Hotel Pellegrino is more than just a hotel. It’s a warm welcome from a very caring and kind Italian family who are working relentlessly to make their guests’ stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. All family members work together and live on the property. That’s maybe why it felt like visiting a friends’ place. Getting to know them is part of the experience and is probably why we loved the Amalfi coast so much. Daniele, Luigi’s daughter, cooks dinner better than any Michelin restaurant. The first night we went out to eat to quickly understand that the best food is actually in our own hotel. Federico responds to a text in 30 seconds day and night and can create an itinerary better than a travel agency. Luigi was always willing to give us a lift to places nearby and shared interesting stories.
Alessa is very knowledgeable, very kind and a patient human being. It’s always a pleasure to talk to her. I can only imagine the effort it takes to run this place at the level you guys do. Thank you for all that you did for us and for the rest of your guests. You’re all very kind and thoughtful. God bless your family with health and many prosperous years. We would only stay here next time when we are on the Amalfi coast. We will recommend you to all of our friends!

I have traveled very much in my life, and I can honestly say Hotel Pellegrino was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff, was absolutely INCREDIBLE. From the moment we booked, Federico messaged us regarding our stay, and when we spoke on the phone he answered all my questions and was able to accommodate all our needs. We eloped on the Amalfi Coast, so we wanted everything to be perfect, and everything truly was perfect. They provided all the transportation that we needed, booked our spa experience for us, booked our private car back to the airport upon departure, arranged for all our romantic flowers, Prosecco and cake to be placed in our gorgeous room upon our return from eloping, they provided us with room service and made sure our food choices and preferences were taken first, they were MORE than accommodating in every situation. The food was incredible as well, with a gorgeous view of Amalfi Coast. I even got a canker sore, and our server went out of his way to make us a steeped drink of cloves and honey, and advised me to use this to heal my canker sore. My husband and I will be returning to the Amalfi Coast, and when we do we won’t be staying anywhere else other than Hotel Pellegrino. Honestly 12/10, I cannot speak highly enough of this Hotel, we are so excited to return!

Fantastic place to stay. Splendid views. Great rooms. Convenient parking and access to Amalfi and Positano and other towns. The Luigi family and staff are most gracious hosts and make you feel like family. Service is exemplary. Restaurant and food was amazing. I took my granddaughter Isabella to Italy as a college graduation gift and one of our stays was at Hotel Pellegrino. This was the best experience I have ever had staying at a hotel in all my years traveling! And at age 66 I have traveled a lot. This hotel is a family run hotel and they treat you like you are a part of the family. They shuttle you around text you about reservations. Luigi and his team were superb. Wonderful family owned hotel and Luigi obliged with access to rare on site secure parking and took me by car to and from local towns. I was given a free upgrade to a lovely sea view room with balcony.
Breakfast was truly plentiful with delicious home made and local food.

I cannot speak more highly of the care and attention we received from Luigi and his family (the owners and managers of Hotel Pellegrino) They were all extremely welcoming and patiently answered all of our questions with regard to the hotel, local attractions and and transportation. They kept in touch with us throughout our visit and responded within minutes to our questions via WhatsApp. They kindly recommended restaurants specific to our dietary requirements (one of us is a vegetarian) and graciously made reservations and arranged for transportation. I have stayed at many hotels and I can honestly say this is the best service I have ever received.
The hotel room itself was very clean and cozy and stocked with a mini fridge. The facilities are well-cared for and very modern. Our balcony view was absolutely stunning (especially at golden hour). Nights were very quiet as the hotel is set apart from other buildings (so no street noise, which was great). However, there is a bus stop conveniently located right near the hotel’s entrance so it is easy to get into town or to other destinations along the coast such as Amalfi and Positano.
The hotel offered a generous breakfast with juices, coffee, beautifully prepared fresh fruit (including fresh figs!), many kinds of tea, an assortment of pastries and hot food made ready-to-order (with a nice vegetarian alternative for my friend).
I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! It is truly a gem.

This hotel is situated on a hill overlooking the sea and is run by a family who treated us like loving family. Our room was perfect - impeccably sparkling clean and accented with beautiful local tile with fresh daily linens and an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfasts were fresh, bountiful and delicious. After eating dinner at the hotel the first night, we opted to eat there every night of our stay - the seafood, pasta, cheese and vegetables were mouth-watering! The hotel owner drove us to Positano and Praiano daily and his son is the best of concierges for tour booking and general information about the area. A tremendous "Mille grazie!" to Luigi, Fede, and the rest of the family, and Gennaro and the chefs, for a beautiful, exciting, delectable, restful and memorable time. We cannot wait to go back!

We Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Hotel Pellegrino. Everything was top notch, we had an amazing view of the sea and our room was newly renovated, beautiful and spacious. The hotel is family owned and operated and they treat you like family. The food was soem of the best that we had in Italy, as well as the service. We highly reccomend this boutique style hotel. It is a hidden gem, tucked only 15 minutes from Positano and close to The Path of the Gods and S. Gennaro. We will definately be back.

My stay at Pellegrino was the best of my time in Italy - I would even say it is one of my favorite stays in any hotel. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, Luigi and his family. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The location fabulous - Praiano is an welcome breath of calm between the busy, touristy Amalfi and Positano. The property is so well maintained and comfortable. And the breakfast … Do Not Skip The Breakfast. If you are traveling on the Amalfi coast then do yourself a favor and book a few nights at the Pellegrino. You will not regret it.

I’ve stayed in countless hotels around Europe over the years. And overall this is the absolute best. The staff is unbelievably kind, attentive and caring. Frederico and his family did absolutely everything and so much more to make our stay better than perfect. The room with a gorgeous view was stunning, super clean, very comfortable and spacious. The free breakfast easily could have been 60 euros in any restaurant. BOOK this hotel and thank me later.

I am so happy I found this hotel for our stay in Positano. I initially picked it because of all the amazing reviews and am excited to say, it did not disappoint! The entire staff was absolutely amazing. Communication was consistent and answered any questions we had. They were so helpful in helping us booked our activities while on the island and most importantly, they were so welcoming! Luigi and his family (Alicia and Federico) were absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend booking with them for your next stay.
P.S: they do have a restaurant at the top of the hotel which was delicious - my husband ate there every night!

The staff are all incredible, especially Luigi who goes above and beyond to not just make it a stay, but a home. The property itself is also very beautiful with fantastic views. The food is out of this world good. Ive stayed in a lot of hotels but never anything like this, its a 3* hotel but honestly it should be givin 10*s!
There is only one way to do the amalfi coast, and that is at hotel pellegrino. I'm already planning my next trip and will miss the fantastic staff until our next visit.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The best part about it is Luigi and his family who own and operate it.
They truly treat you like part of their family, they go above and beyond for their guests. They clearly take pride in their hotel and their service. If there is every anything you need, they are there in an instant to assist.
The room itself was perfect. Great view of the water, comfortable bed, great bathroom area, and plenty of room to hang your clothes.
Then the restaurant- they have a terrace area with an amazing view, and even better food. You have to try their breakfast and dinner.
Our favorite part about our visit to Positano was this hotel. If we return to Positano, this is definitely where we will stay again!

This family-owned and run Hotel Pellegrino was just delightful. Luigi and his team could not have been kinder, more hospitable or willing to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast and dinner we had on the balcony overlooking the coast, was framed in the beauty and scent of the jasmine and bougainvillea. Perfect location for those wanting to be able to access the Amalfi Coastal towns, Praiano has great restaurants, coffee and beach with easy access to Positano, Amalfi etc. Loved our stay and look forward to returning.

The Staff...FANTASTIC IN EVERY WAY!We were treated like royalty.The huge terrasse and dining area was picture perfect .The view captures all the beauty of the Amalfi coast right in front of you...the ocean,mountains and a peninsula with winding roads and properties nestled tightly .The restaurant and bar offer top shelf refreshments/wine and the food is on a completely different level.We enjoyed a"spuntino"(snack) and dined there and they offer a range of traditional cold cut /cheese spreads to an OMG tuna and stawberry tartar.Pasta was unforgetable..it really all was.We dined out a few times on our stay at the "Top"rated restaurants but The Pellegrino is just a notch above in every aspect...View,service and food.The hotel was beautiful and spotless and great water pressure/drainage.And your own balcony with that view!This is the first vacation ever that we really, sincerely did get more than we expected and paid for.So,so,so worth it!!This is our go to place from now on.Rated..11/10.TRY THE FOOD!!

The stay here was AMAZING. Initially, I was skeptical because there were not many reviews but we still booked because of the 10/10. The hotel is a small family owned business. It was clean and had excellent service. There are no regrets. We booked as a part of our girls trip. We booked the sea view and it was breathtaking. There is no where else that I would stay.
