Last minute reservation. I slept 12 hours the moment my head hit the pillow. That's a big deal since I rarely ever sleep like that. It was wonderful.

Bed was comfortable. Lady at tge front desk was great,very friendly. This is a little older motel but over all not bad stay.

Pools were closed. First room the sink was backed up with nasty water. Second room the ceiling above the tub was water damaged from above and tub was not clean.

The manager gave me a key to room 110. I go to the room, open the door and there is someone in bed in the room. I return to the front desk and report what happened. The manager says ‘there shouldn’t be anyone in that room.’ He says come with me and we will check it out. We go to room 112 and he opens the room and hands me the key. I tell him it was room 110 and he says ‘you’re in 112 now’ and implies they had a power outage earlier so 110 may have been left out of their system. I would not risk staying there again.

Like: Clean, convenient to areas we were gonna visit, staff was friendly. Dislike: we were given an occupied room, bathtub very very slippery, rooms need update. If it hadn’t been for the grab bar would haven fallen. Breakfast: no coffee, no orange juice. Would not provide a printed receipt.

I messed up and left my laptop and carrying bag in the room. By the time they found it and called me i was 200 miles down the road. We tried to figure the best way to get it back. The manager was nice enough to go to UPS and get it shipped back to me

Almost like they despise you booking through orbits. Dead roach next to toilet. Found a meth pipe and burnt foil in couch

Very nice. A small section of peeling paint in the bathroom. Our only real issue was Google trying to bring us in through another parking lot which did not access this hotel but that is not a hotel issue.

Breakfast to poor I was in the breakfast area around 6:10 and there was juice, cold coffee , little bit of cereal and some bread. And I came back at 7:20 and it was almost nothing else.

Staff is friendly, however the property alone is below standards. Walls are super dirty, bathrooms need to be updated. Little details about cleanliness really made this stay disappointing.

The room was clean, but worn out and outdated. They have a decent fridge in the microwave, good cable TV. The pool and hot tub are closed. Not much of a free breakfast, fruit, and some muffins.

The lobby was HOT and the pool was closed. Room nice enough, but the A/C wasn’t on when we checked in. Did cool off, just took time.

It was very outdated….smelled of some sort of cooked food throughout the whole hotel….hallway floors were dirty….room was comfy but dirty as well….walls were filthy with holes everywhere…..stained carpet….bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly…there was hair everywhere & even had a roach next to the toilet…

The facility itself was just okay. Service was okay. I was in town for an exam and need a little extra time to check out, when i asked to check out a little later, they told me no.

Great customer service! They called to confirm and turned the heater on for us. We got in much later than expected (3am) and still greeted with a smile. Great stay!

Hubby said this hotel was a very old girl, but the renovations were very nice. Price wasn't too bad in comparison with the recognized hotel names. Beds were very comfortable. Only drawback was the few choices of TV channels This location is very convenient to the Zia Park Casino and other historic sites. Very convenient to eats, shopping, and major highway. We will denitely stay here again.
