The Hitel was very clean, staff very good, I thing, I didn’t like was, we were having a drink in the Garden Bar at the Hotel, people that had a dog, walked the dog to the grass of the garden bar & let there dog have a wee & a poo, with us seated on the next table, that I didn’t like, so I won’t be staying there again, shame

Difficult to find, staff we’re good, rooms close we’re very noisy till late at night. Which was a shame, wouldn’t stay again because of this.

Simple hotel close to the city center

Excellent stop on way to Algarve. Dog friendly and easy places to walk the dog. Aldi next door and plenty of eating out options nearby

You can hear everything from the other rooms. We had to physically go down to reception to inform them about the noise because the telephone did not work either. Finally the noise ended at 1am😔

This is an old style hotel, well mantained, really nice staff.
Great bedroom/bathroom.
Good food in the bar / restaurant.
Poor breakfast
8.0
Good location and value. Suggestion of a small coffee table with two chairs will fill the room nicely and extra cozy for those staying several nights like us.

A comfortable easy overnight stop over, everything to hand. We only had breakfast but that was adequate, and would recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Great location, service was good but plenty of room for improvement. Especially breakfast.
4.0
Good, comfortable hotel, with a large and free parking.
4.0
Conveniently located, in good condition, sizeable room with a sizeable en suite. Great service and pet friendly. The only drag was the restaurant being shut due to COVID restrictions and a very basic breakfast

It is good for a stop over only. Very basic and decoration is dated. We visited in winter and could not appreciate the garden and the pool. I am sure summer will be better for staying in this hotel.

Stopover night enroute to Calais. Good choice. Clean and comfortable and good value for money. Underground secure car park was a bonus. Selection of dining choices right next door if you don’t fancy eating in-house. Would choose to return.

Just an over-nights stay but a very nice hotel with a lovely yard for the guests!

We book this hotel on our way to Braga (Portugal) coming from Madrid. We only needed a one night stay, as we were going to arrive late and leave in the morning.
The hotel decor was a bit dated, but the staff was friendly and nice, the room was clean. It was exactly what we needed for one night.
Breakfast was very affordable, boiled eggs, selection of breads and sweets coffee and tea.

Spacious. My non-smoking room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and fhe hotel could do nothing about that. Poor breakfast selection. Not a four star hotel experience.

Convenient location; good value; free parking; no charge for pets and reasonable evening meals.

Close to Salamanca centre - 30 minute stroll to main square. Good for an overnight stop en route for ferryVery helpful receptionist who immediately gave us an alternative choice or room when I complained about a smell in the bathroom. I think probably the combination of the hot weather and Salamanca drains were at fault rather than the hotel.Rooms were clean and comfortable. This was our second overnight stop in this hotel. On the previous occasion the room we were allocated on the ground floor had obviously been recently renovated. The bath had been replaced with a shower tray. This time we had to use a shower over a bath which we feel is unsafe as the risk of slipping is high and we would normally avoid such a combination.

walking distance to Salamanca with free parking. bar/restaurant. buffet breakfast

Good value for money - no extra cost for our small dog to stay with us.
Unfortunately the receptionist did not speak English (on a previous visit the receptionist on that occasion spoke perfect English)

The hotel was further from the city centre than suggested on the site, a taxi is required, not within walking distance, this adds cost to the stay and should be considered when booking

Good stop over , second time we have stayed here on route to Portugal , would recommend .comfy beds , clean tidy no frills and plenty of choice for breakfast .

Arrived late and the staff were most helpful. In no time we were tucked up in a nice comfortable bed in an air conditioned room.
Breakfast was excellent and only 5 euros each.
Highly recommended 😎

We walked in the room and then walked out very low class accommodation

Good location if on route to south with free parking. 20 min walk from centre but easy walk & taxis available. Dog friendly & very helpful staff. Excellent value- decor slightly dated & firm bed.

Easy to walk into town and good basic facilities.....a really good nights sleep

Staff very friendly and helpful but hotel felt a bit run down. Not the worst hotel Ive stayed in and Im not sure how star system is decided but the quality of this hotel did not come close to any of the three star hotels on my trip. I would only recommend to people driving to salamanca who are afraid of driving through the city centre or those on a tight budget.

I choose the hotel for the spa but in the hotel fees didnt mention the 22 euros per person. We were 3 adults so the cost for 1 hour spa was 66 euros that was more expensive than the hotel room. To go to downtown you take a bus because is far away at least 30 minutes walking. Breakfast was ok for he price 5 euros
