Amazing. Right next door to the tram line and station

It’s a mini home away from home !

Good location, walkable to the centre, but next to the tram line so a bit noisy. Studio was large and comfortable.

The hotel is just outside the city center, only a 10 minutes walk to the main train station and the old part of town. There is also a tram stop just behind the hotel, which makes getting there with luggage very easy. The room was spotless, and the kitchnette was small but very functional, with microwave, hot plates, a fridge and a coffee machine. Overall a nice place where I would stay again if in town

The check-in clerk was extremely helpful. There is a Japanese restaurant directly behind the restaurant. The room was a bit dated and there was an odd smell, musty like.

It was very clean. Lots of space. Very close to amenities. Great value for money

Great overnight stop in Orleans. Clean, spacious accommodations with great sleeping arrangements for a family of four. Efficient and helpful staff. A perfectly pleasant stay.

Great apartment, clean, but a little far out but there’s a tram 🚃 that goes every 10 minutes into centre which is great except for the dinging of the bell at 6 o’clock in the morning, we booked a studio so we had no cleaner or fresh towels over 5 nights which was disappointing, we had a lovely stay in Orléans 😊

Aparthotels are the way to go, the convenience of having a kitchen makes life so much easier. The Adagio in Orleans is a little way out of town, about 20 minute walk into the centre, but the tram guess past the door so getting into the centre of things is easy. There aren't bars or restaurants or shops close to the hotel, but knowing this we took everything we needed with us.

The room was not as good as expected. It was smelly and looks dirty.

Have stayed at this hotel several times over the years on our way to and from the south of France. Ideally located not far from the main motorway network.
Check in is always easy with friendly helpful staff.
Rooms are comfortable and basic with the added bonus of a self catering style kitchenette which includes two ring hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and enough crockery and cutlery for four people.
The only small issue we have noticed is the area seems to be going slowly downhill each year, although the hotel cannot be put to blame for this.

Good quality rooms at a decent price. All rooms have a kitchenette with a sink, kettle, hob, microwave and cutlery. There is underground parking at 6 euros per night but other than that there's not much going on at this hotel. There is not much within walking distance either so if you've not got a car then you would be better off staying nearer the town centre. This is an ideal hotel for a business travellers on a budget staying more than one night.

Location was great - very easy to access from the motorway (but beware - the building itself is back from the main street - very easy to overlook - there is a modern development off the street, next to the tram line, and the hotel is part of it). Use the hotel's back door and you'll exit directly to a tram stop, a few minute ride from the city centre (euro 1.50 pp). Spacious rooms, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchenette would make the stay all but pleasant if not for some unwanted guests - when we returned from the city in late evening we've discovered two fat cockroaches merrily running across our pots left in the kitchen sink - not very pleasant indeed (note: these were so called German cockroaches, not the large tropical specimens).

Stopped over for 1 night. Hotel isn't in the best area of town but parking easy (and free) and there's a tram stop right outside the hotel - trams run into town centre and back in a few minutes so easy to pop into town for a meal. There's also a supermarket close by. Rooms OK, facilities OK. Didn't have breakfast.

Quite difficult to find, had to drive round the vicinity a couple of times before we could find the entrance as it is round the back of some apartment blocks. Our room was on the intersection of the tram and train line but the noise didn't really bother us. We had a 1 room apartment which was spacious but it felt empty and the kitchen was very small and crammed next to the door. Could have been much nicer had they utilised the space better. Carpet felt cheap and nasty and the sofa bed had cigarette burns in it and wasn't very comfy for two people. On the plus side the bathroom was nice and had good shower. Breakfast was expensive given the limited choice, I wouldn't bother paying for it if I stayed there again. Staff were friendly. It was fairly cheap so overall it was fairly good value for a one night stay but wouldn't want to stay there for much longer.

We have stayed at several Adagios and this was the least well kept, difficult to find (down an alley behind another building) and in a neighborhood that will someday see better days. It was central, had a kitchen, air conditioning, free parking nearby, and had usable laundry. Overall not bad. Could have been a little better.

Hotel was great as a base - good size room s with decent facilities. TV was way too small for the room and no English speaking channels but that was a small negative. Well placed for local supermarket/boulangerie and a 20 minute walk to the centre of town. the excellent, clean, quiet and cheap tram stopped right outside the back door of the hotel which made getting back from town less tiring! Really helpful and pleasant reception staff too.

The most disappointing thing about the hotel is how difficult it is to find. The address on the website is an intersection between a long road and a very small 'impasse' or cul-de-sac. hence it is impossible to locate on a sat nav. Also the only sign on the long main road is small and broken in half. The staff could have been more helpful talking me in.
Inside our family room did smell of cigarettes, but apart from that it was clean and a good size. Cooking facilities were good and we took advantage of the paid secure parking.
