i was there with my three sisters celebrating a 50th birthday. the suite had two separate rooms each with a separate bathroom and there was a guest bathroom. it was spacious and great view. the staff was very attentive and the restaurant has a great menu. We stayed in the restaurant our first night enjoying great meal and cocktails while we listened to a live band.

Super stylish and smart hotel. The staff looked after us so well. The level of care and attention they showed was impeccable from the minute we checked in until we left for the airport. Jefferson and Yuly were fantastic as were all staff. The GM Alejandro took time out to talk with us and I was amazed by the whole team’s dedication to excellence We ate in the restaurant every night as needed to entertain visitors and the standard of cuisine and attention were again first rate. The 2 bed apartment suite was superb, we were astonished when we first walked in. It had too many awesome little touches to list here. The ambience overall of the hotel was superb, We enjoyed relaxing in the public areas and entertaining our visitors. Next time we’re in Bogota we’ll stay with you again. Excellent, safe location. Wonderful apartment with 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, laundry area. Walkable to Zona Rosa and Parque 93. Attentive staff. Near good dining options. Transportation available. Would stay here again!

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The service was first class, with attentive staff always willing to help with anything we needed. The facilities were immaculate, clean, and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and welcoming environment. I had a health mishap during my stay at the hotel, and the staff was exceptionally understanding and helpful. They immediately took care of getting me medical assistance and facilitated my transfer to the emergency room. His concern for my well-being was genuine and constant, which greatly alleviated my situation. It is worth highlighting the excellent location of the hotel, located in one of the best areas of Bogota. Shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and stores are within walking distance, which allowed my family to enjoy the city during my convalescence. In short, our experience at the hotel was very good. The combination of impeccable service, first-class facilities, and a privileged location make it an ideal place to stay in Bogotá. I especially appreciate the attention of Jeison and the entire hotel team, who made our stay a memorable experience.

This property is at a great location with friendly staff and clean rooms. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and functional. The only negative we felt was the rooms were not sound proof and could hear noises at night if you are a light sleeper. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great location to stay in Bogata.

I enjoyed my stay at 93. Super comfortable bed and happy, helpful staff throughout. The included breakfast was great. I’ll definitely return. One FYI: they provide a welcome nespresso capsule and bottle of water but charge for any additional coffee/water used in the room. Be prepared to BYO nespresso capsules if staying long-term as there’s no regular coffee maker.

We had rented a deluxe suite. Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with a large walk-in closet, two toilets. The only slightly uncomfortable thing was that for some reason, our kitchen had a narrow vertical vent opened at the hallway of the building. On the floor only two of 7 apartments had this vent. Due to this, everything we talked about in the kitchen and living room could be clearly heard in the hallway by anyone. Also, when the neighbors came back from somewhere, going from the lift to their door, we could hear everything clearly as if it was in the apartment. Luckily, in the bedroom these noises could not be heard. Since neighbors coming and going happened rarely and we did not spend much time in the apartment during the day, this noise was not a big issue. I gave the highest rating because everything else was perfect and the vent issue is structural and cannot be changed. I suspect that the vent was there because the apartment had no air-conditioning - no heating and no cooling.

We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready which is fine. We left for the day to explore Bogota and arrived back to a nasty lady working at the desk. She had zero interest in helping us. We didn’t have room keys and she told us they were out. Communication at the hotel leaves little to be desired

Great location and Friendly Staff but this is a basic residential apartment building. There is zero sound proofing with lots of noise when crying babies barking dogs. The sofas were unusable cheap foam so the only sitting option were the counter stools. the Best Western across the street is 1/3 the price and MUCH nicer.

Perfect experience. Excellent reception and concierge team. They went beyond to book us reservations at the last minute at Andres DC, bring ice to the room, get us a heater on a cold night - the list goes on. They genuinely seem like they care. Rare these days. Breakfast was a very nice way to start the day after a quick workout. The drivers are super helpful and on site to take you to your first travel destination of the day. Nearby good places to eat include Crepe and Waffles and Wok. Some good houseware places nearby. Qun is amazing food - a 15 minute walk away.
