Not 5 star. Property is not well maintained.
Avoid , there are much better elsewhere at same price or less.

We had a two room suite that was perfect for 8 days in Rome. Big walk-in closet and king bed in the bedroom and large well equipped bathroom off the sitting room. Both rooms with large flat screens. Close to everything in historic Rome.

Very friendly personnel.
They are really willing to help and do their best.
There is strange system with A/C and heating. Now it is only for heating and it's not possible to regulate the temperature. We slept with the opened window but it was still too hot.
Location is nice, we walked everywhere we wanted.

Adjacent room under construction on the first floor and street very noisy in the morning even though being a small side street. Definitely not a five store property as tired out.

Staff was amazing!! Very accommodating, super helpful.

Staff, location and rooftop bar and dining. But really the staff - equal of any 4 Seasons or St. Regis - made the whole difference.

Beautiful Hotel in the Heart of Rome. Clean and friendly service..... would go back and stay again

Property including the lobby had a very musty and unpleasant smell. We had mixed experiences with recommendations from the staff.

This is a boutique hotel near the Piazza del Popolo. The junior suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a bath with a very nice shower.
The staff was excellent and was very attentive. They made excellent recommendations and reservations for dinner.
There were two issues I had with the hotel: 1) was the air conditioning and 2) noise at night.
The cooling/heating system was an all or nothing option. Rome was unseasonably warm. When I arrived the heating system was on and the room was 25c or 77 degrees. Because the air was not on, the only way to cool the Rome was to open the window. At night the window could not remain open because of the noise from a service courtyard. After 2 days, I complained that this system was unacceptable and they turned on the air conditioning, which also helped with the noise issue.
Unfortunately my last night they again turned on the heating system. To me in a 5 star hotel it’s fundamental that you ought to be able to control the temperature in your own room. Not being able to, is not an option.

The best hotel in Roma, you will not find better. Amazing staff, a lot of attention to small details.
Anytime we are in Roma, this will always be our place.
Close to everything

Great location. Quiet street/alley but right in the best location. Walkable to Dosnish Steps, Vatican and Colloseum. Service is fantastic. Rooftop restaurant is incredible views. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t ask for better. This is not my first stay. Love the staff, hotel, position. Will be back without a doubt.

I didn't like it. Overpriced, staff speaks very poor English and general maintenance is not done. I definitely wouldn't stay another time as a 1300 Euros "suite" was definitely not up top the level.
2.5
The hotel is very modern and is nicely designed. The rooms are of a good size (we had a hot tub suite) and decorated/maintained to a high standard. There is also a nice bar downsides and restaurant (although we did not eat in the restaurant). The hotel is extremely central and we walked to all the major attractions. My only criticism is that the decking outside, where the hot tub was, had several broken and very damaged boards. For the amount of money you are paying I don't find that very acceptable.
The staff are excellent.

It was good. I asked for non allergenic pillows and covers and I was told there were not any. Later on they brought one pillow. I thought that they were not ready for all types of guests

After a week in an Umbrian villa requiring some household chores, it was a delight to come here and have everything done for us.

We a spent 4 nights in Rome in the first Luxuary Art hotel. We stayed in an art suite. It is exactly what's it is named. Immaculate service, staff is available to to you even at midnight to schedule anything you wish for. It is Recently opened fashionable hotel with beautiful art everywhere. Unbeatable location to walk across town anywhere and have amazing dining experience in restaurants suggested by the staff. Experience is beyond 5 stars. Highly recommend. Will absolutely come back.

The rating we have given shows just had great the hotel is
1.0
Not worth the money. Rooms are really small. Staff messed up the alarm twice, once on the day of departure.

My wife was not too well on our arrival in Rome. The staff at this hotel could not have been more caring or helpful. They asked about her welfare every day, and were most happy that she had recovered by the end of our stay.
The hotel is very well situated, close the the Spanish Steps in the heart of Rome. It is easy to visit the main tourist areas either by metro, bus or taxi.
The rooms were very clean, modern and the beds large and comfortable.
My lasting impression though is the warmth of the staff, their generosity and genuine interest in making our stay as comfortable as possible.
I thoroughly recommend this hotel for your visit to Rome.

Wel firstly, despite the ad, we were surprised at just how small it was even though we are used to staying in Rome and know that the hotel room space is normally quite tight. This hotel, however did stipulate that it was spacious although it was the smaller than any other that we had stayed at in the area.
The hotel itself was very modern - too much so, we felt... It definitely lacked soul and relevancy to the flavour of Rome. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating however BUT the hotel is extremely noisy. There is very loud corridor music played throughout the day and all night!!
Room service was superb and the rooms were clean. I managed to get the flu there so had to spend almost 3 days in bed so unfortunately, this hotel is not the best for little creature comforts. Although they proclaim proudly that they have a numerous variety of channels/Satellite TV there are absolutely NONE in English at all...
Overall, the staff made the stay more pleasant than anything else but this note is really for those who will be spending no other time but to sleep in residence (albeit comfortable beds), it does lack character....
