About this apartment rental
Rome is so full of winding alleyways and small squares that a place like Regina Viarum really stands out. It’s completely different to the stereotype – a large flat in a standalone villa, with a huge garden. Obviously, this sort of space doesn’t come along in the city centre, and Regina Viarum is slightly removed from the thick of things, but it comes with space for two cars in the driveway and great public transport links. Besides, if getting into the centre is a fundamental priority, we wouldn’t recommend this place. The whole point is the peaceful, bucolic setting.
Home truths:
*It takes about twenty minutes to get to the city centre by car
*Even though the flat's on the ground floor, there's a short flight of steps to get to the front door
*The single bedroom is significantly below the level of the other bedrooms
*Two people can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room
*You'll have to share the garden with the other guests
