Já havia me hospedado duas vezes no hotel.

Hotel muito bom, com um excelente serviço e limpeza.

Positive aspects: overall hotel and services are great. We liked it.
Negative aspects:
- One of the main pools was down
- Beer machines were broken and it was very complicated to get any drink
- Check-out process is slow and you then need to go back there again to get a ticket for car. Crazy. They need to learn with US hotels.

The room is very far from everything. To go to the beach you have to either take a 30 min bus, or walk for half an hour. The reservations at restaurants don’t work. You have to wake up every day and be there by 7.30 to try to get a reservation for the following day and then you realized that people with priority already booked everything. You have to try and try every day and get frustrated...

Awesome place to relax and have fun, we've stayed 1 week and could have been longer. Nice food, sevice, rooms and great for kids, we had a 7 months old and everything was great for us and the baby.

We had an amazing stay. Great hotel amenities, good food, great drinks, and wonderful activities staff. Located right on beach. Easy transportation services to go into town or on excursions. Would stay again. We did not mind, but English speakers are very limited—we just utilized a translation app when needed.

We are Americans who live in Brazil, so we're very familiar with service standards for both countries, which is why I say this hotel is good for Brazil. At first glance it appears to be 5 stars, but as you peel back the layers of the onion, it really isn't fantastic. Our room was nice and clean, except for the bathtub which was quite gross with mildew growing everywhere. The buffet is large with a decent variety, but the food is mediocre at best. We tried to get reservations for the "theme" restaurants, but were told they were booked up except for our last night there. When we passed the restaurants in the evening, they were only half filled, so not sure why we weren't allow to make a reservation. The service in general was not good, but very typical for Brazilian standards. As other reviewers have noted, most of the staff do not speak any English. This was not a major issue for us since we speak a fair amount of Portuguese, but did cause some confusion on several incidents (like when someone came knocking on our door and absolutely insisted on coming in to check something in our closet despite the fact that we were not dressed...turns out they were checking to make sure we had an iron. We politely told her no several times, but she refused to leave until we let her in the room).

The hotel itself is beautiful. There is plenty to do and the beach is beautiful. The staff was all very friendly. However, my one complaint is the food. If feel that the food should be better quality. Overall, I had a fun trip and would reccomend this place to a friend.

Our 6 days were relaxing and enjoyable in the sun and we were very well looked after by the many dedicated staff. Sadly our room did not have wifi (despite claims that all do) but a booster was supplied after a couple of days which rectified this. The food was excellent and my eight year old loved the nightly children's shows in the theatre. The beach is stunning.
This is a great family hotel which allows you to explore all the trappings of Praia do Forte.

The hotel and all it has on campus is great. The rooms are nice but could use some freshening up. I'm a bit picky when I pay that much for a hotel but I don't want to see moldy caulking around the shower and sink of the bathrooms. The AC wouldn't get the room cool either.

Terrible service, I`ll not come back!
