Sehr schönes Objekt insbesondere die Pizzeria und der sehr schöne Pool sind zu erwähnen

at L'Antico Scantinato there is a special life in the real italien way. It's a kind of la dolce vite of south Italy. With a beautiful view of the gulf of naples from dusk till dawn. It's a dream to see the sun drowning in the sea with smell of traditional itlien food in the nose. Francesco and his familiy are very nice and it is a adventure to see the action of how is making a pizza from the wood to the fire and the final pizza. Thank you very much Francesco and his family.

Gemütliche saubere Wohnung. Aussicht von der Terrasse ,war unbeschreiblich. Familie war sehr nett und zuvorkommend .Essen im Familien Restaurant war nicht nur gemütlich mit wunderbarer Aussicht aufs Meer ,auch günstig und schmeckte gut. Nachtteil ,fast immer besetzt. Vermieter und auch gleichzeitig Koch ,brachten das Essen, dann auch mal schnell in die Wohnung. Auch die Gegend ist sehr sehenswert .Hatte man keine Lust ans Meer zu gehen,konnte man den hauseigenen Pool benutzen der groß genug war für mehrere Personen. Wir alle also 5 Personen ,haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen , und können es mit gutem Gewissen jedem empfehlen.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marzia et sa fille Elsa (qui s'exprime très bien en français ). Malgré le mauvais temps, nous avons passé un très bon séjour .

Wunderschöner Blick über den Golf von Neapel von der Dachterrasse aus, sehr nette Vermieter, gutes Restaurant direkt im Haus, gute Lage im Dorf, sehr gute Versorgung in 2 kleinen Läden direkt nebenan.

The apartment was not as pictured the photos related to the roof top apartment and we were given the first floor apartment. On arrival we were struck by the decor and condition of the apartment, The mosquito nets were broken in the lounge and main bedroom (more about those later). The oven and washing machine were both broken. The TV was balanced on a broken restaurant wine cooler/fridge. The remote controls for TV and Hifi held no batteries, the showers both leaked and the shower head holders would not hold the heads so they fell to the floor. It took two days for the oven to get fixed and even then the owner said not to turn it up to over 100, so we did not cook in the apartment. The toilets both stunk of urine. In five nights there was no offer of clean sheets, July in Italy without air conditioning, no ability to leave windows open as the mosquito nets were broken and a broken washing machine meant the sheets nearly walked out on there own after 5 nights. It was clear there was a dispute with the pizza restaurant next door and the owners of this apartment, the filthy looks we received every time we entered summed up their feelings toward the owners. On leaving we have had repeated emails from the owner stating he wanted 50 euros to fix the mosquito net in the lounge, being aggressive, he says we broke it and it was only a little bit broken when we arrived. He is still looking for more money from a poorly maintained and badly described property. His response will blame us for the broken items. However do not take the risk and book elsewhere.he is after the money due to the setting this apartment is in and does not maintain his property. this is the biggest regret we have about our journey across four properties in Italy the others were all brilliant.

La propriétaire est charmante et très accueillante. L’appartement est agréable mais un peu loin de tout, voiture indispensable.

Wir waren Anfang September zu Gast in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Familie ist mehr als freundlich, zuvorkommend und ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Unterhalb der Wohnung liegt die Pizzeria der Eigentümer. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und beste traditionelle, neapolitanische Küche. Natürlich gibt es auch Pizza. Anfangs wollten wir in der Wohnung kochen, aber da das Essen so gut war und die Preise so günstig, war das gar nicht nötig. Direkt nebenan ist ein kleiner Gemischtwarenladen, bei dem man sich mit dem nötigsten Ausstatten kann. Der Gastgeber hilft auch gerne beim organisieren von Bootstouren, Ausflügen und ist sonst für alle Fragen offen. Fazit: nur zu empfehlen - wir kommen wieder

Wir haben die Wohnung hauptsächlich als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen genutzt, die man in dieser Gegend vielfältig machen kann. Manche Wanderungen gehen direkt an der Wohnung vorbei. Vom tollen Balkon der Wohnung hat man einen gigantischen Blick auf den Golf von Neapel, auf Ischia und den Vesuv... und hinein in den Zitronenhain des Vermieters. Sehr schön! Der Vermieter und seine ganze Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie führen auch eine Pizzeria/Restaurant mit leckeren Speisen und ebenso nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Alimentari-Nahrungsmittelladen, der das Notwendigste verkauft, so dass man morgens schnell die Stufen runter in den Laden gehen kann und z.B. Brot kaufen kann. Die Wohnung liegt dennoch ruhig und man ist abgeschieden. Sollte es auf dem Hauptbalkon zu heiß sein, kann man auch die Terrasse vor dem Eingang benutzen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit dort bei den Vermietern!

Belle location avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe de Naples, au cœur du village de Schiazzano à coté de la petite épicerie . Restaurant tenu par Francesco et sa famille. Merci à Anthéa qui nous a préparé le meilleurs Spritz du monde avec beaucoup de gentillesse et dans un français impeccable .Merci à Francesco pour l'organisation de la journée à Capri .

Ciao a tutti mi chiamo Davide f.sono appena stato una settimana in vacanza con la mia famiglia e assieme ad amici in questa struttura (casa Ersilia e casa Marzia ) nuova pulita ben ventilata silenziosa nelle ore del riposo fresca con poche zanzare,in tutto eravamo 10 persone.Il proprietario Franco assieme alla moglie e figlie e supportato in cucina dallo chef Michele & c. gestiscono un ristorante pizzeria adiacente la struttura.La pizza speciale le delizie prodotte a base di limoni di produzione propria sia come liquore che come dolce sono una cosa da non perdere,poi le indicazioni forniteci per come meglio spostarsi per visitare le tante meraviglie che ci sono .iIl tutto legato da una accoglienza e da una gentilezza che non è sempre facile trovare.Grazieeeeeeee!!!!!! Franco Marzia e Michele lo chef e la moglie e tutti i vostri figli che sono un tesoro.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre semaine à Schiazzano. L'appartement est situé au centre d'un petit village typique de l'endroit et est très fonctionnel. De la terrasse, nous avons vu une vue imprenable sur le golfe de Naples, Capri et le Vésuve. Et que dire de l'accueil attentionné et chaleureux de Marzia et de ses filles qui parlent français. En prime, nous avons bénéficié des délicieux plats cuisinés par le Chef Mikele qui opère un restaurant juste en bas de l'immeuble . La Villa Marzia constitue un point de départ idéal pour visiter les nombreuses merveilles qu'offrent la région: Sorrento, Capri, Pompéi, Positano, randonnées pédestres et autres. Merci encore Marzia et à toute sa famille pour cette semaine de rêve que nous avons vécue. Nous reviendrons sûrement vous revoir dans un avenir prochain. Josette et Guy de Québec

Nous sommes revenus à Schiazzano pour la 4ème fois avec grand plaisir. Nous avons retrouvé avec bonheur Francesco et Marzia toujours aussi chaleureux,et le calme d'un petit village bien agréable après une journée de visite . Cet appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter la cote Amalfitaine , Capri et Naples ou nous nous sommes rendus en train depuis la gare de Sorrente .Le plus de cet appartement est la terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la baie de Naples, le Vésuve et les iles d'Ischia et Procida, et ses couchers de soleil inoubliables.Très pratique aussi la petite épicerie toute proche pour le pain frais du matin et aussi de très bons produits locaux à des prix très abordables.Pas de problème pour se garer dans le village, nous avons même eu le privilège de rentrer la voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété.Nous avons encore passé une super semaine .

nous avons passé une semaine l appartement est au top dans un village typique italien tout y est l eglise,le restaurant l épicerie a moins de 10 métres la famille propiriétaire est charmante et trés serviable de plus la vue est véritablement magnifique est à moins de 1h en voiture vous avez accés à tout pompei,vésuve,costa almafitine etc le top du top bravo je recommande à 100%
