Posizione top, qualità prezzo molto bene

La posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro. La vista della camera sulla piazza. Personale gentile e accogliente. Colazione abbondante e variegata.

L'ascensore non arriva perfettamente al piano ma bisogna salire alcuni scalini. Bagno in po' piccolo.

Excellent séjour à l'hôtel, simple mais confortable et proche du centre. à recommander.

Grande chambre et très bon lit. Situation parfaite, au calme et les transports très proches et gratuits!

Le petit déjeuner assez pauvre avec la salle tristounette et surtout petite.

Hôtel simple et efficace, bien situé et très bon rapport qualité prix

Emplacement super près du Rhin et des transports en commun. Chambre très propre, simple mais parfaite, literie confortable et petit-déjeuner efficace et copieux. La Basel card offerte donne 50% de rabais sur les musées et tous les transports en communs gratuits. Personnel accueillant et le restaurant italien au pied de l’hôtel était délicieux. Très bon rapport qualité prix, je reviendrai!

Would definitely stay again.

The gentleman at reception was so helpful and friendly. We ate dinner in their restaurant both nights, as the food was delicious, the wait staff was so welcoming, and the decor charming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, a 10-15 minute walk across the bridge to the old town.

nice for a weekendtrip

Breakfast was nice and the room was recently refurbished. Wifi in the room was good.

The matress was sagging a lot, really needs replacing. In the room on the fourth floor mind your head, it's very easy to bump hard into the low ceiling. The hotel is on a busy street though from the map it may seem in a quiet street -there's noice from the traffic on the square during the day and evening even with windows closed.

Very good experience

The staff was amazing, the location is really excellent for public transport, the breakfast was good. The restaurant at the hotel is very good.

The elevator dont reach the floor level we have like 8 steps to carry the luggage and the baby car and i'm not a fan of carpet in the rooms but it was not a big problem for us because the full experience was very good.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig am Wettsteinplatz, mit Tram- und Busanbindung. Trotz des Verkehrslärms, ist es on den Zimmern leise. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Brötchen, Marmelade, Wurst und Käse, reichhaltiges Angebot an verschiedenen Müslisorten, Kaffee, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Kakao, gute Auswal an Tees, Obstsalat und verschiedene Joghurts. Im Frühstücksraum herrschte eine angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Bad war klein, sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts.

Die Matratze im Zimmer war für meinen Rücken etwas zu weich.

Thank you for a pleasant stay

The location was good for my purposes, close to a hub of city trains and a short ride away from both DB and SBB stations. The breakfast was excellent, the ambiance was quiet - I suspect year-round. Check-in and check-out were simple. The room I was in was on the upper floor - a bit of a reduced space because of the rooftop angles, but still OK.

Weak internet connection. Ok for messaging and email, but not for work. And - this room is too small for 2 beds. I am not a large person but had to squeeze past that second bed. You have the potential to be a 10.

Quiet and friendly

Nice breakfast included. Clean room and bathroom. Quieter location than I expected. It was very warm but there was a good strong fan in the room which helped.

Centrally located, excellently run small hotel that provides delightful surprises

The breakfast was superb and fully satisfying. The service was super friendly on arrival, although non-committal on departure. I would definitely want to come again.

Room was small...and the price was high for the type of room I had....plus the extra 8 francs...for what..it was for some fee...but I have no idea what fee...160.00 per night was to much for that place

Exceptional

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. Breaksfast was amazing, a lot of variety and healthy options. You can reach the center of the city in 5 minutes walking.

Wonderful location and help prior to the visit and throughout

The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and helpful before our stay and throughout. Breakfast lovely, room tidy and warm and the free transport throughout the city on the trams and buses was fantastic! Expensive city and the breakfast and travel pass helped so much.
