The only good thing is the view from the window.

Wonderful view from the window.

There are many disadvantages. Firstly, very poor breakfasts. Stale croissants, crusted cheese, very little choice of what to eat. Secondly, a large black dog is barking at the guests in the parking lot. This dog probably belongs to the owners of the hotel. But it's too bad that she rushes at the hotel guests. I was afraid to leave the hotel and go outside. Thirdly, we saw a cockroach in our room. There are cockroaches there because they don't put garbage bags in trash cans. It is difficult to set the temperature of the water in the shower. Because of the dog, I would give this hotel 2 out of 10.

The filters don’t match the property

After a misunderstanding they tried to fix for the parking. They gave us a discount for the dogs. Beds are comfortable. Lots of space.

I chose this place for free parking. In Vienna most of the hotels have no parking, But when we arrived they said they had no space. We had to leave the car in the street. Around 11:00pm after I asked to cancel the booking (they did not allow me) they Knock at the door to say they had 1 parking space at the property No elevator. Second floor with a spiral staircase. Not the best with luggages, dogs and kids.

Nice, helpful, friendly, hospitable staff, quit district, nice breakfast.

It was nice, quit, calm, not noisy, no planes, cars, etc. Room was comfortable, big, we had a bath, shower. Parking was inside the territory both days.

Good to have additional blankets (plaids), slippers. Other all stuff was perfect.

Location was fantastic - around the green areas, what was important as we traveled with dogs, and at the same time the bus stop to city (that you can see from the top of the hill on which the hotel is situated) is just literally in front of the hotel entrance. The parking is available, if there is a space, in the hotel parking , and if not - on the street nearby. The hotel is not very big, so very cosy and peacefull. The garden at the backside is very nice in the summer. if yhou like to celebrate breakfast, as we do, you can have your own in the apartment we rented as there is a kitchen space and a big table. The staff was very helpful. In the room, everything that is needed for a stay, very clean, very comfortable.

I would add some benches / some chairs in the garden - it would be very nice after the trip in the city to sit down in the green and relax. It is possible, but there are only 2 beechchairs that can be used.

The breakfast was amazing. Public transport just in front of the hotel.

No airco, but as it's a eco-friendly hotel that was no issues. Also with the windows open enough fresh air came in.

A restaurant or snacks available in the evening would be nice, but there was a restaurant in easy walking distance.

Nice, simple, clean, calm, thank you.

The hotel is clearly not from a big chain, which is really nice. It's simple and clean, the bathroom part of the room seemed completely new, the blinds close completely and make the room pitch dark to sleep in (which is really great for a good night's sleep). Unfortunately I didn't try the organic breakfast, but I will next time!

The Wifi didn't work as well as it could have but did start working once I connected through my own hotspot and back to the hotel wifi. Other than that there's nothing to complain about.
