was very difficult both on foot and in a car. The rooms were clean but sparse.

The fattoria hosted our amazing wedding! Such amazing people. Luigi, Rosella, Eddie and everyone were amazing! Thanks so much!!

A very nice and special place. The bungalow was big and very comfortable with a lovely sea view and a nice private terrace. Lovely restaurant with locally produced food. Beware that you need a car to stay here, it's up in the hills on the countryside. We would love to go back here.

Fattoria Terrranova is very friendly, family-oriented, and extremely helpful in all areas! The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and the highlight of the stay.

This old farmhouse is charming, and set in a little piece of heaven - the top of the Sorrento Peninsula, with views of both the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Sorrento. The staff are warm and hospitable, and the accommodations are roomy. The biggest downside is that there is no wifi and no cellular service in the rooms. You can sometimes catch a signal from the terrace, but you have to walk up to the main house - a steep climb - to get a reliable wireless connection, and then only if there aren't too many other people online. It's great if you want isolation!

We arrived dishevelled, fraught and very late after a nerve-racking drive in the dark and rain after our plane was delayed due to summer storms! However, upon reaching the hotel reception we were shown our accommodation and then welcomed into the delightful terraced restaurant with a glass of prosecco and bruchetta nibbles whilst they prepared a table. We sampled the starters for 3 people but the 5 of us struggled to finish all of them despite the food being a gastronomic delight! Despite being a little off the beaten track the restaurant was busy every night, mainly with Italians, a testament to the superb quality of the (all local) food, the beautiful aspect overlooking the Mediterranean and the very warm and friendly staff. Our accommodation was fine, again with beautiful views, a nice cooling pool and breakfast including a wide range of Italian delicacies.

GPS will get lost. Why the hotel does not correct its address to make it easy for guests by writing a detailed description how to get there.
The hotel is spread on several steep slopes that require its staff to go on a Vespa from one room to another. The first room we got had no air condition ! However, they changed the room for us with no problem. The new room had a great view, but beware that, I woke up at 5 am .. with ants on my face and under my pillow! The room was infested ! It was clearly not the first time, as I looked around and the ants were coming in through holes around the electricity plugs.
The hotel is selling itself as an Agriturismo experience. Well, if they already inform the guests that the experience feels like camping indoors, then, by choice, I would be fine with it and even would enjoy it ! BUT, a few rooms didn't have air conditioning, and forget about internet !! It simply doesn't work, and they could charge you 3 euros for it if you want to use in your room. Again, if the purpose is retreat, then drop saying that it has WIFI. It even had problems in the public areas, making the cashier call the VISA company to charge credit cards.
They need better management .. wifi .. cleaner rooms .. pest control .. GPS location fixing ... OR simply state that this is a farm .. with indoor camping life style.
But the restaurant is exquisite .. but this alone does not make a hotel great.

Our experience had good points and bad points.
Pros:
1. Quaint, tranquil, and wonderful view of the Bay of Naples
2. Mostly quiet neighbourhood
3. Pool was nice, clean, and secluded
4. Bathroom and shower were huge and nice
5. Food at dinnertime was great and the 20 euro set menu was fantastic value considering it was four courses and included a glass of Prosecco each; breakfast food was nice, especially the pistachio and chocolate cake
6. Staff were friendly and very helpful; we had to complain about ants in our room, and they dealt with the situation quickly and apologetically. They were also very knowledgeable about the area and how to get to touristy places such as Capri, Sorrento, and Pompeii.
7. Great air-conditioning!
Cons:
1. Bed was horribly hard and flat and pillows were not fluffy - I could've slept on the tile floor and been just as comfortable.
2. We had an infestation of ants in our room.
3. The steepness and narrowness of the roads coming from the far top car park down to the main building and the building where the rooms are that includes a separate car park: our rental car was hit 3 times in the week that we stayed there. The staff were very apologetic at the time, though.
4. Cannot walk to a beach as the place is quite remote. Buses do not come up the narrow roads, so walking to the nearest village (Sant Agata) takes about 15-20 minutes downhill.
5. Pool was nice but you have to climb down about 4 flights of stairs to get to it.

Considering this is a agriturismo hotel you would expect a more personalized attention. The rooms are awful, cheap furniture, it smells at insecticide.
It is very hard to get there, even GPS won't help. We stayed 3 nights and got lost consistently every time I drove back to the place.
Next time, I would consider going staying at Le Grottelle which is not too far from there

The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Not so good is the wifi that works on and off and getting there was a little difficult. But it was really worth it because of the beauty of the place and the beautiful view.

My family and I loved this place!!! Its beautiful, peaceful, and charming!! The farm is gorgeous....breath-taking views and beautiful flowers everywhere! The restaurant is delicious!! Superb quality made with produce grown on the farm!! But the family that runs the place was the most wonderful thing about our stay there!! They are so kind and warm! They treated my family like we were part of theirs. They greeted us with open arms and warm smiles every time we saw them!! We loved our stay and will definitely be going back!!

It was so hard to find this hotel and need to drive curves and hills.

Friendly staff. Rooms bit basic so worth the upgrade. Fabulous dinners and strong selection of wines!

The farm has beautiful views, especially the main building. Staff is friendly. However, the rooms are so dated, dusty and haven't been aired in a while. We got a very spacious room for four but it had a very bad odor. The room had no beds, but rather a sofa that opens up. The headboard of the sofa had spider webs and a smashed spider on the wall. The crown jewel was a musty bed with wet stains. Apparently the ceiling was leaky. We cancelled our accommodation that night and the other two nights. To be fair, I have to add that the owner of the farm helped us to find a different hotel for that night, as it was very late at night. If you like updated and clean rooms, this is not the place for you.

Brilliant hotel, but wouldn't want to try & find it for first time in the dark! Staff were all amazing & went out of their way to help. Food & wine terrific. Rooms a little basic & perhaps in need of a little updating but spotlessly clean.

Our overall experience was wonderful. The restaurant was so quaint, you could see the ocean from your table it was gorgeous. This farm hotel and restaurant were my favorite, the food was always above average, the staff were always helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was awesome. Keep in mind its located on a mountain in the country and to get to the restaurant or pool you have to walk up and down quite a bit to get to both places. If stairs and pathways are difficult for you this could be a problem. The rooms were clean and spacious with an amazing view.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. Location was great and our villa was amazing. Definitely would go back and stay for a few days as we arrived late to the hotel and weren't able to enjoy the full benefits of this hotel.

After being led up multiple dead end streets by GPS and having to reverse back we finally found the hotel. Was told upon arrival It's a problem.
After signing in we were taken down to our villa, in light of the experience getting there and the roads already encountered I asked if there was a turn around area at the bottom. Was told yes so drove the car and baggage down. (silly, I know)
As we checked out our villa, Pre 1960's building, very tired, seedy and run down. I asked about the pool (Family holiday) and was told it was 10 minutes away. I then asked where I could turn the car around and was told It's a problem.
We stayed for around 15 minutes, tried to get wifi (No signal at all in our villa) and at that point decided the place just was not viable for the holiday we wanted and would try to sort out an alternative.
After 20 minutes of convoluted reversing and a few scares we managed to get back to the reception building.
The manageress was wonderful, told us she had nothing else however did assist in finding other accommodation in a hotel in town.
We also had the opportunity to eat in their restaurant. Food was amazing.
Bottom line, for a quiet, foodie couples holiday if you do not mind a slightly run down accommodation its ideal (Master bedroom has a old baby basinet in the corner)
For a active holiday with older children not so much. No wifi signal was a major issue for us however the manageress / owner insisted it was there or could be fixed.
Nice People!

We stayed for two nights, which I think was the perfect amount of time. The grounds are quite beautiful and the fact that many items they sell are produced on the property is unique. It is a bit remote, but if you are looking for a unique experience and simple, fresh, and good food, I would definitely recommend staying at Fattoria.

The owner and the staff at this hotel were more than helpful, really understanding when we had arrival difficulties due to delays and weather conditions. They were considerate, flexible and so kind to take us to the town on our final day of leaving for the airport.

We stayed here for ten days and found the hotel very pleasent, staff are most pleasent and freindly.Reading most of the reveiws had a pritty good idea what to expect. The room was very comfy nice veiw and very clean. But very basic and down side was we were underneath other geusts which were very noisy and could hear every movement. The restuarant was very beautiful with fresh vegetables and fresh cut flowers everywhere. The food was great,we were a little weary of what were paying for the food as there were no menus but they give you a bill at end of your stay and your meals are 20euros regardless of what you eat pluss extra for drinks which is well priced. Was pitty we didnt no before hand though, only other down side was some comunication problems but we are out in the sticks in italy and you knd of expect it.But if there was a menu it would of been much easier.Location wise its about 15mins walk from a bus stop.We took a car and probably the best way to get around if you are brave enough to hire a car , roads and the drivers out there are terrible !it is scooter crazy out there. And traffic is unbareable only real downside to a holiday in sorrento and amalfi coast is it is so busy its untrue!
5.0
Lovely hotel in a great location between the Sorrento and Amalfi coast. Extremely friendly staff and a free upgraded room! Food in the restaurant was incredible.
1.5
"Agri" in atmosphere but not in location. Our room (appartment really) was 200 steep metres from the restaurant. It was in great need of maintenance and modernisation. Dinner is outstanding and breakfast excellent. Family welcome could not have been better.

the fattoria terranova is a family run farm hotel and restaurant. the setting is idyllic, views breath taking and the staff friendly and helpful. the food is simple, mainly home grown, delicious and very reasonably priced. if you want the atmosphere of a genuine Italian farm, this is the hotel for you, we cant praise it enough. locals eat in the restaurant which is the best recommendation of all.
i would point out that because the farm is set in the hillside, it is not for those with poor mobility. having said that my husband is disabled and walks with a stick, but he loved the hotel and thought it was well worth the extra effort.
another tip - if you are driving with satnav, dont go up the narrow roads it sends you on, they are too small for most cars - use the main road.
we would love to go back - if we could face neapolitan drivers again - nerves of steel required!

This is a family run place which is more like a holiday home rather than a hotel. If you are looking for a sterile and formal atmosphere this is not the place. The staff were extremely helpful and were very accommodating in arranging trips for us. The food is absolutley sublime and we would reccommend those who like home grown fair to make a booking. The only snag with this location is that you will need a car and nerves of steel driving the lanes in the area. I would suggest that this is a location that must been visited even if for a nice romatic evening dinner.
