Nice swim pool, friendly staff, nice lounge and game room. Balcony. Free parking. Close proximity to the airport.

We stayed here the night before our flight home. It was a Wednesday and the area was really quiet ( I think the Romans come here only on the weekends). Most of restaurants don't open until 8 for dinner, be aware it's not like Rome or other touristy areas where everything is open all the time. Breakfast was delicious! Parking is super easy.

We had an ocean view room with balcony and it was lovely! We expected little given the price but it was a great value ratio. The breakfast spread was lovely - classic European buffet and they had gluten free options. FCO is a solid 20 min drive and Rome was a solid 55 min drive. But the beach was right there, and the pool was sweet. We appreciated we could keep an eye on members of our group in the pool from our balcony. There was no smell issue in the hotel rooms. The proprietors were on hand and helpful, if not entirely warm and friendly. We thought this was a find, and would not hesitate to stay again.

Nice, classy property just a few yards from the waterfront. Enjoyed the balcony from our room. Could see the planes take off from Fiumicino, which were occasionally loud but stopped at night.

There is a water filtration from the ceiling in the bathroom. The toilet doesn't flush properly. The bathroom in general doesn't have a good condition.

This was a great place to stay for a large group of people. It was close to the airport and the staff helped arrange transportation to the airport in the morning. They also had breakfast out early for us in the morning so we could eat before heading to the airport. I would recommend this place.

Place is old and smelly. As we arrived at midnight from a long flight, place was deserted. The front desk person was kind and let us buy some water and refreshment. Once we went to our room, we could see it was outdated. Ac never really worked. Slept on a hard bed. Walls are paper thin. It was a bad night. Breakfast was ok. Front desk was able to take care of our bags while we walked to the beach. Overall, i would not recommend staying there.

This property has to be one of the worst ones we have stayed at, ever. And we travel globally, ALOT.
The NOISE was unbearable. The shower glass was hanging on by silicone and swinging, the toilet seat was falling off, the towels were like sand paper. There was a terrible odor from the bathroom - that smelled like sewage. The door handle to get into our room was so loose, I am sure this was ready to fall off.
The pool was NOT heated, and the area was covered with ants.
There was absolutely NOTHING that I liked about this hotel, we had zero sleep due to the paper thin walls.
There is no way this hotel is worth the $212 CDN I paid for the night. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company to get our money back.
Avoid staying here - it is worth about $25.00. A ride to the airport via a taxi (which I don't even know if he was a taxi service) was 45euros. It was a 15 minute ride. Brutal.

Hotel Corallo is a diamond in the rough. Highly recommended for an overnight stay. Clean/comfortable/hospitable with ocean views. Outstanding breakfast. Most of the beach properties in surrounding Fregenae have been neglected.

Great place to stay in Rome if you need to stay near the airport. We wanted a place with a pool to cut up a long flight layover and this was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the pool was super nice. The staff were all lovely too.
It was unfortunate how the taxis charge almost as much to go here (20 minutes from airport) as they would charge to go to the centre of Rome, but that's beyond the control of the hotel. The hotel charges 45e for their shuttle, and the taxis at the airport charge about 50e.

Wonderful Hotel. Clean, accommodating, professional. Especially loved the family atmosphere.

Understated, but elegant. They provided cab service to and
from train station. Nice clean room, good service.

This property is very difficult to get to. The laid-back staff were nice enough, but didnt follow through with requests. When we requested a taxi ro the airport, they called a friend. He was driving his own car. Staff said it would cost 12 Euros and take 15 minutes. He arrived 20 minutes late and charged 45 Euros. It took 45 minutes to get to the airport.
Also, be aware if traveling with children. One of the beds was a murphy style fold out bed that is not secured to the wall the entire heavy piece of furniture fell on my 13 yo daughter when she tried to open it. She has a bruised arm, but it could have seriously injured a younger child.
There is a public beach within walking distance with bo facilities. Bring your own towels. The ones at the hotel are like rough pillow cases.
Breakfast pastries were good, but the restaurant did not look appetizing and all other dining options are about a km away.

This hotel was actually underrated in my opinion. We stayed in multiple hotels during our trip and we were quite pleased with this one. It includes a nice view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, walking distance to the beach, nice sized parking lot, clean spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, and only a ten minute drive to the train station. We used that to take us into room rather than drive our rental van. It was so convenient and not cost prohibitive. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone touring Rome yet wanting to stay outside of the chaos!

Restaurant and staff were fantastic. Absolutely nothing to do in the town of Fregene. I suggest waiting until 2025 when they should have the beaches rebuilt (there is no beach currently as it has all been eroded away).

Used just to spend a night before taking a flight but it was good overall.
The restaurant is not that good tbh

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff
Only little issue is location is in isolated area. Nothing close to walk and get. Except ocean view. Which was great.
Breakfast was good but starts at 7:00. Guests who have early morning international flights like around 10 AM or earlier miss breakfast.
But, compare to charges to stay it is very nice hotel.

Nice folks but staff could be a bit bore friendly or maybe it was just that I was american?
