街の中心にあり、スーパー、お土産屋さんがそれぞれ隣に、バス停も目の前で立地が最高！全室部屋からマウンテンビューが楽しめて素晴らしかったです。部屋にはバスタブも完備されていて、清潔感もあり、スタッフの方もとても親切で、館内にも日本語表記の情報があったり、日本語で話し掛けて下さって、とても快適な滞在となりました。

ハイシーズンだったこともあり、やはりお値段が結構しました。あとは、朝食のバリエーション(卵、野菜、フルーツ)がもう少しあれば良いなと思いました。

Great hotel with a perfect location and fantastic balcony!

1. Helpful, patient and professional staff. 2. The room was big and the balcony was a bit surprise! The street and mountain view was absolutely stunning. 3. The location was perfect. Bus to Jungfrau and cable to First. Walking distance to so many restaurants. 4. Quiet room and great sleep.

Need improvement on hygiene

- location is good, can just walk to the First Adventure, there’s a supermarket just downstairs - hotel staff are nice and helpful

- the cleanliness needs improvement, we felt so itchy with the comforter. - it’s noisy at midnight and daytime ( a bar and playground downstairs)

incredibly unpleasant

Strongly not recommended! This marks the first time I've felt compelled to leave a negative review. Our stay at this hotel was profoundly unpleasant. Personally, I booked a two-night stay, and my friend joined me for the first night. However, on the second day, at 10 PM, while I was asleep, the front desk relentlessly knocked on my door. She came to check whether my friend was still occupying the room, saying that an additional person would incur extra charges. Interestingly, my friend had already informed the staff of her departure earlier that night when she gathered her belongings and left. To our dismay, the unhelpful conduct of the reception staff persisted throughout our stay. This was particularly evident when we left our luggage at the front desk before checking in, only to be met with a marked lack of patience. Furthermore, the functionality of the showerhead in our room was compromised. When we requested assistance, we were met with an evident reluctance to help.

Beautiful Views, just lacking a bit of Quality

Excellent location in the heart of Grindelwald, beautiful balconies to sit and watch the mountains. Very friendly staff and helpful to give you the best advice for your stay in the area. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Disappointed as expected more for the price charged which is very high, possibly this is the going rate for accomodation in Grindelwald and Switzerland. But the rooms really need updating, they are very old and outdated. There was a lack of bathroom ammenities provided, no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands, and only a few cheap sachets of shower gel/shampoo. For the price would expect much better facilities and ammenities provided.

Location, staff and facilities 10/10, perfect stay with amazing views! Definitely recommend this one

Perfect location within Grindelwald. All local attractions were within walking distance. Friendly and accommodating staff and they took care of all our needs. My spouse was sick and they did the best to help her out. The girls at the reception were very helpful, unfortunately I don't remember the names but I appreciate them really. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend 10/10 to anyone looking at a place to stay in Grindelwald.

Everything was amazing, however the price is slightly on the higher end but Switzerland is expensive in general. Great stay actually, and we definitely made the right choice.

The hotel add very good experience for our family trip to Grindelwald.

The location is excellent, with bus stop right in front of the hotel. The room is big , clean and in a well maintained condition. Breakfast is normal but the staff are very friendly .

There is no one at the reception desk after 7 pm.

Didn't like anything. They are liers while booking they promised a good view room, but while check in, they say they don't have any room for three people. They spoiled our trip. They gave us free breakfast, but that was also pathetic. They are very rude.. they called us 11 am sharp and asked to leave or else they would charge 60 euro per hour. We checked in by evening. I never experienced such behavior from any hotel staff. When I saw them mail for good view room commitment. she was like that staff has left the job we can't help you. Please be careful if you are booking this hotel. They don't have any commitment value and intention to harass you.

Great choice for a skiing trip

Great place! Located on Grindelwald’s main street, the station, main shops and supermarket are all nearby, as well as a bus stop right in front of the hotel to take you to the ski lifts. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly, especially the hotel manager, who is incredibly helpful. I would certainly repeat if I come back to Grindelwald.

The breakfast, even though included, doesn’t have many options.

About a 10 minute walk from the train. Great location in the main street. Bed was comfy. Shower was hot. Good wifi . Breakfast was ok. Good wifi. Stunning views from the balcony. Staff were excellent. Great restaurants and cafes close by.

Amazing views from the rooms which were really good size. Really nice size large bath in the bathroom. Staff at the front counter are super friendly. Big balcony off the bedrooms to allow you to take in the views. Nice breakfast included.

Parking under the building is really good to use, but it is very tight.

Amazing staff, superb stay, spectacular view.

The staff is the highlight of my stay. Yannick was soo helpful, Kim is bubbly and cheerful and Nikolas, one of the truest gentleman with very nice pair of Crockett&Jones. They were very nice, treated us with warmth and wear genuine smile while attending us. The 2 ladies that works in the cafe during breakfast are really nice too, and not to forget their nice and polite cleaning staff. Breakfast was good, room and toilet were clean, bed was comfy, the view is beautiful. Everything is perfect i wish i had stayed longer.
